I am so happy I picked StoryPoint as my home. I enjoy spending time with the Assisted Living residents, playing Bingo, and listening to the incredible music performers. The food is outstanding and the customer service is fabulous.

StoryPoint Medina has excellent positive leadership and this positive attitude is a key part of the entire staff. The staff offers to help assist in all the 'little ways' that make the quality of life better everyday, especially in the 'big picture.' Our Executive Director has developed a 'staff' of quality people who are 'givers', not 'takers' in everyday life. The staff consistently ask if you have any needs before you ask them. They do this sincerely and build a positive relationship with you as an individual. All of this adds up to a better quality of life in the big picture. The line of communication is always open to you. The staff goes above and beyond on a consistent basis for the people everyday. From the Executive Director and the entire staff the positive attitude and sincere caring for you is the ULTIMATE DIFFERENCE MAKER.

When I walked through the front door, I was so impressed with the beauty of the building. I was greeted with friendliness and the entire staff treated me like I was part of the family.

StoryPoint is not just a place to live, it is a community that excels at personal touches for its members. I have seen first hand how my mother's mental and physical wellbeing has benefited from being a part of it.

The only complaint we have as we wish they had a heated pool. We picked StoryPoint because it was very close to both my sister and my house. And the person that showed it did a fantastic job of selling it.

I would highly recommend the community to others for their loved ones. My loved one has enjoyed their time here. The staff communication with the family has been pretty good when we have questions or concerns. There are three meals a day served to the residents. The community tries to accommodate the resident's requests if the residents doesn't like the meal that is served. Kickball, cards, bingo, crafts, puzzles, readers, and more are some of the activities available for the residents to participate in.

It is a brand new facility. Everything is very nice. My mom moved in and felt like she was in a really nice place. Her vision of assisted living was not good and because of the newness of it it and the grand entrance, that really helped. It feels more like a resort rather than an assisted living facility. I would recommend Provision Living at Canton.

They are so welcoming. Everyone was willing to talk to you and encourage you. They have activities that encourage the people living there to interact with each other. Peaceful and and caring atmosphere.

The meals at this community get 10 stars and the chef gets 5 stars, he is absolutely incredible and he has an understudy that is just as good. He makes such good quality food and has such a good variety and choices to pick from each day. We have actually packed up some meals to take home with us, it is just that good. The activities coordinator during the week is fantastic, but we do wish during the weekends it was a little bit better. It is expensive but to us it s worth every single penny. We also love that it is faith based which is not only important to our loved ones but to our family has well.

This facility is a very nice place. Communication with the family is very good. The staff are all very friendly, always smiling, and helpful. Housekeeping is once a week and dad is happy with it. Everything seems pretty organized and they know what they're doing. I would absolutely recommend this facility to family and friends.

The overall value is so very expensive but excellent. It's hard to gauge this. Great transition from home to hospice for mom. Based on our experience so far with StoryPoint Portage we would recommend the to other families

I visit my father and see him happy, he likes his meals, is more active in the community than what he was at home, has meet some new friends, he feels safe here, my brother visits weekly. My father likes the entertainment as well.

The staff are all very welcoming. My mom was only here for as short period time before she passed, but they were always so kind and made her and us as the family feel comfortable having her here. The transition process was very smooth. I would absolutely recommend Independence Village of Pella to others.

Everyone has been wonderful i live here with my dog, we walk around and he sits with me in the living room. I have made alot of new friends. The building is very pretty and my room is very nice. I'm very happy here
