When touring Three Oaks Assisted Living it is obvious that the amenities and activities offered are fantastic. The staff members, nicknamed endearingly by the residents as the "Blue Angels", a testament to their compassionate sprit and blue uniforms, is just one example of the gratitude displayed due to their exceptional care. The community offers Assisted Living and Memory Care programing that is tailored to each residents individual hobbies, likes and abilities. I think it is wonderful that this community has become a resource for local seniors.

Of course everything is brand new. Just beautiful. Residents were out and about participating. Liked that very much.

I especially like how friendly and helpful all the people have been. The food is pretty good. I've eaten there a few times. This was the only one that was level 2 assisted living. We liked that it had a lot of energetic looking people. While we were there a resident came out of the dining room to tell us how much he liked living there. That's a big endorsement to have a current resident come up to you on their own. My dad had gone to an ice cream social and bingo so he's done a little bit but for the most part he doesn't really participate in the activities so I don't know much about them. It's off the main drag enough that I never would have known it was back there. It's only been open for about a year and it's just been so perfect. I've recommended it to others.

My father was placed there and the staff was very patient with him as he tried to make the transition into the memory care. They worked very closely with my mother to give the best care to him. Unfortunately after about 2 months he had a fall. We thought it was a minor one but the physician there noticed that he was not as coherent as usual and proactively sent him to the hospital. The hospital told us that he would not be able to return to Southview but when I called Southview they said he could absolutely come back and enter into the hospice program. My mother and I were ecstatic about that because the thought of trying to move him again was overwhelming. The staff was very supportive and the atmosphere of Southview is bright and cheery.

Cottages/Patio homes are 2Bd/2Ba 1228sf and are for rent monthly. Fee include all services except phone.

Both of my parents have relocated to Rigden Farm this year. My dad is "bananas" over this place, and my mom is having the time of her life. Great staff, great community, great activities, and great food! I feel so blessed to have found such an amazing place for my folks in their retirement years. As a family member, I also feel supported by their staff. Check them out, you won't regret it!

My mother moved to Park Meadows assisted living in June 2013. Upon my first tour of Park Meadows I knew this would be a good place for my mom. Park Meadows is clean, the staff is friendly, the food is good, and the staff is knowledgeable about the various health issues and personality changes that brings senior citizens to assisted living facilities. They get to know the residents well and can notice any changes that may occur. I also like the fact that it doesn't look like an assisted living facility, but a large apartment complex, which it is. Because Park Meadows is located in a large metropolitan area that straddles a state line, it is good to know the state regulations for both states. I found that the Kansas state regulations allow much more broader care than those facilities in the state of Missouri. I am very glad that my senior advisor told me about Park Meadows because it's a good place for my mom and I can rest assured she is getting good care at Park Meadows.

Enjoyed the visit. Like the new feel of the facility and the friendly atmosphere. Liked the pet friendly setting. You are one of my top picks.

Long wait list. 2500 dollar community fee. Looked at this place last year. Very close to me. Only 1 yr. old so everything is new. 400 sq. ft. studio is $2095.00

The place is only two years old. It's very modern and clean. The dining service is outstanding! The staff are all really helpful and go out of their way to give you any assistance you might need. They did a great job of preparing the apartment before my parents moved in. I saw it before and after they cleaned it and after, it looked brand new. I can't really comment on the care services becuase my parents are in independent living, but I know assisted living and memory care are available. My parents have started using the shuttle service to church and doctor's appointments. So far, so good!

I think my mom would love it here. Personnel are friendly, professional, and very comfortable to talk with. The views are beautiful. I think she would avail herself of the amenities. If she changes her mind about moving here, this is our first stop!

Westview is beautiful and we're planning on moving my father there as soon as he is released from the rehab hospital.

The reason we chose this community is because my mom really like the layout of the community. They have a dedicated memory care area. We looked at multiple memory care community and this is one of the better ones. My mom really likes the food and is really enjoying being there. The staff is really friendly and made my mom feel welcome.

Beautiful new building. A little too elegant. Can't afford the private studio. But seems like a great focus on care.

Very nice - greeted by several residents, as well as staff. Floorplan similar to Emeritus. Brand-new, beautiful facility. Pricing lower than Emeritus or Brighton Gardens.

It was a lovely facility . the dining room schedule was a plus. some of the negatives was poor visitors parking and it being a multilevel bldg. I was hoping to get a room with a patio but those are only available to independent living residents

It's a very nice place. She would like it a lot (except for the tiny quarters everyone offers). Director was a solid and credible ambassador. very acceptable option that I will consider strongly.

Clean, well maintained. Great food. Services good. Residents dressed appropriately, looked clean, hair combed. Staff treated residents well. Expensive for 500 sq.ft. apt. VA able to help if assisted living unit.

Very pleased -- great staff, excellent facility, wonderful services and amenities. Definitely will be on the short list.
