My husband and I have lived at Green Oaks in Libertyville, IL for several months and we could not be happier with the staff, the facility itself and our good friends that we have made since we have been here. The food is out of this world. The housekeeping staff is professional, meticulous, kind and considerate. The general staff is attentive and always available. I particularly like our Executive Director.

The staff at SouthView Assisted Living are very kind and caring towards the residents. They go above and beyond to make sure their needs are met and that their residents are happy. The facility provides great outings into the community to provide their residents the opportunity to get out with their friends and have fun. We had a great experience at SouthView.

My brothers and I have been very pleased with the assisted living program at Southview. Our mother has responded well to the genuinely caring staff.

Palmilla is fantastic!!! Our aunt lived there for almost 2 years before she passed away. She was in Assisted Living for the first 6 months and then needed to move to the Memory Care section. The staff was very caring and loving. Our aunt was very happy there. When she got sick, and after being in the hospital for several weeks, she went back there for Hospice. They were all wonderful, especially the head nurse at Palmilla. I would recommend them very highly!

Care staff very friendly and caring. Residents look happy and well care for. Very helpful and supportive management. Team work!

Last fall my mother in law moved into Green Oaks and had a smooth transition. [Removed] was very helpful during this process. We appreciated the meals, and numerous activities over the past months. There is some feedback that we feel would help improve the dining experience of the residents. The servers have been very nice but the quality of the food is average and the time to be waited on and then being served is excessive. When we visited the facility in Streamwood we were impressed with the quality of the food. Seems there was a drop off in quality at Green Oaks. Also, we had an experience last month in the evening. We returned to Green Oaks and noticed there was no one attending the front desk. The next day we were told that there was an emergency in the assisted living area and the receptionist had to leave her post to take care of the problem. Need to have a better plan for these situations in the future. Front desk needs to be covered at all times.

My mother has been there for 4 months now and she loves it there. The people are all so friendly and nice, from maintenance to cafeteria, cleaning - the entire staff. Residents are happy, friendly, sociable - she has made many friends. She loves her apartment and the activities. They provide a LOT of entertainment for the residents. It is also secure with 24 hour front staff, cameras, night checks. I do not worry about her safety, I don't worry about her eating (they spoil her). I am very, very pleased.

I was at Park Meadows recently to look for a place for my dad and they are so easy to work with and friendly. The staff is great and very knowledgeable. They seemed to really care about people and go the extra mile to make someone happy. Very impressive. I certainly will move my parent there when it's time and recommend checking out Park Meadows for your loved one.

The Enclave is nothing but a first class community. The staff, the residents, everyone is more than hospitable and professional. The residents work to include and introduce themselves when they see new residents move in. You can ask for a better place to live and be.

The experience is very good and we like the community, we feel made the right decision. Our apartment is large enough for the two of us. They have great amenities and the staff are always helping with extra things like balloons that we needed for an anniversary. We are enjoying the activities and plan to participate in more, we are always busy. Happy Hour is Friday evenings and we have a fun time. The recently had an eclipse party and they keep up on things for us to have fun.

We are extremely pleased with the choice we made for our brother! Crestview Senior Living has made a huge difference in the overall quality of his life! The staff is friendly and always available to fill his needs! He is so happy and is never bored. He has made lots of friends who have made him feel so welcome! Thank you to A Place for Mom for your all of your help in finding this amazing home for our brother!

Our experience with my Dad at Park Meadows met all our expectations, and we felt he was provided excellent services. All the employees and staff were very kind to him and always took very good care of his needs. Thank you for such a satisfying experience.

My husband, and I am doing well since our move to this community. We are pleased with all they have done for us. The community is well-kept, and they do a good job with the cleanliness of the community. They provide nice meals, and there is nice activities available. The staff is nice, but I do feel they are overworked at times. They need to hire more maintenance people. Overall everything is working out, and I would recommend this community.

From what I saw, this is a great place! the facility looks very clean and the staff seemed very friendly. Our only concern was the fact that this location was a bit pricey and my loved one is on a fixed income, but this is a very nice place!

Their location is in a great spot for the family and the community is brand new. The move-in was smooth and she liked the place. They are in control of her medication and help with her dementia. I love Peakview and what they are doing for the residents is great. The staff are great and phenomenal.

For the tour we had the staff was on time and gave us useful, honest information about the community. We liked it a lot and I thought is was really good. Everything looked really good. They were our second choice but they were not close enough for guest to visit my mom.

The food is good and they offer a variety of options. The staff have been fantastic and encouraging. They offer daily activities and they keep the community clean. I would recommend this community.

My parents are adjusting well to the Mountain Park. The place is clean and they provide housekeeping to help my parents keep their apartment clean. The food is fine, it is kind of bland and in small portions. They have activities available for when my parents are more settled.

We moved our 95 year old mother to assisted living at HighPointe from a much larger independent living facility in June, 2016, due to her advancing dementia and isolation. In spite of a rough beginning due to her resistance and an initial fall, we have been extremely pleased with HighPointe! We enrolled Mom in the Residence Club, which hosts and encourages participation in a wonderful variety of daily activities, such as crafts, physical games, special and seasonal celebrations, interesting outings, movies, etc, which keeps her engaged and active. It is so heartwarming to see her smile and laugh and enjoy her final years! The staff is incredibly friendly, caring, patient and engaging. Mom also enjoys the food and socialization during the meals. We appreciate and recommend the great job that HighPointe does in caring for our mother.

We moved our 95 year old mother to HighPointe in June, 2016 from independent living in a much larger facility due to her advancing dementia; and we have been impressed with the personal and caring environment at HighPointe. Further, she is socializing and interacting with other residents/staff so much more than where she was before; she has friends; the staff proactively engages her in many activities which has alleviated much of her boredom, feelings of worthlessness and depression. We haven't seen her laugh and interact so much for a very long time, so it is wonderful to see! We are very pleased with the services offered, and the friendly and caring staff. We feel we made the best choice possible to meet her needs.
