As a Home Care PT for Advantage Home Care & Hospice, I see a lot of assisted living facilities. This one is gorgeous! And they offer so many activities, they have 3 different schedules to keep track of it all. I, as a PT, especially like that Palmilla offers multiple exercise classes, daily. The Palmilla staff has also demonstrated that they have a strong commitment to keeping their residents functioning at the highest level of independence as possible by offering free wellness screening to help identify potential problems before they become real mobility issues. The staff is very friendly and very helpful whenever I have a question, and I have observed staff on many occasions interacting w/their residents in a courteous, respectful, and helpful manner. I have not had an opportunity to try the food, but everyone I've spoken to says it's great, too! I would definitely recommend Palmilla.

My wife and I are in our seventh week in Independent Living at Palmilla Senior Living and love. The residents have been very warm in welcoming us and making us immediately feel at home. All of the staff members are very friendly, courteous and most helpful and the food is great. I would recommend Palmilla to anyone considering moving to a senior facility.

My Mom (age 84) moved into a one bedroom apartment about 7 weeks ago. She loves it there and so do me and my siblings. Mom is on dialysis multiple times a week and Crestview provides her transportation as part of her apartment rental. They really take great care of their residents. I've taken a number of meals there with Mom and the food was great and the waitstaff outstanding. They also have onsite (ala carte) personal assistance services so as Mom ages in place she will be able to get the help she might eventually need. Our entire family is thoroughly pleased with everything about Crestview.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. The woman who gave us our tour was friendly and informative, and the community looked nice overall. Everything was very clean and well cared for. However, the living area was just too small for our loved one. We didn't get a lot of hands on experience with the care or the activities, but it did seem like they had a lot to offer!

They were very helpful in placing my mom in the right area and they are taking good care of her. We are very pleased and happy with everything. The staff is professional, caring and friendly. It's a great place to be. We are happy.

This was my first choice. It was brand new, and absolutely beautiful. It was was pretty comparable in price. The problem was my mother couldn't be alone for a second, she needed someone right next to her 24/7. They told us that the outer door to the room would have to stay closed, and that just didn't work for my mother. You are encouraged to eat with the family, but they charge you ten dollars. We really liked it, and I would move there myself, it just wasn't the right fit for my mother.

They are doing a really good job. They were one of the least expensive options we reviewed. It's new and clean and nice. They definitely have a daily activities schedule, but it's up to the resident to participate. They gave a tremendous amount of service and assistance with moving my mother. All I had to do was give them the contact numbers and they would call and get the paperwork set up. It was great!

Gorgeous facility; we'll never be able to afford this one!

This was a community we toured when looking around. It was very nice, immaculate, with no odors. The people I spoke to were all very nice. It was a first class place. We really liked it. It came down to which community was a better fit for her personality.

We're very pleased with how things have gone at Park Meadows so far. It's a very nice looking community, and they do a good job of keeping everything looking clean and well kept. The sales staff and the director were incredibly helpful and professional during the move-in process, and made things very easy.

Three Oaks Assisted Living is very good. We are happy with it. In the three months our loved one has been there, there has only been one meal that wasn't good. I'd say that's pretty good.

Overall things have gone very well at Shawnee Hills, I'd give them top marks across the board! It's a nice looking, clean community, and the staff have all been very friendly! I can't really think of anything they could improve on, it's been a good experience overall!

They've done a fantastic job with everything at Westview! They were very accommodating and helpful during the move-in process, and they really bent over backwards to help her get settled in. They've got all sorts of daily activities, as well as bigger weekly events, and they do a great job with the food! One thing that really surprised me was that when she suffered an injury that required an extended hospital stay they cut her rates to just the price of the room until she returned. They sent someone once a week to visit her, and even sent flowers!

Absolutely FABULOUS! My dad was there for almost two years before his passing. Everyone there is kind and compassionate and I think he got the best care he could have ever received. The staff becomes part of your family and they certainly consider all the residents as family members. Yes, it can become quite pricey, but there is no "buy in" and your lease of the apartment is month to month, the cost of knowing that your loved ones are in a safe, clean environment and being well taken care of is priceless. The cost is determined by how much care they need plus the rent of the apartment. My dad's care cost did go up considerably from the time he moved in, but when we moved him in he wasn't taking much medication, was capable of walking and getting himself dressed and was able to get down to the dining room by himself. He was 90 years of age when he passed and needed them to do everything for him. Every bit of money that we spent was soooooo worth it.

This was really nice and we liked it a lot. My loved one just really wanted a faith based community.

They are a top notch organization that offers very high quality services and delivers on them. The food was okay. They do have an outside area. They have a special program called the residents club for people in the assisted living area that have symptoms of Alzheimer’s Disease, but not enough to be in memory care. The woman who runs that is just fantastic.

They were not able to meet her needs at all. I liked them and they were clean and the staff was friendly. I think they underestimated what we told them the challenges would be. They tried to work with us and help us set up solutions. And in some ways they did help us. It just didn't work out.

My parents have been living here since November, and we could not be happier. With the location and the services they provide, considering other places in the area, it is by far the best option. It is a good size, not too huge, and the staff is amazing. They are very receptive to the needs of the residents and they are quick to take care of whatever they need. The food is also really good. It is a wonderful place, and everyone there does a wonderful job!

I was lucky to find Park Meadows for my parents. From my first impression at the front door and before speaking to anyone, I had that special feeling that this was the place! Now that they are transitioning so well, it just solidified our decision to move them to this wonderful facility! Thanks to every staff member for making them feel so welcome and safe! The facility is super clean, the people, including the residents, are friendly and helpful, and there are so many ways to participate in activities if they choose to.
