Forest Glen is an excellent facility. The staff is very caring and attentive to all my uncle's needs. Always available but never under foot.

I liked that as my loved ones health changes I can make changes with her care. It puts more control over who takes care of her. Plus the activities, hairdresser and her primary care doctor all are available in the one building. It's a cheerful environment and she has a happy home. At 90 years old that is more important to her.

We originally moved my parents into StoryPoint since it was the only facility where my mother could live in the memory care area and my father could reside in an independent setting within the same building. Dad was able to visit mom every day without having to negotiate the outside weather. We now have experience with my parents in independent living, memory care and assisted living. The staff did an excellent job navigating the care and safety of residents throughout the pandemic. As with most facilities of this type, StoryPoint struggled to hire and retain care staff during this challenging time. However, with a new care team leadership in place, there has been significant improvements. The care team leadership has promptly addressed every concern that we have raised. The facility staff are kind, caring, and take great pride in their work. I can't say enough about the housekeeping lead, the maintenance staff, the activities team, and the kitchen staff.

It's true that you have to visit communities to determine if you can see/feel your loved one living there. StoryPoint Gahanna was our the best fit for our loved one. And they had an opening for us that fit our needs. The staff was welcoming and kind. The staff worked hard to answer all our questions on multiple visits. We were happy with the entire process. I would suggest that at some point they tailor their written information that is provided to ALL StoryPoint new residents, to be more specific to StoryPoint Gahanna residents. As the point person for my loved one, I spent more time than I had planned on getting more specific questions answered regarding housekeeping, facility, and maintenance because I was given a general document for ALL StoryPoint facilities. We are so glad we chose StoryPoint Gahanna for our loved one.

Overall, the food is pretty decent, and my loved had no complaints. The staff was friendly and very attentive. The administration was great to work with. Overall. I am very pleased.

They have updated the building and it looks great, especially around the holidays it looks so festive. The residents seem to have a great time with all of the activities they do in the building and all of the outings they go on in the community.

Great place to take family members! Friendly staff. Clean environment. Has a lot of space. They always involve families in their activities! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place for their loved one!

You can tell they have so much fun at Grace Haven Assisted Living and Memory Care. When you enter the building you can tell in the atmosphere that it is like a big family type of feeling. Their events and activities are so fun for the residents and staff.

We are relieved that Mom is now safe and well taken care of so close by, and very pleased that visitors are welcome any time. The staff have all been wonderful since the very beginning, and her caregivers communicate well with us.

My father has been at StoryPoint West for almost a year. The recently updated building is lovely and welcoming with lots of windows allowing natural light throughout and a view of the beautiful interior courtyard. The staff is a dedicated, caring group who make it a real home for the residents.

I toured this community and was very pleased. It's a newer, very nice facility. Very bright and clean. This facility is our top choice and we're working on moving our loved one here.

My mom moved into Independence Village/Plymouth and she just loves it! The management could not be more friendly, helpful and accommodating. They make such an effort to remember your name and make you feel at home. The residents that she's met are so much fun. There are so many programs/activities that if you're guaranteed to join in. There is something for EVERYONE! Beautiful location as well!

My loved one loves the food. They always have activiites, and try to get my loved one engaged. They have really good communication with the familiy. The staff is well trained on Dementia/Alzheimer's patients. They go to a special training and it really shows. They are very caring and friendly. They have a lot of fun things for everyone to do, such as special nights; like movie nights, football nights, and outside entertainment. They also invite the families to the events. One other thing, the medical staff is very attentive.

I couldn't have picked a better place for my loved one. It was like walking into home. It is nice that it isn't a huge community. The staff they have are top notch and the perfect place for my loved one. The staff communication with the family has been very good. There are three meals a day served to the residents and they have choices to choose from. The chef is very good, and they make accommodations for the residents for their meals.

This is by far one of the best facilities that I’ve ever been into. When I’m in the need extra help, Heritage Hill will definitely be my first pick. Provided are none like other. The way that the care specialist care for the residence is so special. It’s not just a job to them if they’re calling and you can tell.

This is a great community with caring, friendly staff, and a wonderful activity Director. Cole does such a great job keeping residence busy and engaged with new activities all the time! All the staff go above and beyond and all the residents have great experiences.

I contacted Pinebrook after my grandma had experienced a bad move to another retirement home. I met with the sales director the very next day for a tour. She was genuinely concerned about my grandma’s and my happiness. Within a week my grandma moved in! She loves it! Highly recommend Pinebrook!!!

I attended all the events this year, and I’ve never seen a facility with so many activities and events. The Activity Director is so phenomenal at his job. So many extraordinary unique events are planned with lots of hard work, from a DJ to elephant ears, lunch, snow cones, cotton, candy, popcorn, face, painting, a bouncy house, and a dunk tank. It was amazing!

Heritage Hill is such amazing place to be! The food, activities, care is so great. This assisted living home is by far one of the best in the area! If you are thinking about moving a loved on into a home Heritage Hill is the place to be!
