My Husband, [name removed], and I are living in a beautiful 1 bedroom at StoryPoint Knoxville West. It is wonderful here, the facility is so bright and clean (always), Management, Staff and Residents alike are friendly, helpful and respectful. Chef makes sure that each meal is not only nutritious but apatizing and prepared well. Our Activities Director is thankfully young because her schedule is FULL. She makes sure that Residents have a bountiful choice of activities. We have several Devotional opportunities, a Bible Study and a couple Services for different Faiths. StoryPoint is truly Home. Oh! it's pet friendly.

Nice place. Great people. Great surroundings. GREAT buffet (chef)!

Love living here. I can't think of a place I would rather be.

Staff is very friendly and willing to listen to my concerns. I have made so many friends during the 6 years I have lived here.

The food is good. The folks that work here are wonderful and kind. The E.D. is great - always cheerful and helpful and smart and caring.

This is a good place to be. I like it here and am very comfortable.

Highly recommend IVGL. Friendly staff that go above and beyond for their residents. Residents always have a smile on their faces and happy with the activities that happen daily. Clean. Pet friendly. Loving. Enjoyable atmosphere.

I was in rehab my son and daughter-in-law found this place to call home, so I became a resident. Independence Village, has become my home away from home. The staff is awesome more than willing to help. Residents are friendly. It's very difficult for anyone to accept change but transition was easier than anticipated.

The facilities are very nice and well kept. The food is prepared by a chef and is very good.There are lots of activities for the residents to do.Transportation is provided for Dr appointments. I highly recommend this facility.

We had a wonderful experience moving my mom from her home to StoryPoint very quickly (about 7 days). [name removed] did an incredible job of showing us around, walking us through the process and finding options that would work for our financial situation. My mom has enjoyed her stay. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. They have restored some confidence that she can live on her own with minimal help. we appreciate everything the StoryPoint community and all they have done to make sure mom has had a wonderful experience.

I toured this facility and it was my first choice for my loved one. It's a very nice place. It looked brand new and there seemed to be tons of things to do. It's in a more local community setting and had a more active community than some of the others we toured. I'd consider it for myself even, if the need arose.

Very clean, caring and professional staff. They interact well with the patients and their families:). At first, not good communication but, within a week and 2 meetings all was set. Now she is in hospice comfort care. Confined to a wheelchair and bed with fallmat. Anything she needs is spot in through Angels to Angels hospice. Their communication is spot on and she has the best care all around!

The staff seems wonderful at this facility and my loved one is very happy here! I will mention, for my tour I purposely came through the back door- unannounced- just to get a feel for how they would handle something like that and if they would notice. It only took about 25 seconds for someone to notice me/greet me and ask who I was and if they could help me with something. That said a lot to me and is exactly what I was hoping for. Housekeeping is once a week and it's been good. My loved one has had no complaints and she's pretty picky. They offer a good variety of activities and also transportation. Some of the things that they promised aren't coming through, but that is due to Covid and they're trying to get those things going again so I understand. This facility has definitely measured up to our expectations, they even connected us to a resource that can help with obtaining Veteran benefits. I would recommend this facility to family and friends. It really is like living on a cruise ship!

I am so very satisfied with them. My dad had been there before he died and I was happy with them then and I am more pleased with them now. It has really improved my mother in laws life at this point. We've experienced a lot while there. They succeeded above expectations on everything. During the winter , a pipe burst during the freeze and her room flooded.... they fixed it and had her entire room cleaned and carpet cleaned and dried by nightfall... then she had a medical emergency and they used her medic alert button to call an ambulance which had a good outcome..... they are always aware if the residents and if there are changes with them.... they are just very well arranged there and the staff is great. She has made friends and is doing well with crafts. Other than living in my house with us, she likes where she is and I'm glad she is with others in her situation and has a new routine. Our home would not be a good fit for her.

I have been living at Storypoint Middletown since [date removed] This is my home! I love everything about it. The staff are phenomenal! They are always eager to assist in any way they can! The food is outstanding! I look forward to dinner every evening . The facility is gorgeous- well maintained! I highly recommend StoryPoint Middletown- my new forever home !

Grace Haven Assisted Living has been a great experience for our family so far, we really do like it. Feedback our loved one has given us is that the staff members are amazing, caring and she feels like she is being well cared and looked after. Our loved one really likes the apartment, its always very clean and cozy. One negative we do have which we understand its not their fault - but our loved one is still very sharp mentally and when she goes down to play games, she has yet to find other residents that are on the same level as her mentally.

My Mom has advanced Alzheimers. I had to find a place for her quickly that had memory care. Storypoint is a place that I would actually choose to live. Very warm and inviting. Other places that I toured, I wouldn't want to stay or put my trust in them that they would properly care for my Mom. The staff is so sweet to my Mom. Lots of personal attention. The nurses are so caring and always make sure my mom is comfortable and happy. The food is excellent. Lots of choices that look very appetizing. The room that she sleeps in is very bright. The common areas are designed for people dealing with dementia or alzheimers. Lots of interactive things, like a record player with tons of old albums. My Mom loves the music and if you put a record on, several residents come into the space to hear the music. I can't say enough about my moms care at Storypoint and how I am so glad that I found this wonderful place to take care of my Mom. No more worrying about her.

The staff is truly great. Friendly and always very helpful. We enjoy the people here and the activities are great with a great variety.

We picked this community, because I liked the way the staff treated the clients and the range of activities. I appreciated , that when I came to visit mom in memory care and she wasn't in the common area or her room,when I approached the staff, they knew who I was looking for and explained that residents after get rooms confused.

Very happy here. Interesting people to talk to and things to do. Sorry about trouble getting servers and cleaning people.
