it has been 1 yr since I move into Independence Village here in Grand Ledge. after selling my house, what a relief, I feel free here with my new friends, a kind, friendly staff, good food, creative activities, good entertainment, a big happy family and then privacy in my own quiet apt. if that is what I desire! a perfect fit for me.

we have nice apartments. lots of activities and good food (many choices) and very caring people.

I was greeted with a smile from every employee I met. the mood was cheery with lots of activity in the café! a cooking class was going on which looked fun and interactive. the community was very clean. I enjoyed my visit.

this is one of my favorite facilities. my stepfather lived here for 3 months. he got the best care and we are so thankful for the care and love he received here.

residents seem well cared for and happy. all workers address other upon arrival and leaving. nice community.

all the residents share positive experiences and how much the staff cares. a welcoming, warm place!

my wife and I have toured the community in the past and recently came in again to just do a second look. I was completely impressed with the staff and the amazing job they were doing with the residents. the building was clean and I saw the house keeper asking a resident if she could clean their apts; which I thought was a great sense of self security for the residents.

The Executive Director and Wellness Coordinator are very friendly, caring, helpful and knowledgeable. They really care about the residence that live here. They are going above and beyond, caring for my parents and giving me the resource that I need for the parents.

we came to StoryPoint four months ago. our apartment feels like home. my husband only enjoyed the apartment for three months. we have had excellent care. I have received lots of love and support from the staff during this difficult time in my life. this is a perfect place to be. I feel secure.

friendly people. pleasant environment, appreciate amenities. all this needs is a pool or hot tub.

I have been genuinely impressed with the facility and staff at Creekside. particularly the staff, who demonstrates a love and concern for all the residents and go above and beyond to provide a fun and safe environment for them.

We chose Pearl Crossing because of the convenient location of the facility. The apartment sizes are good. They do have quite a bit of activities provided for the residents. I do know that they like the food that is served. It is pretty expensive. We would recommend to others looking.

Mom is doing great, Jackson Meadow is a phenomenal place. The value for the money is amazing especially compared to where I live. She is really thriving and interacting with all of the other residents that are her age. The apartment sizes are nice, she has a suite that is about 500 square feet and it is perfect for her. They have 3 different sizes to choose from. It is very open and spacious, has great natural lighting, she has a lot of closet space, and she has a private porch and entry way. She loves the food and gets 3 wonderful meals each day.

Our family had an in person tour and it is a very nice community, the room are nice and some had great access to the outside. However we needed a place that offered a little more care and unfortunately here they did not. Other than that it was a great tour

The administrative team is there Monday-Friday and they are always available. There is a very small number of residents, the staff there are very consistent and helpful. They have emergency call lights on their necks, and in the rooms. The rooms themselves are very nice. The means were very good at first but now our loved one has noticed a could of changes. Our loved one really enjoys going to the arts and crafts, and they also have bingo.

the staff here are wonderful! they've been so friendly and kind to us as we visited mom and then had to clean out her apartment after her passing. I know mom loved them too because she talked about them fondly all the time. they genuinely care about the people around them.

I have been very pleased with my residency for one year now. the services provided are very appreciated and adequate. any questions or problems I've had have been resolved every time very quickly. dining facilities are great. wait staff is very prompt and thorough. this is a beautiful place. nursing staff has been very good. I have nothing to complain about.

This was a good community, it was too far from family. I was impressed by the activities they had going on.

Met with [name removed], the Executive Director, we toured this magnificent facility. All the while meeting very friendly employees and enjoying the beauty of this clean and well designed place. I was more than impressed with Tim and his staff, the food smelled delicious and was quite appealing!
