I am in this facility several times a month. I appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They respond to questions about the residents I visit. The facility is very clean and the residents are well cared for. Special shoutout to [name removed] and the activities he provides.

This community is great. While doing our tour all of the staff were all so sweet and answered all of questions. The building is clean and well organized, and seems like they offer plenty of activities and fun things to do. I was highly impressed.

Heritage Hill has a lovely community. The activities they provide are engaging and fun. The caregivers are in tune with the residents and their needs. When they call in reports they are very detailed.

I just moved in a few months ago and I am so happy here. The food is very good and we have fun doing activities. I really enjoy the music that comes in.

The community was clean and all of the residents seemed to enjoy the activity they were doing. I will continue to keep in contact with the E.D. so that my mother can tour when she is ready.

My father in law lived in this facility for approximately 9 months before passing. He was well cared for during his time there. Kudos to the caregivers that care for our loved ones when we can not.

Absolutely beautiful place to live. The residents are remarkable. VERY friendly, all will speak to you very open to conversation. It is the people and staff that creates this wholesome and heartwarming community. People are helpful, caring, loving, and genuine. This community has superior medical care - Cleveland Clinic. Home to many popular and upcoming places.

It is like family. Food is good accommodations are good, and everyone looks our for and takes cares of each other whether it's another resident or staff.

We are so excited to be having our loved one more into StoryPoint, we cannot wait. We have had more conversations with this community then our loved ones current community. It is already a night and day experience. Right when you walk in they always have 15-20 people around the fireplace engaging with each other. It is so inviting, personable and just a bright atmosphere overall. Everyone that we have met so far is so friendly.

We chose StoryPoint because they location was great and the value for the money was good as well. It just had the right feel to it, all of the people were super friendly and we felt comfortable. Her apartment that she got is really nice and spacious. They try really hard with the food, but some of the meals are over seasoned. They also serve a lot of meat and it is hard for some to eat. It is nice that they have alternative options you can order as well if you do not like what is being served. They also are great with taking any feedback from residents. They do serve dinner at 4 and that is a little early for her. Overall we would recommend the facility.

I would recommend StoryPoint to anyone looking for a community where they have wonderful activities to keep you engaged, a fine dining experience, compassionate and caring staff

We feel that our loved ones are safe at Blossom Ridge and that the staff love them, it is just not a job for them they actually show genuine care and concern. They have great musical activities and the daily activities are starting to come back from all the covid limitations. The value for the money is completely worth it and we would recommend this community to others.

We loved this community. The location was a little further than we wanted. The community ha different care levels to offer residents. They also have a stove in the apartments and offer two meals a day otherwise to the residents.

Mom was very happy with everyone. She said they were great and would miss seeing everyone. Food was good. Thank you everyone

I had to place my father here. He is very picky so I was nervous that he would not like this community. When he got there he was really comfortable. Comfortable with the staff, food and his room. They have activities like ice cream socials, bingo, cards, doughnuts and coffee and more for the residents to do. They also go on trips and there is physical therapy for the residents also.

Everyone who lives here and works here is very friendly. The enlighment introduced me to the people who work here. They have activities every day. You can or can not participate. You are never bored. Everyone who lives here 80 or 90 stays active and sharp. Thank you StoryPoint

When I did my previous review, I forgot to rate [name removed], the physical therapist who provides us with 1/2 hour exercises 5 days a week. He is excellent.
