Our family had an in person tour and our experience was positive. They have condos around the outside of the building which is great for those who are looking to retire and not lose their independence.

I've had the opportunity to provide skilled nursing services in this building (I do not work for Glen Abbey), the staff are excellent, caring, and available to communicate patient needs and concerns. Often, when I arrive at the building activities are going on with resident and staff participation. The food being served also smells and looks amazing! Facility is clean and decorated tastefully. 5 Stars!

No one and nothing is perfect but Storypoint is trying more than any other assisted living center that I have encountered. My mother was living independently until an unfortunate hospital stay and we needed to identify a safe place quickly. Storypoint stepped up to the challenge of our unique needs and made us feel welcome and safe.

I can't express enough gratitude to the memory care staff. Not an easy job! Many thanks for taking care of my mother. I have total trust in you!

StoryPoint Chesterfield is always kept very clean and the staff members are always super friendly. The meals are good, but the service nowadays is a little slow, so i think they are having some trouble keeping the help. However our loved one is very happy with the activities that go on. She is getting very good care and enjoying herself, and even though the value is expensive, it does hold value.

I was here for a respite stay. The staff was very nice to everyone - and accommodating. Whenever button pressed they came and helped. The food was excellent! Very pleasant room / place. NO objections!

I came to this community to visit and it's really beautiful. The residents seemed really happy together. The staff was very personable and genuinely showed that they care. The chef made a great meal for us too! Very happy!

Very helpful, polite when working with you. Food is great. Enjoy the help because I have macular eye disease and they help me when I need it. Really happy that I get to have my dog Zoey and how much love she gets.

I am the trustee for one of the residents. The staff is friendly, helpful, and supportive. It is always nice to be welcomed. Independence Village is beautiful and very well cared for.

The staff help to build a positive, fun environment, and truly seem to care about the residents overall well-being and what is best for each individual.

It has been a great experience for us. The memory care area is wonderful. They have an active activities team for the memory care unit. Some of the activities include cooking classes, music, outdoor activities and more for the residents to choose from. The food is good here.

Staff very professional & helpful. This was the right decision for my mother & our family. Mom is receiving the care & attention she needs.

This was a nice community, there were no washers and dryers in the unit.

This is a beautiful location and it is a new community as well. They have a lot to offer. The staff are wonderful to work with, especially [name removed]. My loved one enjoys the food and they think they get plenty to eat.

My name is Linda [last name removed]. I am a musician/entertainer and perform at many retirement communities in Ohio. Recently I played at StoryPoint in Grove City and was so impressed and happy that they welcomed me into their beautiful home - and home is how it felt! The room where I played has a perfect setting for performing and a beautiful grand piano. Acoustics are so good that I hardly needed a microphone! The best part of my experience were the residents and the staff. There is such a happy and positive atmosphere, with everyone eager to help and interact. They truly seem to care for each other. It's a Cadillac!

I love my apartment and the location in Rockford. I enjoy the entertainment and food demos, but I especially love BINGO. Great place! Also, it doesn't take long to feel comfortable because the residents are nice too.
