I have been performing at StoryPoint for nearly five years. It is the most excellent retirement community in Grand Rapids, constantly providing the residents with a comforting and festive atmosphere. There is no shortage of engaging activities throughout the year, but even aside from the many enjoyable events on the calendar, the general environment of the place, the friendliness of both residents and staff alike, the smell of the dining room during meal time, the decorations throughout the various seasons, all serve to provide a top-tier retirement experience for anyone and everyone.

StoryPoint Medina has excellent positive leadership and this positive attitude is a key part of the entire staff. The staff offers to help assist in all the 'little ways' that make the quality of life better everyday, especially in the 'big picture.' Our Executive Director has developed a 'staff' of quality people who are 'givers', not 'takers' in everyday life. The staff consistently ask if you have any needs before you ask them. They do this sincerely and build a positive relationship with you as an individual. All of this adds up to a better quality of life in the big picture. The line of communication is always open to you. The staff goes above and beyond on a consistent basis for the people everyday.
