Definitely would recommend, staff is super friendly
From our understanding our loved one is happy with the meals, they sometimes do get repetitive. They still had activities going on during the pandemic, there was movie nights, exercises classes and thirsty Thursday's. We also were able to take our loved one out for their doctors appointments. The value for cost seems to be in line with everyone else, and we are very happy our loved one is there.

The location is very good. It offers a full line of care from independent living through memory care. The assisted living folks share dining and activities with the independent living folks so I think dad would not feel like he was back in assisted living. Nurse can do intake assessment for level of care via virtual call or by talking with his care staff at Encompass.

The family went to visit yesterday. [name removed] is excellent at getting information quickly and in detail. Helping me with health insurance options and switching from another state. Brooklyn Pointe was like the doctors take everything...not a problem...No I am not moving my dad across the country without healthcare insurance. So far they have been excellent...going this direction right now for mid June.

We called to make an appointment. We were very impressed with the tour. The sales director, [name removed] very knowledgeable and found answers to questions she couldn't answer. [name removed], director of nursing also, very knowledgeable and answered those questions. It would be my choice, but Westerville Senior Living is closer to home and more accessible for us to reach Mom in a hurry if needed.

My late great-grandma loved living at IV. She thought the staff was friendly, the food great, and the overall environment clean and welcoming. I wholeheartedly agree with here. It is definitely a top-of-the-line facility with wonderful care and thoughtful staff. I would recommend IV to anyone looking for a great senior community.

I love this community. It's brand new, clean, all white and clean, attractive, surprisingly is exactly what I need. Exercise and fitness rooms is great. Workers are very nice and I appreciate their kindness and help. Food is very good! Want more fresh vegetables. Very thankful to be here!
