Wonderful tour

This is a very well-run facility. It is well maintained and has an active recreation and entertainment program.

The friendly staff here is available to help with my needs. The maintenance crew takes care of problems in a mannerly time. At my initial visit, I found everything I needed here and knew this was where I wanted to live. When temperatures dropped to 1 degree, I did not have to worry about frozen pipes - further proof that I belong here!

Stonegate is a wonderful place to be if you need to have assistance. The staff are truly remarkable and make this place home. I see staff always helping others at all times. So if you had to be anywhere because you could not stay home, Stonegate is the place to be.

My parents moved into StoryPoint almost 2 years ago. They suddenly became connected with an amazing community that cared and supported them. Although my mom has passed, dad continues to thrive.

I am so impressed with this place every time I visit. When you walk in, everyone is so welcoming, attentive and kind. Residents are always happy and enjoying themselves. The daily activities look like a blast as well! This community has everything anyone could ever need and then some! It's the staff here that truly makes this place a gem.

We toured StoryPoint Naperville and it is a beautiful facility! The facility is very clean and well maintained. It hit our top 5 priorities and is also close to home! It's actually in my Parents' current home community. We are in the process of signing my parents up to live here. So far, the process has been easy and flexible to meet our needs and time frame.

When I came in I was hesitant, but after moving in I have been so welcome here. I have great friends, activities are enriching and our meals provided here are lovely. I love our outings we go on. We even got to go see Blake Shelton live in concert! Not to forget the Ohio State football game and basketball game! We have a movie theater and wonderful wellness center to keep us active.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. Food and activities are top notch! Our entertainment is the best along with our outings we go on. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else! You're missing out if you don't move here!

I am amazed how quiet my apartment is! Very private and I can't even hear my neighbors. I am absolutely entranced with how great the community leaders work together. You can tell the leadership fosters a great culture and community. The culinary team is so professional and the food is excellent! Very clean and beautiful community.

They are lifesavers in my book. I would give them a 10 out of 5 if I could. They care, and it shows. My mom's health is declining, and they are so good to her. They make sure she is safe, clean, well fed, and as comfortable as possible. It's a beautiful facility, and her studio apartment feels high end and cozy... The other residents are friendly too. Lots of activities and opportunities to socialize for those looking to make new friends too. I feel lucky to have found Provision. It's light years nicer than everywhere else I visited.

Everyday, I find immense joy in visiting my beloved and witnessing the beaming countenances of both the residents and the staff. Moreover, the community never fails to impress me with its impeccable cleanliness and pleasant aroma.

I really like the Holiday Creekside community for my mom. So far, the office has been patient with my mom (who can be difficult). I have no complaints. I find the staff to be very accommodating. Especailly [name removed] who knows how to de-escalate situations. Based on the experience we have had so far we would absolutely recommend Holiday Creekside to other families.

Having had several members of our family in various assisted living communities in the Westland area we can say with confidence that the management and care at Glen Abbey is among the best. We would encourage anyone looking for an assisted living community for themselves or a loved one to visit [name removed] and the team at Glen Abbey. The facility is lovely, but more importantly so is the staff.

I wish my family would have chosen Storypoint from the get go. Beautiful community which is well staffed and maintained. The employees are happy and love what they do. The management team is hands down the best you could ever ask for. Administration has been present at this community for over 20 years. Many many long term employees. I recommend this assisted living to everyone I know and care about. Please do yourself a favor and visit Storypoint before you select a home for your loved one. It doesn't disappoint.

I visit StoryPoint on weekends with my therapy dog, Jasmine. The facility is immaculate and bright. The staff show a great deal of passion for the residents and are incredibly friendly and caring. The residents are a family and are very supportive of each other. If my parents lived in this area, I would definitely consider StoryPoint.

My husband and I came directly from the hospital to StoryPoint in December of 2021. Our children took charge of moving in our belongings. We were met by a very welcoming staff that immediately made us feel as if we were at home. They made certain that we had everything we needed to function in our "new home". They made us aware of the resident activities and dining options. I was introduced to the staff in the therapy room where I would soon be guided through my recovery. Each of them took time to get to know me and provide their expertise with each session. On a daily basis, I was met with smiles and good wishes from residents and staff. I wanted very much to become a part of this new family and have tried to assist other residents as needed. Our Chief Executive and her staff let it be known if there are any troubling issues that arise they make time to listen and make every effort to solve those problems. I feel safe here and it has given me a purpose in my new life as a widow.

Well maintained community. Spacious rooms. Caring and respectful staff willing to work with family to provide care. Residents are treated as family......all very welcoming and concerned for one another. It took a bit to learn to work with the system but we were guided through that by staff. Safety procedures necessitated having to be buzzed in and out of the building. Most times it was not a problem but certain times of day could be challenging if staff was tied up with tending to residents. Patience is a virtue. Meals and dining are times that our mom looked forward to. Table mates become friends. Lots of daily activities to keep people as busy as they choose to be. Family and friends are always welcome to participate as well.

My friend who lives there is concerned that laundry days seem to vary and her basket of clothes is often overflowing. Maybe more workers need to be hired. It is a beautiful place and the staff are pleasant and welcoming. It really is a lovely place. There are even a couple of therapy dogs that visit weekly. I suggest interested people tour the facility and see for themselves. It's impressive. Also... there's an inner courtyard that's easily accessible. It has a number of outdoor chairs and benches and even a barbecue. It just recently opened since the weather improved. It's a safe place that allows residents to get some sun and fresh air whenever they choose.

My parents move here in 2015 to the Independent side of the village. After my father passed, my mother continued to live on Independent side until she fell and broke her hip. After her rehab I moved her to a respite room then moving her full time into Assisted living. The care she has received from all the employees is wonderful. I'd like to thank [name removed] for having a great staff of employees, [name removed]for running such a happy village and all the rest that make up a happy team.
