The rooms are clean, laundry is done on time. The staff in the memory care unit are willing to work with client as well as resident. Ask us what she likes and doesn't and will assist with meal if need resident needs help cutting food on plate.

So far we have been very happy. It's very clean and the staff is really friendly. She seems to enjoy the meals and she eats an adequate amount. I don't really have any complaints or concerns. We have been very pleased so far.

This is one of the places we considered when we were looking for options. They were incredible, I really liked them, unfortunately they didn't have any rooms available, and we went with another community that we love. But this was very impressive.

My source of news and information is Barb Hellman...who has her finger on the pulse of everything going on for seniors in Washington. Her energy and enthusiasm carries into the Homestead community, where tours and activities are informative and tailored to each visitor. She is always accommodating and delivers a high level of service....in the Homestead way!

While I have toured many retirement communities, Homestead at Hickory View stands out as an exceptional facility. The establishment is furnished beautifully, providing a warm and welcoming setting. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful, with the director, Barbara Hellman going above and beyond with assistance. I encourage everyone to consider this as your retirement community of choice.

My mother has been at another competitor and this place really has something remarkable going on in comparison. The Residents Club is priceless and something you will not find anywhere else. I have visited numerous places multiple times and have always looked at their schedule compared to what is going on and this place is not just selling it but actually are providing the services they should be all the time. The people in the Residents Club have structure and they are being challenged and engaged, and given the dignity they need. There are so many people involved in the running, planning, and organizing of this facility that it's just impressive.

Mountain Park Senior Living has done a great job overall. They've been very accommodating to all of my loved one's needs, and she really seems to be happy here. The staff are friendly, the facility is clean, and they take great care of the people who live here!

I loved this facility. It is clean, staff are attentive to resident needs, well planned facility with mirroring the IL and AL apartments alike, to help when residents need to change levels of care and move to the AL area. No need to worry about if the furniture will fit! Staff warm and welcoming.

The service here is exceptional! If you ever need anything there is always someone right at hand to help you out. The staff are all very friendly, polite, and helpful! And the activities director here does an excellent job, there is always something going on to keep the residents active and entertained. They also do a great job with the food, I've never been disappointed. Overall it's been great, I would highly recommend it to anyone else who is looking!

Their level of communication has been excellent. They have really made my mother feel very comfortable and at home. At first she was very skeptical and hesitant to move in, but now she tells me she should have moved in years ago! They have really been great, and have gone out of their way to provide very personal help and care. I would rate them highly and recommend them to anyone.

As a Home Care PT for Advantage Home Care & Hospice, I see a lot of assisted living facilities. This one is gorgeous! And they offer so many activities, they have 3 different schedules to keep track of it all. I, as a PT, especially like that Palmilla offers multiple exercise classes, daily. The Palmilla staff has also demonstrated that they have a strong commitment to keeping their residents functioning at the highest level of independence as possible by offering free wellness screening to help identify potential problems before they become real mobility issues. The staff is very friendly and very helpful whenever I have a question, and I have observed staff on many occasions interacting w/their residents in a courteous, respectful, and helpful manner. I have not had an opportunity to try the food, but everyone I've spoken to says it's great, too! I would definitely recommend Palmilla.

My wife and I are in our seventh week in Independent Living at Palmilla Senior Living and love. The residents have been very warm in welcoming us and making us immediately feel at home. All of the staff members are very friendly, courteous and most helpful and the food is great. I would recommend Palmilla to anyone considering moving to a senior facility.

My Mom (age 84) moved into a one bedroom apartment about 7 weeks ago. She loves it there and so do me and my siblings. Mom is on dialysis multiple times a week and Crestview provides her transportation as part of her apartment rental. They really take great care of their residents. I've taken a number of meals there with Mom and the food was great and the waitstaff outstanding. They also have onsite (ala carte) personal assistance services so as Mom ages in place she will be able to get the help she might eventually need. Our entire family is thoroughly pleased with everything about Crestview.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. The woman who gave us our tour was friendly and informative, and the community looked nice overall. Everything was very clean and well cared for. However, the living area was just too small for our loved one. We didn't get a lot of hands on experience with the care or the activities, but it did seem like they had a lot to offer!

They were very helpful in placing my mom in the right area and they are taking good care of her. We are very pleased and happy with everything. The staff is professional, caring and friendly. It's a great place to be. We are happy.

This was my first choice. It was brand new, and absolutely beautiful. It was was pretty comparable in price. The problem was my mother couldn't be alone for a second, she needed someone right next to her 24/7. They told us that the outer door to the room would have to stay closed, and that just didn't work for my mother. You are encouraged to eat with the family, but they charge you ten dollars. We really liked it, and I would move there myself, it just wasn't the right fit for my mother.

They are doing a really good job. They were one of the least expensive options we reviewed. It's new and clean and nice. They definitely have a daily activities schedule, but it's up to the resident to participate. They gave a tremendous amount of service and assistance with moving my mother. All I had to do was give them the contact numbers and they would call and get the paperwork set up. It was great!

Gorgeous facility; we'll never be able to afford this one!
