Our family had an in person tour and it is a very nice community, the room are nice and some had great access to the outside. However we needed a place that offered a little more care and unfortunately here they did not. Other than that it was a great tour

The administrative team is there Monday-Friday and they are always available. There is a very small number of residents, the staff there are very consistent and helpful. They have emergency call lights on their necks, and in the rooms. The rooms themselves are very nice. The means were very good at first but now our loved one has noticed a could of changes. Our loved one really enjoys going to the arts and crafts, and they also have bingo.

the staff here are wonderful! they've been so friendly and kind to us as we visited mom and then had to clean out her apartment after her passing. I know mom loved them too because she talked about them fondly all the time. they genuinely care about the people around them.

I have been very pleased with my residency for one year now. the services provided are very appreciated and adequate. any questions or problems I've had have been resolved every time very quickly. dining facilities are great. wait staff is very prompt and thorough. this is a beautiful place. nursing staff has been very good. I have nothing to complain about.

This was a good community, it was too far from family. I was impressed by the activities they had going on.

Mom has never lived by herself, and StoryPoint's staff and residents have done an amazing job keeping her active and involved in her new environment. The facility is beautiful, clean, and inviting. The dining is fabulous! This was the best thing we have ever done for mom, and everyone here has welcomed her with cheer and excitement. I would recommend StoryPoint to anyone who wants great companionship, great service, and who wants there loved ones to feel at home day and night.

Their food is made from scratch and it is meals that seniors can actually eat. The cleanliness, friendliness, and activities provided are amazing. There is so much that the residents are able to do here to keep busy. I like th apartment size, she is in a studio and there is no baseboard heat and each unit has its own central air. It has tall ceilings which makes it feel larger and she was able to fit all of her furniture in there and she still has plenty of room to walk around with her walker. We would absolutely recommend StoryPoint Fort Wayne North to others looking.

This community is so BEAUTIFUL! offers so many floor plans to accommodate any needs! The staff is welcoming and truly caring. The residents that live here are outgoing and active! Activities are always happening through the community! Food is amazing, large variety, the Chef is very professional and has the most respect for the residents wants.

I would highly recommend this community for you or your loved one. They have activities like volleyball, corn hole and different games and more for the residents to stay busy and active in the community. I am very satisfied with the staff at this community also.

Story Point offers spacious apartments with multiple floor plans to choose from. Updated and very beautiful! Staff is caring and outgoing. Food is better than any other community I have visited! Activities are happening all day everyday not just posted on a calendar.

I was nervous to downsize from my own home to a single bedroom apartment. Storypoint made the transition easy. they had great ideas on what to bring and how to make it fit. once here, new and not knowing anyone. I was paired with residents who have similar interest and I quickly found new friends. the staff never missed a beat and I am happy to call this home.

[name removed] the facility manager was caring and helpful. the nursing staff and aides in the assisted living were caring, patient, and respectful. we made the correct choice for my wife. thanks to all who cared for her.
