I would recommend the facility to others. The staff are friendly and helpful and understand my aunt's needs. They communicate with me often to make sure I know how she is doing. My aunt is very happy there.

I had some problems, but all in all, I thought they were good The facility is newer, clean. Rooms big and having a patio door was a big plus I would definitely recommend Gaslight Village to others.

All caregivers are well trained & give wonderful care. I feel looked after and treated with compassion & empathy.

I visit my brother almost everyday. He is being well cared-for, and some members of the staff remember me from one visit to the next.

This is a tremendously lovely, beautiful community. The apts. are large, with large closets, well equipped kitchens, etc. I enjoyed a delicious lunch and the portion was very generous - lovely grounds - library - gym - underground garage - It is more than I ever dreamed of.

Everyone and I mean everyone is super friendly. "Feels like family."

The facility is really well laid out with their elderly clients in mind. Dining room and hallways are designed to allow room for wheelchairs/scooters. They must emphasize to their employees to be friendly because everyone of them greats me with a smile and a hello even in passing. The only complaint I would have about service is when I try to call. I'm the family member so calling from outside the facility to reach the nursing staff is a little awkward. But the clients are given a fab and if they push the fab someone on staff gets to them very quickly.

Great staff! They are all very professional and easy to work with. The facility itself is also very clean.

This is a beautiful community and great option for senior living in the area. The staff are kind, caring and provide excellent care. The activities keep the residents busy, give them purpose and are very creative.

My mom really enjoyed her time at IV of White Lake MI. From the dining experience to the activities. She was part of the enhanced living package and the RA's were amazing.

We are needing to move a parent to memory care. This place was very nice, clean, pleasant , and personal. The team members have worked there a long time, which tells us a lot. And the food looked and smelled so good ! The rooms were very nice and big. A nice outside area too. As hard as it is to have a parent needing additional care, this is a great place for them to go

I would tell a friend to contact a Place for Mom as soon as possible . This organization is extremely helpful in putting people with the right orgaizations in the community to help them in finding a place for their love ones. A Place for Mom answers all the questions and fears that we face as family members .

My sisters & I toured Sunrise to find a place for our 96 year old mother who has dementia. We toured the Gahanna location with the Admissions director. We all sat down to discuss our mother’s current condition before we toured. The director answered many questions we hadn’t even thought of! The tour was complete & it felt very comfortable & friendly. We met lots of staff as we walked around. I came away feeling this would be a safe place & a good fit for mom.

Very helpful, caring, and accommodating. We are very pleased.

I would recommend Maple Lake. The staff is wonderful. Move in, and then a second move to a room with a view, was great. My parents will be 98 this summer. Mom has dementia and doesn't eat much. Dad has always been an extremely picky eater. They both say the breakfast is great. I have eaten lunch (the main meal) there many many times and have found it very very good. Thoughtful and ample servings. I personally have never had anything that wasn't great! Anytime I have had a question, the appropriate person has always made time to answer, especially if I am there in person. Housekeeping is great! Always accommodating. I like that it is in a smaller town and the staff is mostly from smaller, rural towns. I don't know why, but they seem more pleasant and caring than "big city folks". They are there for the job, but really seem to like what they are doing and the residents.

I am relieved that mom is in their care. Fortunate to have learned of this facility. The first thing you notice, as my brother said, it doesn't smell like a nursing home. Caring staff. I would definitely recommend StoryPoint Powell North.

My mom was previously a resident at Independence Village of Petoskey and she loved it there.

We liked the fact that for the future they offer dual lift. In all of the areas they ranked near the top and we liked their location . I would recommend them to a friend but I would tell them to stay on top of them and to install cameras.. Early on their was too much staff turnover but they have been set for a while now are are doing a good job.
