I think HarborChase of Germantown is great. They're very approachable and seem to take very good care of my parents. They're easy to get in contact with since I live at a distance. And my parents seem to be happy with the services there. I haven't had any complaints, and my parents seem to be doing pretty well!

Sunrise truly is a caring and compassionate community. The executive director [name removed] has a very charming personality and just an outstanding person. They keep us up to date with everything and anytime we have questions or concerns they are addressed immediately. The staff are very efficient in the work and we have nothing but great things to say about them. Our loved one is well taken care of, always in clean clothes and her room is always clean. Her room is very cheery, they have good activities. They have a beautiful courtyard where they do BBQ cookouts. They also have resident rescue dogs and a couple of rescue cats.

My sister [name removed] moved into enhanced care in [date removed]. 'She then moved into memory care. We were very pleased with the care given to my sister. The nurses and caregivers were so good with my sister as she had very low vision along with her dementia. I have told several people about the SP community, and what a great place it is. Very friendly staff.
