My loved one is a resident at Holiday Willow Park. I would recommend this facility to others, it's a wonderful facility.

My mom resided in Candlestone for almost 3.5 years. She loved it there from day 1. The staff were so kind and caring not only to here but to us as a family. They were family to us. The facility itself is kept exceptionally clean. I would not hesitate to refer someone to Candlestone Assisted Living.

The current residents spoke very highly of the place! I would recommend to others.

Satisfied overall, however many times they seem to be understaffed. They say that the number on duty is what is called for but it doesn't seem to be enough for the number of residents . They admit there is often times a shortage of workers on the weekend.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Story Point. I would give them 5s in absolutely every category. Unfortunately my mom wasn't there long enough for me to get to know everyone by name which made it even more impressive that they were all so kind and caring with my mom. The original contact was [name removed] who again was so professional and welcoming when she took us on the tour.

StoryPoint Rockford was worth every penny! My dad thrived in this community. He developed so many friendships with both residents and staff members. The staff knew him as a person and not just another resident. Activities kept him busy - which he loved. The food was fantastic and I loved that he had a table with "his guys". When his health started to decline the support from the onsite Laurus care staff allowed him to stay in his apartment and provided and treated him with dignity and respect. I can say without a doubt that this facility gave us 6 years with our father that we would not have had without him moving there. Thank you to the staff and friends of StoryPoint Rockford!

What an amazing community! I have never felt so welcomed before. Every staff member I came across said hello and welcomed me. Every resident that was in site had the biggest smile on their face. This community gives you the most warm, happy, feeling in your stomach!

The staff are awesome. The Lauri's Health Care Company they use has already raised rates. He went in August of 2023. I think they should lock in for at least a year. I would recommend Storypoint Rockford to others looking.

My 89 and 90 year old parents moved in IV of A 2.5 years ago. They initially took some time to acclimate themselves since they had only lived in one house for 60 year. That said, they were loved and care for beginning their first day. So many staff, caregivers and residents touched their lives on a daily basis. They both considered IV their home and the staff and caregivers their family. Not to mention the support and love that my family felt when both of my parents began declining in health. We will always be grateful to everyone at IV for their love and kindness. If only Independence Village had been our first stop in searching for a new home. We could have saved a lot of days.

The staff is dedicated to providing a clean and lively home for residents and has so many fun activities for residents! I love seeing the facebook pictures for all the themed events and the facility is very well maintained!

I just can't say value for the money is a 5, because it's hard to fathom how it can be so expensive. I don't think that's as much a reflection on Woodlawn Meadows as it is on the industry itself. The staff is always patient and kind when I visit no matter what time of day. The atmosphere is very calming. We toured another facility that was more 'upscale' with more amenities, but this place just felt more like home.

There are many group opportunities available. I liked the all inclusive option.

I would give a 5 for every category. They are fantastic, caring, professional and gentle people. I love them! Very highly recommend this community to other families and in fact we already have.

My family has had my 94 year old mother and 92year old aunt under the care of the StoryPoint team for over a year. We have been very pleased with the care provided by the resident assistants and responsiveness of leadership to resolving any concerns. The facility clean and the daily food service and special events meals are excellent. StoryPoint offers a daily activity schedule for residents that is beyond our expectations.

The facility is new and laid out so that it is easy to get around and get to what you want the staff is very caring and helpful and are always there for you I would definitely recommend Edencrest to others. The fact that I moved here should be proof of that

Springvale Assisted living has a warming environment, care staff are kind and caring, the building is beautiful and management are present. They have a new Life Enrichment Manager, resident are very active and attend outings.

What our family likes the most about the Independence Village of Petoskey is the staff members there, they are so friendly. We also really like the food that is prepared for the residents as well as the different activities that are offered. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to others.

My mother is living her best life. We have had pigeon problems making nests on the balconies. Have had issues with assistance with biweekly cleaning. Everyone has been personable welcoming. The staff posture is they are the guests at the facility. We have had a learning curve to fully understand the care. Once we determined what care was covered by insurance it became easier to make decisions. Love that medical is on site. My mother doesn't need to leave the building for doctor appointments nor physical therapy. The residents tend to complain about the menu since its a 4 star chef creating the menu. Most are expecting restaurant quality... which it is but its a step up. Its stretching their comfort zone. My mother loves having dinner with her friends daily. Over the top activities. Something is always on the schedule. The residents are encouraged to join in but not forced. My mother is a social butterfly and she is in her element. Rent is more than standard rent for square footage in the area. In my opinion its overpriced. If my mother wasn't participating in the activities I would be looking for another location. She loves her apartment and her new friends. She says she is at home.

I have been caring for patients at Woodlawn Meadows for 3 years now & can honestly say this place is top notch. The staff here give amazing care to their residents and treat them like family. They are always engaging residents by offering various activities. Their facilities are clean & well kept. This is a place I would trust to bring my family to.

Close-knit community. Very active! Variety of activities. Clean & very spacious apartments. Very homey, good care, very pretty place.
