Our family had an in person tour and the lady who met with us answered all of our questions and addressed other issues I needed to be concerned about as mom moved into a new phase of like. I really liked Oxmoor as it is an independent living facility and mom liked the idea of continued independence but her rapidly declining health didn't afford us the opportunity of there services .

Almost perfect
The facility is really nice and new. Everyone is very nice and friendly. The staff is very accomodating. The food is okay, tbut a little too rich for my loved one. They do not have a chef, and the food is not tasty or very good-. They need a lot of improvemet to do on the food. They offer a lot of activities. It's very expensive, but it's a very clean and inviting community.

The people that work here are great, the people that live here are also great. Haven't met one person that I dislike. I like my apartment all though it is a long walk to the elevator. The area is kept up very well. House Keeping is wonderful and to a worldly great job.

I think HarborChase of Germantown is great. They're very approachable and seem to take very good care of my parents. They're easy to get in contact with since I live at a distance. Great experience having lunch and touring community
I brought my dad in for lunch and a tour- we are planning for the future for his living situation. He had so much fun just being with the other residents and is excited to come back for the tailgate party. We will definitely be back to Willow Park as soon as he is ready to move
