I’ve finally found a place where I feel at home. The residents living here are very kind and respectful of each other. The staff are friendly yet professional. Sometimes I feel they go out of their way to help me with requests if able to do so. The activities available are amazing. A wellness center with equipment, physical and occupational therapy staff to lend a hand to residents to help them become stronger. There are a variety of classes to boost your energy. The entertainment staff is absolutely amazing creating exciting activities which change to increase interest. No one should ever lack for something to do. Our monthly calendar is chock full of fun things to do. I’m in awe watching the caregivers and fun staff help residents who are not fully able to participate in on their own. Happiness is living at The Enclave of Gilbert.

I have been at Enclave At Gilbert for one year this month and it is the best decision I have ever made. It is like living in a home with all of the members being your family. The staff and the help here is unbelievable. The people are so friendly and accommodating . I enjoy all the activities and they have visiting lecturers that are very interesting. I wouldn’t want to live any place else. I never knew a senior living home could make you feel like you’re in a family. The people all care about each other and take care of each other and they are especially good here. The staff is hand-picked, and the people who move in here are so good that it’s like they were interviewed to move here.

The enclave is quite beautiful and I feel so much at home here. I love the surroundings I love the people here and I love the staff everything is wonderful I am in heaven.

Awesome place! The staff and the residents are all very friendly, helpful and inclusive. Awesome food served in restaurant style. A lot of fun social events and trips. Apartments range from studio to large 2 bedrooms with full kitchens. Equipped for handicap access. I was concerned that my 91 year old Mom was moving down from Washington State leaving all of her friends. She is happy that she made the move and has made many wonderful friends. The location is very handy to the outlet mall and has many shopping opportunities. Hospitals and doctors are also nearby. Doctors and nurses also make appointments to their apartments. Saves all the trouble getting to their office. The Enclave does have days scheduled to bring residents to the doctors if needed. The only thing we have had a complain about is that it took too long to get through construction and inspections. Really not their fault but it opened up several months later than originally planned. This is a great place and come on down to check it out.

We visited Mountain Park Senior Living because it is close to our current home and we are looking at places for us to live in the near future when our home sells. [Name removed] took us on a tour twice and we are so impressed with the service and care provided. The apartments are lovely, some with balconies or terrace. All services included in the fee - meals, housekeeping, some laundry, emergency pendant, daily checks on residents, wonderful activities offered. A little deli-type area for in between meals! Hair salon, movie room, fitness room, rooms where your family can come and eat with you. Everyone was super friendly and I also spoke with several folks who lived there and they were over-board happy. We have a neighbor whose mother is there and they and the mother are delighted with the services and facility. It is like home.

I asked my aunt who has been living there for 4 1/2 months there now and she says "I love it here".

I absolutely love the people and community at the Albuquerque Palmilla. I’ve spoken several times to [name removed] , received multiple tours and each time was truly an enjoyable experience. The staff and community of Palmilla are amazing & once my loved one has completed the steps necessary to be relocated, I will definitely choose Palmilla! 5 star hands down!!

The staff initiated friendly and helpful interactions on a daily basis to make sure that the care of their residents is evident through their actions and attitude.

Firstly, I want to thank [name removed]. She is totally amazing and a great lady. You can tell that she really loves her job. She is quite knowledgeable, shows patience, empathy, professional, and makes you feel welcomed. I did not have a appointment time. But she took me anyway. We spent a lot of time together. She answered my questions, and then some. I truly recommend, that you go check out this senior living. Gardens at Ocotillo is amazing! It is a elegant senior center that your parents can call home. With great care!

This assisted living residence is the most friendly, clean, uplifting, supportive home we found for my aunt. The staff goes above and beyond to help the residents and family visitors feel at home and welcome. I can’t say enough about the staff- from [Name removed], [Name removed], [Name removed], [Name removed], [Name removed], [Name removed] at the front desk to name a few ...they always are present and willing to listen and step in. They are accessible and helpful. My aunt has made friends and gets the assistance that she needs. I think it is a wonderful supportive family atmosphere!

My mother has been to culinary school in Euorpe, so she appreciates the chef at Rigden, the variety of foods, and the reasonable cost when she treats us to join her at a meal. The staff is attentive and caring. The facility is clean, bright, and cheerful. We visited with a guest musician who was performing there, and he said Rigden us his favorite retirement place to perform because everyone seemed more appreciative and seemed to enjoy themselves.

Palmilla Senior Living has been such a great find for my parents. After researching several facilities in the area, I found this one to be the best for my needs. It's a lovely community with a friendly and warm atmosphere and caring staff. I had arranged for my father to be in the memory care portion of the facility after his dementia reached a level where he could no longer live with my mother. If you are looking for memory care in Albuquerque, this is top notch. I arranged for my mother to be just down the hall from him in the assisted living portion of the community so they could see each other every day. Unfortunately my father got pneumonia shortly after arriving and was in the hospital until he passed a short time later. It was a devastating loss to my entire family, especially to my mother who was now living without her husband of 65 years. My mother still moved in and is getting settled. But here is what blew me away - Palmilla moved my father's monthly fee over to her account since he never really stayed in his room, even though we had his room tied up for several weeks while he was in transit and in the hospital. Who does this kind of thing anymore? This act of kindness and compassion shows more about a business than many of the other categories on this review. It's just the right thing to do and Palmilla did it (without me asking or even expecting it to happen). They are not only a business that has created a wonderful senior living community, they are a business with a heart. Now that's hard to find.

Resident Assistants go above and beyond to care for all residents whether they are in Assistant Living or Memory Care. Residents needs are the utmost importance to the staff.

The reason I came her because I was sick and could not take care of myself. And all of those things were taking care of for me when I came in here. I have meals cooked and served to me. The people who work here are very helpful. The residents are very friendly. Anything you have an interest in, the place has something for you. [name removed] and [name removed] who work in the dining room; we all love them. Cordial environment and anytime I ask for something at the front desk they are very helpful

The entire staff is friendly and they genuinely care about my well being. Everyone who helps to take care of me is wonderful. It can't get any better than better!

I made my 2nd visit and had a delightful lunch with [name removed]. Along our tour, I met several staff members which were very friendly. I also talked to residents, they all had positive comment about their new home. Lunch was good and had many choices of which to pick from. Cherry pie was great! I wish waiting list wasn't so long......maybe corporate needs to expand the facility in Albuquerque. I've only been able to see 1 apartment because everything else was full. I am on the waiting list, but it's a gamble as to when. It's really hard to evaluate because at this point I am not a resident.

The people here are very friendly. They go are out their way to welcome you. It is very clean. The food tastes good, they are getting better on their food program. Some of the activities are very thoughtful.

I like living here. The food is good. It's a very friendly place the residents and staff are all friendly. Transportation is good they take you were you want to go. They have nice entertainment and games.
