Love the Independent Living room, higher ceilings and small picket-fenced yard. Allows small dogs. Really liked. Only concern is social class aspect - everyone was dressed nice, mom is more happy to walk around in sweatpants.

Very nice. New, nice layout. Has nurse and therapy on site. Rooms small, but ample and comfortable.

Louis sent some good information and called. Really nice. It would be our 2nd choice. Mostly because that in the future if we needed to go with ALTSC, we would have to move her.

This has been a very positive experience. The staff and administration have been responsive to any questions or concerns the family has had about our loved one. Overall I think they are doing a good job. Some of the activities available include game nights, current events, live music, parties, field trips, and more for the residents to participate in. There are three meals provided, and there is a menu for the resident to order from.

This place was very nice, one of our top two. Went only with other as was minutes from my home.

We have been very happy with our experience at Creve Coeur. My dad has been in therapy here but is actually about to move to skilled nursing. The facility seems to be very clean and all of the staff are nice and have treated him well which is the most important thing to us. I would definitely recommend this facility to other families looking.

They say that they provide emergency care but I would let others know that if you are in independent living, they do not. We have had one accident and had to find out the hard way. The food has been improving within the last week.

We have been very impressed with the cleanliness of the community, there is always someone there cleaning and picking things up. Even though our loved one does not participate in all the activities we do like everything that have to offer. There is balloon volleyball and social hours Friday afternoons where they bring in live entertainment which is so nice. The staff have just been so so friendly, they are always saying hi to the residents, greeting them by their first name and greeting all the visitors. Our biggest complaint right now would just be with the meals and dining service. Our loved one is not a picky eater but sometimes they complain about the quality and length of time it takes for the food to be delivered.

We went with Creve Coeur because we like the staff to resident ratio and it seemed like a quiet and warm atmosphere. The room sizes vary, we chose the smallest size, it is snug but it is adequate. I have been in one of the larger rooms as well and it is quite spacious. They do not have a lot of green space for residents to wander just because of the location, but they make do. They do have an upstairs veranda where they can get outside and get some fresh air. I would recommend them to other families looking.

Our experience with Hilliard Assisted living is going great, everything has been wonderful. I do not have one bad thing to say about them.

My mom seems happy at this community. There are some people who are able to do a lot more and some people are not but the people who are able to do more don't have much to do. The activities aren't targeted towards the residents that are able to get around more. Its just hard to find things to do and my loved one would like for more to be offered. My mother feels like this community has really helped her and she feels safe at this community.

I would recommend you take a look at The Enclave. They have a lot of open common areas. The food is pretty good and they have options to choose from for dining. Some of the activities available include shopping trips, games, and more for the residents to choose from.

The community was too far from family and was smaller than we wanted.

We really liked this community. They didn't have space for my loved one's activities. It was very clean and professional. The nursing to residents ratio was good.

It's early on, but everything I've seen so far I've been pleased with. My loved one's apartment is a very nice size, and very comparable to what she had before in independent living. which made it a smooth transition for her with her minor memory issues. She was able to bring all of her own furniture, so it feels like home to her. I like that part of it. It's a beautiful complex and seems to be clean and very well maintained. My loved one tells me the food is very good. They have a lot of activities and things going on. The concept here is to keep the residents active and help them get out of their rooms, and she does so much I can't get ahold of her sometimes. I have minor questions at times, but they've been very good at responding. It's a nice organization, and I like the people I'm dealing with. Based on my research, it seems we're getting a fair deal. So far I've been very happy, and I think my loved one is too, which is most important to us. It's nice knowing that she receives any care she needs and is eating well with three meals a day.

From what I've seen, the apartments are clean, and everything is modern and current. The décor isn't dated. The staff that I've interacted with do what they say, and say what they do. Which on the outside not being able to go in to visit yet is important to me. Hopefully by the end of the year we'll be able to go inside to visit and hang out. My loved one raves about the food. The quality and variety are good. It's nice that even though she's not cooking anymore, she still has a kitchen in her apartment. When she goes to dinner, she puts nicer clothes on, and the tables are set with real linens. So it feels nicer than a normal fast food or sit-down restaurant. The value is great. We were lucky to get a three-year locked rate that was much better than other places we looked at that were not nearly as nice.

We chose The Enclave because it is a newer, cleaner facility and there is cap on the care price and no al a cart pricing. My aunt is loving the food, but they could use a little more variety with breakfast. I have heard the activities are great even though my aunt doesn't get involved in them. They have recently started letting us in to visit with her which has been nice. But when I went in a few weeks ago, they had not put any of the new sheets that I had bought her from Christmas time, her laundry basket was missing, and she was laying on plastic so there have been some issues. I would tell others to make sure that you put your loved ones name and room number on their possessions. Overall they are awesome in a lot of ways and I would recommend to others who are looking.

[name removed] was a great tour guide for Palos Verdes. My friend and I felt very welcomed. She and [name removed] even fed us a delicious lunch. We hope to see more of them.

New facility with lovely grounds and a super staff! As new residents (3 months) in Independent Living, my husband and I are so impressed with the friendly and professional team members. They are warm, respectful, and eager to provide the best service and comfort for all residents. Current residents are sociable and welcoming, making this a truly special place to call home. We are very happy we chose Las Palomas.
