Fine place to be! Great! You folks are very helpful and hospitable.

We chose Sunrise of Gahanna because it looked more like a house when you walked in. Also the smaller area neighborhoods. The smaller footprint looks less sterile. Not like a large Commercial Hotel Building. Even though they have employee shortages as every place does... They all pitch in and help each other. At least, that's how it looks to us.

5 stars to all. This town has an extreme lack of public transportation. This place tries to help but, it still could be better. The apartment sizes at Southwick Village are excellent.

Such a beautiful place! The staff is so friendly. It's very clean. The activities they offer are so creative and fun! The food looks absolutely amazing! They truly care about the residents and their quality of life!

We as a family find Springvale very clean, efficient, professional, and very friendly. They address issues on time and keep us informed. The parent loves the accommodations.

Grace Haven is a good place to be.

I live at Meadow Lane. I have a beautiful apartment with a lot of space, and its kept very clean. They provide so many services to us and we have a lot of independence living here. I'm grateful this place exists in our little town.

It's a great facility. They have kind, caring, and attentive staff. It's a clean facility. They offer a variety of appropriate activities. There is skilled nurses. There is good communication with the families.

Food is excellent...and the staff will do anything they can. Everything we asked for, they bent over backwards to get it for us. Everyone who works there is friendly and helpful. My Dad doesn't care to participate in many activities, but he does enjoy Happy Hour and the Veteran's Breakfast. The facility and his room are well kept and well maintained. It was the staff that made the difference when we made the decision (food was 2nd). We are very happy and would highly recommend this facility to family and friends.

It's a high-quality property. That said, they have areas where they can improve. My family and I had a video call with their management a couple weeks ago and raised our concerns. That was good that they wanted to set that up. In general, we wanted to raise some food-choice issues from our loved ones, expectations related to the emergency call buttons in the apartments, and expectations related to ordering and verifying daily pill packets. Better communications at move in would have avoided those inconsistent expectation issues. We told them that. StoryPoint is an expensive facility, but they were willing to offer discounts and lock in those discounts for 18 months for us. That was very helpful.

I struggled to keep up at home with simple daily tasks. Once I got here, I felt relief. I finally had help. The food is great and they do all the cleaning. I get to relax and enjoy my time here.

I am very impressed with the staff, everyone is so friendly and helpful. The residents love the activities and seem to really love each others company.

My parents move to StoryPoint turned out to be delightful. Our concern about the challenges of such a transition quickly disappeared as the StoryPoint team welcomed and supported our every need.

Oliver Woods had a clean facility. All the staff were kind and efficient from what I saw. But, we never left my loved one alone during the single week they were there in hospice care. The hospice service that Oliver Woods preferred was okay once it got set up, but the bed and oxygen were not set up as promised on the day of transfer from the hospital. Also took the hospice several days to get meds setup and then she stopped taking them anyway.

Was visiting with a friend from my church, the building was clean and smelled nice. The staff were very friendly and energetic. They had bingo scheduled when I was there to visit and there was so many people playing, it was a blast.

The staff are amazingly helpful and kind, and the service is so personal.

I thoroughly enjoy StoryPoint Middletown. We have had no problems at all. I think all they are great, and I give them a five on all accounts. The staff here are outstanding number one. I enjoy the entertainment that they have for us. It is top-notch.

I highly recommend this community! The Amazon Food, the staff love Their job and it shows, landscaping is beautiful and great sites, apartments look and are modern and pleasant to be in, activities, outings, friendly people are worth checking it out and potentially making it a forever home!

I toured this facility and it's a nice facility! When you walk in, it feels like a hotel resort. However, it felt very commercial. We kind of felt like customers. The cost didn't seem like a good value. They did answer a lot of our questions and give us some good information. But another big thing is the location. It's in the middle of fields and an industrial park/buildings. Not ideal, at least not for us.
