Beautiful facility. Great staff. Unfortunately a very short experience with my cousin. Costly for the short time my cousin spent there due to her sickness.

I live in Independence Village Aurora and I have never been treated so well in my life! All the employees are kind and mannerly. The food is outstanding.

The staff at Independence Village of Avon Lake was wonderful. I was kept well informed about what was going on with my father and if his needs changed.

The manager of the home care portion is not very good, we have had several issues with her. However the rest of the place is awesome! They also go to happy hour with live entertainment. Our loved ones love it, they are very happy with the place. We have already recommended StoryPoint Chesterfield community to other families and we will continue to do so.

I moved into StoryPoint the second week it was open. I was #5 to move in along with one lady and three men. I had lived very close by in Collierville. I have loved it from the first night that I lived here. Wonderful director!

Springvale Assisted Living is a wonderful place. My mother is very comfortable here and the staff is so sweet to her. My only criticism is the phone system. I highly recommend the facility as a place that you can trust.

The friendliness of the staff gets 5+ stars. Our family is secure in knowing the staff care about our parents. The nursing staff are knowledgeable and helpful each day, always willing to talk to us and answer questions. The aides treat our parents like family, kind and considerate. Our parents are not the best at participating in activities, but [name removed] finds a way to entice them into some! The open house meals are fun for extended family to visit. Probably the best menu in town. Plenty of options if parents don't want the daily meal special. Our parents have a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment which was wonderful to downsize them to from a large ranch. The management and staff care how our parents are living there, encouraging them, sharing stories about their own life. Based on our experience we would recommend Provision Living West Chester to other families. It's is very quiet there as well. They must have sound proofing in the walls. You don't hear anyone next door or in the halls. It is as close to feeling home as one could get I believe

The atmosphere has always been very welcoming. The staff seem to have a good relationship with all the residents. Just an overall great place!

I would pick this place when it comes time for me to get moved into this type of facility in the future. The people here really care about you! I love them back.

My loved one was there less than [time frame removed]. Not due to anything they did just my loved one's health declined. My only complaint is I was charged for a full month's rent for [date removed]. Still waiting to get a refund for the days they charged me. When I gave the 30 day notice I was told the rent would be pro-rated for [date removed].

The staff tries to go above and beyond with their patients. I highly recommend this facility to family and friends.

We have experience with two assisted living facilities locally here in Canton. Glen Abbey was the better of the two. Both places had a kind, caring staff, but Glen Abbey was much more organized and more fully-staffed. Entering and exiting the building is sometimes cumbersome because someone needs to buzz you in and out. But again, we see that as a positive as it relates to organization and maintaining control of the property. I would recommend Glen Abbey to a family member.

I would recommend Independence Village of Fishers East enthusiastically to other families looking for a place for their loved ones.

It seems that everyone on staff really cares about our needs and that we are well cared for. Help is available at all times. Our apartment is bright and cheerful and felt like home right away.

This community meets and goes beyond my expectations. The staff in all areas are willing to work with each other and the residents to meet their needs Many activities are available in the physical facilities as well as the community. The residents are friendly and welcoming and so is the staff. Storypoint is a good place to call home!

They are very professional, polite, and care to my needs. The community is very neat and always clean. The food is outstanding and they have great selections. They make everyone feel at home and in my opinion, this is great for all residents. I found a great place to live.

My experience has far exceeded any expectation I had for a senior living community. StoryPoint is truly a family. We play, laugh, celebrate, grieve and mourn together, residents AND staff. The variety of programming keeps me busy on my terms. The staff is professional, compassionate, and caring.

I feel well cared for. Meals are on time and I'm getting to know people.

This is an incredible residence. I can't wait to move in. It meets all of my needs at this time in my life.

My parent-in-law has lived at the Village for fifteen and a half years. Is has truly been her home as a participant and a contributor. Staff provided nurturing care in beautiful surroundings while our loved one thrived with her friends in the fellowship of the Village community.
