The place is clean, smells good, food is great, staff is very nice. And the price is reasonable,nough said.

The homestead at hickoryview is a warm and welcoming environment where the residents are well cared for. All of the residents at the homestead are given daily opportunities to engage in enjoyable activities to help them build upon the friendships they have made there. The staff at the homstead make the residents happiness and comfort their number one priority in all the things they do for them everyday. The food is well prepared and served by the best! The staff is very friendly here. The facility is also clean and well maintained. The residents here seem happy and well taken care of and there are plenty of activities to keep them active. Overall, it has been a good experience so far.

All the staff are friendly and welcoming. they always have a smile. My mom has been there for 5 months since my dad died. I feel they truly care about the residents and take care of their needs.

This is a clean and well maintained facility. The staff is caring and courteous. The residents seem happy here, which gives the place a nice atmosphere. They could have more activities for the residents, but other than that A+.

We love Lincoln Meadows Senior Liking. Mom loves it too. She is very happy there. The staff is very friendly. They have plenty of things to keep her busy. It has been just an all around great experience here.

Overall we were impressed with them. They were a little bit more forthcoming in what they offer before you get there, but they didn't follow up on some things, so there might be a little more thoroughness in the sales department. Overall, things are going good though.

Crestview Senior Living is affordable living with exceptional amenities. How blessed my 102 year old Mother is! As a resident of Crestview, she is totally rejuvenated! She loves her dining experiences. Choosing from a menu of appetizing entrees, desserts, and drinks, she relished the opportunity to select her meals. The dining room staff impacts her life. Being greeted by name makes her proud to be recognized as a community member. Appreciative of social activities including Mass, movies, live musical entertainment, and Happy Hours remind her of songs sung and dances danced. Her room is colorful and bright with sunlight reflecting another day filled with love and concern of others. She has a positive outlook each day which means another day of happiness, love, and blessings for a 102 year old woman. Thank you, Crestview! MED

I have been very happy with what they have offered and provided at Palmilla Senior Living. The only area for improvement I have noticed is their communication between themselves. It would help if they had a board or something where they could log specific information about the residents that the other staff members could see and be informed of. Other than that everything with them has been good and we have been pleased with the service.

My husband and I would recommend Three Oaks to anyone! My father-in-law has lived there both in a 2 bedroom apartment and then a studio apartment. Three Oaks is warm, bright, clean and beautifully decorated. When we take Dad on an outing, upon his return to Three Oaks we can clearly see that he feels he is back home. All of the staff are helpful, compassionate and caring. They go above and beyond. We never worry as we know our loved one is in good hands and that someone will call us if there is anything we need to know.

We moved my folks into Lincoln Meadows about 2 months ago. No adjustment was needed for my father but my mother is a different story. But just the other day, I heard her insisting that their visitor needed to stay for dinner because the food was so good. The only thing she has managed to complain about is that there is too much food! I'd say that's a great problem to have! Although we placed them in the Assisted Living area, they are welcome to eat in either dining room which is a nice option. The staff has always been helpful, accommodating, friendly and engaged in the problem solving that goes with the loss of independence. The Activities Director (or Fun Director) has even taken them over to 24-hour fitness in her own vehicle to show them around. They decided against an outside facility because it seemed TOO BIG for what they needed and LM had enough of what they were looking for. Lincoln Meadows has Independent, Assisted Living and Memory Care residents. My folks needed a community that looked similar to where they came from........ in terms of being around all the able-bodied independent residents on site. Both my parents were used to going to the YMCA multiple days per week and the fitness room provides that outlet for them. The grounds at LM provide them a great option for nice long walks on a soft asphalt surface or through beautifully landscaped gardens with a little bird watching, and nice views of the mountains for entertainment. Even Centennial Airport's constant motion during day light hours has been entertaining for my retired AF father to watch. Keeping my fingers crossed that they continue to relax and enjoy what Lincoln Meadows has to offer!!

We have been happy with them so far. I don't have any major complaints at this time. It's clean and the staff is friendly. The food is good, and there are plenty of activities to do. I'm glad we went with this.

Barb Hellman and the crew at Homestead help the residents remain involved in the community activities by promoting and planning the annual community Trail Ride, which includes lunch and bingo. Fun for all.

My wife and I plus a music director provide weekly Bible Studies at Palmilla on Wednesdays. I feel very blessed to be able to study God's word with very dedicated residents at this wonderful facility. Palmilla not only provides the theater for these studies but they also provide the Lifeway materials that we use. In addition, Palmilla provides lunch for all three of us every Wednesday. We are all impressed with the outstanding staff and the cooperation that all of them provide us in making sure that we get a great group of residents at these studies. We congratulate the Executive Director, other Directors and the rest of the staff for their great assistance.

Mom spent her last days at Palmilla. The staff in memory care were so caring. Nurse Trish was always so responsive and caring to mom. I know at the end of the day I could rest comfortable knowing mom was well cared for.

Moved my parents into Palmilla in December 2014. I have found the facility, staff, food and activities to be very good. In particular their Director of Wellness Lizz has been terrific in keeping me posted on my parents and has been outstanding in helping handle issues as I live very far away from Albuquerque and am unable to see them very often. Their Residence Club has been a terrific activity for my Mother.

Everytime i come in employees are very kind, especially front desk Michelle, the med techs are very helpful Esme, Kat, and Amy. The facility memory care unit, Vanessa, Mary Lou. Maintenance is great as well, Victor! I see the love and care that the staff has for all their residents and how welcomed they make all the families feel. And the nurse Lizz is very kind and attentive to the families and residents.

This is a beautiful two year old facility with wonderful staff. The only issue I see with Palmilla is that the departments work independently and not cohesively. The med techs, care staff, activities and nursing don't always communicate.

They have been lovely and understanding. It's very clean and the staff is friendly. They have done a good job looking after her while she was there. She likes the food there, the food is very good. I would rate them very highly, a four and a half to a five.

Barb took us on a tour of the Homestead and it is in a beautiful and relaxing setting. Everyone we spoke to from the residents to the staff were all so friendly and welcoming. There is such a feeling of warmth and "family" that is exemplified throughout the entire community. It is a very well maintained facility and I would have no hesitation having a loved one call The Homestead home.
