The staff in general are nice. There have been concerns with her care, as medications are given incorrectly or not given at all. The food is pretty good, and the apartment size is good. There is a lack of clarity with billing, including misbilled information, and everything is charged. Don't ever ask for help.

A beautiful place and the staff is very nice, attentive. Follow up on details ! Food is excellent ! Mom is happy. Very clean and always smells good and clean. I'm so happy and mom is too! It healed my heart - it was really a difficult transition for her! But once she was there for about a month- it was so worth it!

Staff is great. They keep up the place well but it could be a little cleaner. The meal service takes a long time but I think they like the food in general. The room cleaning is good as is maintenance. They don't do activities and the transport is sort of restrictive for appointments because they don't do activities a lot of activities! They do like it better than [community removed] in Leander and the staff cares more for sure.

Our visit was pleasant and informative. The facility is clearly exquisitely maintained and appointed. Artwork on the walls and in the hallways brighten the mood of the place and the apartments are very nicely set up. The mini-kitchen and adjacent laundry appliances are a very nice touch and appear quite handy and well-thought out. The common rooms, including the lovely greenhouse are bright and appealing. The presentation was thorough and helpful without any sense of strong-arming or pressure tactics. Altogether a great place with helpful staff and administration.

The food is good & recognizable. The rooms is a good size with tall ceilings. The staff is friendly & there is usually someone available to help. The activities are fun, not just sitting coloring or bingo.

My 93-year-old mother has adapted remarkably well – better than I ever would have expected. The staff is engaged, warm and welcoming. The food seems fine, and the staff is attentive and ensures that mom eats. The building and private rooms are clean and inviting, and the staff keeps them so. My experience with mountain Park has been above my expectations.

So far 4 stars. It's a great, clean, bright community with very friendly staff who seem genuinely devoted to the residents. We had a short experience in assisted living and are now with the memory care neighborhood and they've been very helpful through that transition.

So far, everything has been fine. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

Everyone that I have had contact with, has been very helpful, supportive, and accommodating. I can't say much about the food, I have only eaten here a couple of times. So far, so good.

There is no house-keeping at the cottages. We aren't fans of standing in line for meals. No swimming pool. Otherwise, place seems to be well run. Organized, clean, people-friendly.

4. Only because they are currently dealing with lots of turnover. However. The people and staff here are wonderful. And the location is the best!!! So many conveniences for the independent to appreciate!

Good value. Room was a bit small. Menu choices looked excellent and the director and sales associate were both friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately it's a bit out if my price range.

Better communication about their tier system and membership levels would be appreciated. Otherwise, I would recommend them.

Facility is nice, staff is responsive (but sometimes short-staffed in some positions), programs for residents good (but not as much physical activity that I would like), food is very good.

It's very close to all the children and less than a mile from my home. I can pop in any time and there are plenty of activities she can partake in, even with her memory issues.

I don't live there, my brother does but I find the staff to be friendly and helpful.

I would have said lower but they really stepped up near the end when my mom was in a rapid decline. Prior to that we were only marginally satisfied with the care she was receiving. It was almost like they didn't know how to deal with someone who wasn't completely dependent upon them for care. When she went into a rapid decline and was 100% dependent, they did a much better job. Odd.

The people are wonderful, residents and staff. The food is not always the best. I would recommend. The food is good. It's just that the selection is more modern day and everyone living there is over 60 so more meat and potatoes kind of meals would be better than Mexican and Asian several meals and several days per week. The place is clean. The staff helpful. The residents happy. Overall it's a good place
