I really enjoy being around all the staff and residents. The staff puts in excellent effort. The most important thing is to be able to rat right and this place goes above and beyond with that. Everyone is very qualified and this is my home!

Staff and residents are wonderful. They answer questions, very helpful. It does not smell like a nursing home, always have activities for the residents. They will provide transportation for any outing. It's a wonderful place to live.

Staff is absolutely amazing and very compassionate. Clean community that feels like home. My Dad loves the activities there and the fact that he can stay busy and be involved. Would highly recommend Story Point has changed my Dads life from lonely to a sense of purpose.

The people are pretty friendly. They make newcomers and everyone feel welcome My loved one adapted quite well in the beginning and has adjusted well. I thought the food was delicious, and I think he's happy with it too. They have a lot of activities. I rate them highly overall.

Storypoint has been a near perfect experience for my sister. The planned activities are great. The staff is both professional and compassionate. The dining room experience reminds me of being on a cruise ship. I've never been in an elderly care facility that provided a better life than this facility.

My Mom moved into an apartment here just over a month ago and the entire experience has been so positive! The entire staff is welcoming and responsive and the residents are friendly and warm as well. They have the most creative activities that keep residents engaged and able to socialize with each other. Dining room is excellent too! Highly recommend to anyone that has a loved one thinking about making the move to a senior community.

Atria at River Trail comes just as advertised; its clean, very nice and professional. they have excellent communication and any issues have been addressed within a timely manner. my mom enjoys the activities, they keep her busy. i would say its on the pricier side, so they could maybe improve on that. however this community feels like a resort or hotel and fits my moms upscale taste. while walking through the halls you'll receive a lot of greetings from both staff and residents - to me, that indicates that the residents are happy to be there. they take good care of my mom and i would definitely recommend.

As long as you are able to get around and not sick this is a wonderful community. The aides were not as friendly as they could be to assist with the residents in the community during the care they were providing. This added some stress to my loved one during their stay in the community. There were a lot of activities available for the residents to participate in if they chose to. This is a nice, clean and new community. The administrative staff were good to work with.

I simply cannot say enough good things about Hathaway Hills Senior Living, they easily deserve five stars in every category. The staff is kind and caring and always watchful for changes in my mothers health. The wide range of activities offered allow residents to stay active, engaged and entertained and the food is always beautifully prepared and delicious. There really is a family atmosphere at Hathaway. Thank you Hathaway Hills!

Everland of Hixson is a fantastic facility. My dad has been having some health issues and they have been great with his care. We are very happy with them and I would absolutely recommend to others looking.

Gaslight Village Assisted Living is a great place to work. Staff are friendly and are more like a big family. Residents are more like family, and receive the best care around. The rooms and building are kept clean and the staff take pride in this. The food is absolutely amazing. Everything is made from scratch and is delicious. The activities keep the residents busy throughout the day. From exercises to bingo to card games and parties. There's always something for the residents to do. I would definitely recommend Gaslight Village to any of my family members. I love Gaslight Village Assisted Living

My mother started her residence at Independence Village in [date removed] Our initial meeting with [name removed] was cordial and efficient. All staff members were genuinely friendly that day and have remained so. As we moved my mom in, the maintenance staff helped prepare and make slight modifications to the apartment at our requests, including installing a shelving unit in the closet. [name removed] addressed one issue that we had early on by personally coming to my mom's apartment and discussing it. It resolved that issue effectively and in a timely manner. Independence Village offers a variety of services, including overnight assistance as needed. This has proven to be a godsend. The on call staff are at my mother's apartment quickly after she uses her button and kindly assist her as needed. There are a lot of activities at Independence Village, including music and other programs. Your loved one can be as involved and active as he or she chooses;

The location is very convenient for us, we also really like the size of the community. The friendliness, kindness and helpfulness of the staff members there really stood out to us right away.

We selected Independence Village for our 90 year old Mom and couldn’t be happier with our choice. The staff are outstanding. [name removed] was the first staff member we met, she gave us a tour and I was very impressed with the fact that she knew the names of each and every resident. She was very accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly. She made the process very easy for us. [name removed] has taken so much time with my Mom to make her feel comfortable and secure, she is one of the sweetest, kindest and most compassionate young ladies, and made my Mom feel like family. [name removed] is another gem who has managed to make my Mom feel like a priority during this transition period. My Mom has special dietary needs and [name removed] sent the Chef to my Moms apartment to discuss her needs. I didn’t catch his name but he took his time talking with her and assured her they would make sure that her needs were met. What I noticed about this place is everybody works together as a TEAM and it shows.

This is an amazing place to live. The staff is beyond awesome with so much care, kindness and making sure all of our needs are met; all with a big smile. The food is delicious and served with a flare. Housekeeping does a great job and are always willing to give a helping hand with anything. They always go beyond their normal duties!

We've all felt comfortable since the day we moved in. It has a very homey atmosphere. It's cleanliness and lively people living here are what keeps us healthy and happy. The support staff goes beyond all expectations; there's nothing they won't do for you. There's always a smile and a kind word from everyone.

I think that the entire staff is doing a wonderful job here at StoryPoint. Especially the directors of activities, office staff, desk staff, bus drivers, all memory care staff, nurses, servers, and kitchen staff [names removed]. I commend all of them for an outstanding job!

Transition for my grandpa was tough. Waterstone has done, and still does, everything they can to make him feel welcome.
