Staff is friendly and helpful. [name removed] is great. Very disappointed for the amount of money paid that facility will not help residents move from one unit to another. Very unhelpful and greedy for this organization to treat a resident that way. Moving from assisted living to memory or skilled, you guys should assist. Especially when you have been paid over [removed]k in last year by the resident. Other facilities provide this service.

My sister seems to have formed nice relationships with a number of staff members. Sometimes when I'm on the phone with her I hear them interacting and it seems they are very kind and patient.

Facility is beautiful and clean, staff is caring and friendly, food seems great and we love the Friday happy hours. The communication to families could be improved. I would like to see a family portal where we could see medical and care notes.

The Enclave at Chandleris an ideal retirement option, offering all the amenities and safety you desire as you age. Most impressive are the people who work there. Executive Director, [name removed], using, diplomacy, grace and understanding manages this large complex, beautifully.. Director of Nursing, Assisted Living Manager and Memory Care Director manage their individual departments with so much devotion, patience and wonderful upbeat positive personalities . Fun, entertainment, activities and cool programs are provided by four very talented people. They are a clever creative group! I cannot praise the Caregivers in Memory Care enough. They all deserve 5 stars for their patience, gentleness and constant care for the Memory residents. It has been a pleasure meeting so many truly loving, kind people when I visit my husband. Thank you, one and all!

The facility is very clean there are plenty of good options all kinds of activities the nursing/aides are friendly helpful and caring. The pricing is good location is a bit far for our family but not for everyone and not too far for the care and accommodations. Our mother isn't the easiest resident and they have gone above & beyond for her. They could use a bit more organization with the salon availability but we are grateful for it being on site and the services offered. Admin staff is very friendly billing can be a bit tricky but does get figured out in the end.

The common areas are very clean, however, Mom's room rarely gets cleaned because they can't keep staff. Between my sister and I we keep her room clean, but we pay for this service, so we are not happy about that. Otherwise, it's a nice place, friendly and caring staff. She is happy there

Make sure you have/request a complete review of the point scoring system Mason Assisted Living & Memory Care uses to determine the level of care your loved one will require including the costs for additional services that correspond to their point scoring system. It's a good facility and with a competent staff. You just need to understand what you are paying for and how the point scoring system affects your final monthly cost.

Facility is clean and all staff members are very nice. They have happy hour every Friday with a different entertainer. Residents love it and sing along. Guests are welcomed. Would recommend. The residents always leave with a Smile on their face after the weekly happy hour with entertainment

Everyone is friendly and helpful. But not overly, which is good for my sister. They dont try to talk you into doing things but let you set the pace. Apartment sizes are okay. The apartments are clean and look new. The entire facility looks great. They have a lot of amenities and with some it is your choice

Stay on top of the staff. We paid extra for Diabetic care, and they just allowed my mother in law to manage it herself until I stepped in and told them I was paying them to take care of it and my mother in law would not manage it properly. Make sure your bills are correct.

Lack of consistency is a concern. In close to a year they've had 3 Directors, 3 Medical Directors and a lot of turnover at every level. Routine and structure is important to residents dealing with dementia and families who have established expectations on communication have to reestablish each time there is a change.

[name removed] was excellent and very Informative when choosing an assisted living facility for our mother. The facility is clean and homey. Her room is spacious and mimics her previous home situation. The staff are kind to our mom and care about her. We are pleased we reached out to Southview and chose this facility

Most of the staff is very friendly, but there seems to be a very high rate of turnover. So some services are not always on time/as scheduled.

What we like the most about The Enclave is the beauty of the facility. Friendliness of front desk staff. Friendliness of caretakers. Food wasn't great. Also, communication between the facility and hospice staff left a lot to be desired.

No one is going to love your family like you do, but nearly all of the staff treat them with kind respect. Memory Care requires a very special kind of patience and understanding, and I've never observed any of the caregivers being unkind to the residents. That said, we visit our mother every day, and I believe that is very important for the one-on-one attention that each resident needs but cannot possibly get on a daily basis from the staff.

I looked for a place for my sister and started her out in two other places. Neither of them worked out and so I looked at Mason. I really liked Mason. I thought the people were exceptionally nice and the patience were exceptionally nice. My sister could not be happier right now. I am also happy but I wish I didn’t feel nickel and dime a bit. I think I have figured it all out now and so it will all be fine. I do however wish you were a little closer.

On Independent living they no longer do daily check ins or have the Life Alert like button service. A resident would need to get their own service. So that was a prior selling point. There was no reduction in rent w that change. Also there's been staffing shortages. Place is doing their best to ensure residents are not affected. Aside from that my parents are happy.

it is a fabulous facility, but it is really best for seniors that do not need higher levels of care. My mom was only there three months and then she passed away, so I can only give you my impressions being there three months and she was on the decline the last two months. Their biggest issue is they have had high turnover with the executive leadership that is running that place and it really caused things to not be great and I just sort of was there during that period of time. New Executive Director was too focused on profit and not on compassionate care; she should be a role model for her staff and was not. I know you can balance profit with an attitude of gentleness and caring

We have been there a year. The care was horrifying. 5 ED's in one year. I don't even bother to write their names down now. THEN, around [date removed], [name removed] was hired as the head RN. Can't say enough good things about her. I worry about her work load. My dad passed and many of the residents have surrounded my mom with love and care. We have gotten to know the residents as I come into town 3 weeks at a time and I have a sibling over there every other day and my brother spends the night mid-week. The activities group is amazing. We were sold on that then realized it doesn't matter if they aren't getting their meds (they weren't) but now that they are, we really appreciate that Mom has 2+ activities/day that she attends. She has a good life - don't listen to her complaining - she always did that!
