I love the food and the staff

I have lived here now for three weeks and find this place amazing for the cost. The food and dining experience is excellent. The staff here is very friendly and very helpful. I always have fun doing the activities but cannot get to all of them. I have not gotten to all of them yet.

I toured StoryPoint Naperville early on in our search. We would have probably moved in here, but they didn't have room. This was the best tour I had out of all the places I saw.

My dad had complications after heart surgery. He also has dementia. He is receiving skilled nursing care. The staff is friendly and caring. We are thankful to have this care so close to our home - also in Waukee.

Its a beautiful place. Very neat and clean. Staff are a joy to be around and always smiling.

We have independent, enhances and memory care. I arrived here [date removed] from home. Having been released from rehabilitation facility - still needed therapy to learn to walk again. StoryPoint Fairfield looked and felt comfortable. Even though we are independent living we still are connected to the entire community of people with different backgrounds and personalities. However, we all work together to help and give support to each other. Our administrator works hard and goes over and beyond to make sure we having a safe, fun life here with activities in home and outside as well. Our chef [name removed] serves us the food receipes! Our food tastes great! Life here is more than being place in front of a TV for the day after breakfast each day

I tell people to move here because I love it! I can have my dog here. The people are wonderful! And we have a great executive director!

I am satisfied and happy living here. I miss my home but I realize that this is where I need to be

I toured this community and it was beautiful! It's newer and very lovely. The tour was very thorough. However, it's a bit pricier and further from home, so we decided to keep looking.

I toured this community and it was very nice. The staff was friendly, the dining hall was lovely, it was a warm and inviting atmosphere. They don't work with Medicaid and we may need to utilize that in the future, so we decided to keep looking.

I was super impressed with the community overall. The administrator of the community was phenomenal and surround herself with great staff. The community had lots of activities for the residents to participate in. There was live music, games, and more to name a few activities available. The community let us know that they were waiting on a passenger van to arrive during our stay.

I toured Holiday Jackson Meadow and it was very nice, however, they didn't have assisted living in the same community. So, we would've had to move my mom if she would've needed assisted living in the future. It wouldn't have been a problem, but it just would have been one more move, and she would have lost all of her friends.

We toured StoryPoint Troy and it is beautiful; it's a really nice, nice place. They don't take Medicaid, only self pay. It wasn't a good fit for that reason.

I am happy with Story Point where my husband went to stay in Memory Care [date removed] Going on 2 yrs 3 mos I’ve had a lot of interaction with the staff and the place. They have treated my husband very good through some troublesome times . I have had communication through good times and bad. They have entertainment he enjoys and I enjoy seeing him happy. I also have enjoyed all the parties for family through the seasons. I don’t think I could have put him in a better place for both of us and his 4 daughters

Our family had an in person tour and it was a very nice tour but for the price and the stage our loved one was at it was just not going to be the best fit

I tell everybody I think Danbury is very nice, clean and bright, and I'm very pleased with it. So far the care has been good. If anything happens, they call me right away. And they answer the phone when I call with questions. My loved one tells me he loves the meals. It has been a good experience.

So far I have found everyone to be very helpful.

It was difficult getting adjusted to being here. It's not home, but it's very nice. The staff is kind, helpful, and cheerful. Their help is accurate and cooperative with each other.

I enjoy being here. Neat place

I feel very much at home here at StoryPoint. The apartment is nice, the staff members from caregivers and waitresses are very nice. My executive director is more like a friend than an administrator. God bless her.
