I think the activities that they have provided are great - I would have rated that higher than a 5 if I could. They have a good variety of different things and they keep mom very busy. The staff is very friendly and she has made a lot of friends with the other residents. I would definitely recommend Independence Village of Avon Lake to others.

My tour at Everlan of Hixson went nicely. The people I met were nice. It seemed like a good place. My decision came down to the wow factor I felt at another community that absolutely blew me away in terms of the people and amenities.

I don't have the words for just how superb Creekside at Shallowford is. Everything here is great. What really makes the place is the people, form the administration down. From the moment I saw the apartment, it was lovable. It's a gorgeous facility, from the font door, to the chandeliers, to the courtyard. The meals are so great. I didn't know there was a place on earth like this. You get to be truly independent, and it fulfills all your needs. If you do have a problem, the administration makes it right. I also really like that the people here always pray for each other.
