The look of the community really stood out to us, it has a real homey feel to it. The staff are very friendly and we would recommend the Lakeview Terrace community to other families.

We can't say enough great things about StoryPoint Rockford. The staff is second to none and go above and beyond in everything they do. Each member, from the dining staff to the leadership team, have a vested and genuine interest in the residents. The basic needs of shelter, food and care are exceptional, but what makes this place something special is how everyone tends to the emotional needs of each resident. The staff spreads joy, laughter, positivity and is also there to offer a listening ear in times of sorrow.

We have not been there personally during meal times, but our friends and family who go to visit during that time have nothing but positive things to say about the meals and dining service. They say the meals are awesome. We have seen a few activities and those look really good and for the money it is a really good community.

My parents have lived at StoryPoint Rockford for about 5 years now and we can't say enough about the love, compassion, understanding, and patience the staff at StoryPoint has exhibited to my parents and our family over this time. Going thru some extremely hard times with my parents health, as well as working thru Covid restrictions, the staff has continued to impress our family and continued to create a healthy and positive environment regardless of what is happening. Understanding and working with each family and guest's challenges is something they accel at here. Also the kindness and caring of the staff is second to none, especially [name removed] who is one of the kindest, joyful, and compassionate human beings i have ever met. I think this place might have some angels on their staff...

I have been here almost a year in June and i have never been more happy with a job. The staff and residents are so loving and caring. I enjoy coming to work we are one big family here.

we toured StoryPoint Pickerington and thought it was very nice. we chose another community because StoryPoint was way over our budget.

What makes Gaslight Village stand out is how cheerful they are with their memory care residents. Other places are caring and kind but there's no happiness. They joke with my husband and get him to laugh. I love that.

It is a very laid back environment and they were very helpful and calmed a lot of my fears since this was a new experience for our family. The staff were there every step of the way and always answered our questions and were willing to work us to make sure things went as smooth as possible. I would definitely recommend The Inn at Cass Lake to others.

Parkside Court went above and beyond to help me with a friend and now current resident. [name removed] went out of her way to make her feel comfortable and welcomed. Chef [name removed] made her a wonderful cherry pie and has checked on her daily. As my friend said, “Tim is the best driver in the whole county.” Everyone has made what could have been a very difficult process easy.

Our family had an in person tour and the tour was awesome but the distance from the community to our home was just not very convenient.

The community is pretty clean and the staff members have been very friendly to our loved one and family.

One of the most excellent facilities in the independent living sector. The place is just full of positivity and amazing atmosphere and culture. You can barely walk anywhere in that building and just see so many smiles throughout. Amazing!!!!

This community was very nice clean and big. However, there was another community where my loved ones could be together instead of having to be in separate rooms and that worked a lot better for us. It was a good tour and that had a lot of information.

We are able to move my loved one and worked with us getting the paperwork from the previous community sent over. There is not a better place to put your loved one. The nursing staff on day one of our loved one moving in, contacted our loved one's primary care doctor and had the medications my loved one needed immediately. The memory care manager is superb at getting the residents involved in activities. The food is great, and we have had a chance to eat with our loved one. The Executive Director is on top of everything. The nursing staff is wonderful and on top of everything as well. The caregivers genially care about the residents.

I really liked Glen Oaks, we could have easily gone with this facility as well. I enjoyed talking with the director and we got along well. I was impressed with how the staff were all interacting with the residents. Unfortunately they did not have any single rooms available at the time and due to my wife's condition, that was something she was going to need.

Lovely 2 bedroom apartment. Awesome staff (including kitchen servers and caregivers). Everyone is friendly. Our residents are welcoming. Activities are numerous. Something for everyone. Transportation to doctors, grocery shopping, etc. My husband and I enjoy living here!

I've lived here since [date removed]. No other place can compare with my beautiful home. I have been treated like a queen.
