Servers are marvelous. They are very helpful, very quick, they greet us by name. If I need things cut up they help. I like the desserts especially the pudding. Also, enjoy the fruit plates.

This facility is almost like a resort! They treat every resident and visitor with nothing less than dignity, I see that each and every time I'm there. They offer a good variety of activities and amenities. They also have computers, a library, etc if the residents don't want engage in group activities. They embrace the holidays and decorate/celebrate also, which I think is great. They do housekeeping often and do a great job. Mom is picky and she's happy with it, which says a lot. The food is excellent. Outstanding even, it's like going to a restaurant. I've eaten there several times and it's always excellent. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family.

My loved one seemed to like the food. The activites were interesting. I t was very costly. The staff was very friendly, and the communcation/invlovement was good. It was an amazing experience, and I felt comfort knowing my loved one was being taken care of.

We chose StoryPoint Gahanna because of all of the rating questions above that we rated highly - but also the location was very convenient for our family. [name removed], the director, is a very particulate and thoughtful person and we really appreciate him. I would recommend this facility to other families.

We had a very good tour experience with StoryPoint Pickerington. All of the staff were very friendly. The reason we did not go wit this facility was because they only offered independent living here and we figured my mom was going to end up needing more care than that very soon.

Heritage Hill exceeded my expectations. The employees at all levels focus on the well being of the residents. They are knowledgeable and truly caring. I have observed their great problem solving skills with my mother who has advanced Alzheimer’s Disease and her unique issues. The facility is warm and cheerful. The food is great. The activities and events are engaging and fun. I highly recommend Heritage Hill to others.

StoryPoint Fort Wayne North is an outstanding provider. I highly recommend them to anyone searching for care for a loved one. They provided everything needed for my family and more. In comparing them to the facility my parents visited afterward, they are leaps and bounds better than the competitors.

We toured this facility and it was very nice. Very clean and staff was very friendly. It was more expensive than some of the other places we toured, but a really nice place.

We would recommend to other families

I toured Danbury of Broadview Heights and this was my preferred location. The lady we spoke with was completely knowledgeable. We chose Danbury located in Brunswick, but this site was more update than Brunswick. We had to chose the other location because my mom had medical issues and we needed to move her in somewhere ASAP. They were the only one available to accommodate her within a 24 hour turnaround time. It was also the only place she'd actually seen, so she felt more comfortable with that choice. She was unable to tour other places due to medical reasons.

They do a great job. The staff is good, and well trained. They have attracted people from other location. They really have a handle on things. Overall, it's a good place.

Our family had an in person tour and the lady who met with us answered all of our questions and addressed other issues I needed to be concerned about as mom moved into a new phase of like. I really liked Oxmoor as it is an independent living facility and mom liked the idea of continued independence but her rapidly declining health didn't afford us the opportunity of there services .

After having visited twice and enjoying the noon meal we were impressed with the friendly staff and residents. The building, grounds, and decor were pristine and welcoming.

The facility is really nice and new. Everyone is very nice and friendly. The staff is very accomodating. The food is okay, tbut a little too rich for my loved one. They do not have a chef, and the food is not tasty or very good-. They need a lot of improvemet to do on the food. They offer a lot of activities. It's very expensive, but it's a very clean and inviting community.

The people that work here are great, the people that live here are also great. Haven't met one person that I dislike. I like my apartment all though it is a long walk to the elevator. The area is kept up very well. House Keeping is wonderful and to a worldly great job.

Caring, efficient, knowledgeable staff.. always available to answer questions or help when needed! My moms enjoys the planned activities and is always happy with her meals!
