Great customer care, compassion, and fun activities at Ridgen Farm. My grandparents have been at Rigden Farm for about one year & they have made so many friends-both staff and peers and they are truly happy in their home environment.

Lombard Place Assisted Living and Memory Care provided a great atmosphere when i went on my tour. The person that gave me the tour was smart and answered all of my questions. Everything in the community looked updated. The bedrooms and dinning rooms that were shown to me looked clean. I thought everything was well maintained.

My 91 year old mother has been at Three Oaks in assisted living now for over a month and our family has already seen a very positive change in her physical and emotional well being. The entire staff calls her by name and they have become like a second family to her. Everyone is so genuinely caring and friendly to my mother and to all of her guests. All questions are answered as soon as we ask them. They are truly the best and we couldn't be happier with our decision. Our mother is very happy! She has her independence in her own apartment but knows care is just beyond her door. She also loves the activities, especially the entertainment! The residents have been so friendly as well!

It's a brand new location with a few construction issues, but nothing major. Staff is delightful- always kind and very considerate. My mother says the food is very delicious. The grounds are beautiful and the building is decorated perfectly. We are very happy in the choice we made for my mom to move to Westbrook.

Everyone at Lombard Place Assisted Living and Memory Care were very helpful and caring. They took the time to listen to our concerns and addressed them appropriately! The community is very well maintained and updated throughout.

This is a very friendly atmosphere. Very nice place and really clean. Good Food and cooked great. Like the washer and dryer in the bathroom area.

Three Oaks Assisted Living is a very nice and updated community. It is very well kept and clean throughout. The staff that offered the tour were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to address all of our concerns. They offer a number of activities for the residents to enjoy. The units were very nice but they only had a Studio available when we toured.

Mom is doing very well since moving into Creve Coeur Assisted Living. The staff have been wonderful with the transition. We are very satisfied with the level of care that they give to my mom. They offer a variety of meal options and she is enjoying the food. I would recommend Creve Couer Assisted Living to family and friends!

My parents have been living here for about 2 months. They are in the right place. Physical facilities are gorgeous. Staff are kind and caring. Administration is responsive and helpful. This is just the place we needed!

My father in law was only at this community for a short time. The staff were amazing. The food seemed as good as it could have been. They had a good schedule of activities to offer. The community was clean and well taken care of.

The Lombard Place Assisted Living & Memory Care is great. My aunt is comfortable and feels safe. The community is clean and organized. Staff in this place communicate well and are nice. The meals that my aunt receives are good. On site activities are offered for the residents.

Very, very nice community. Well furnished. Washer and dryer in larger apartments. Dining all day and all meals. Pool. Nice location. Stove and dishwasher in large kitchen. Lots of good trips.

I am happy to see my mom getting good care from this community. I am able to communicate well with the staff and they understand our needs. The community is definitely clean and the meals taste very good. I definitely would recommend this place.

Dougherty Ferry Assisted Living and Memory Care is a beautiful community. The staff are wonderful at communicating with the family. We are very pleased with the attention that dad is receiving. They have a variety of meal options that dad is enjoying thoroughly. My dad is enjoying the opportunities he gets to interact with others. Everyone with A Place for Mom has been friendly and helpful!

Mom loves the activities and the the entire staff at this community. They always have smiles on their faces. I did have a chance to try the food and it was good. They offer plenty of food and mom says she eats to much at lunch. The community is clean and there are no nursing home smells.

I took a thorough tour of the community. The tour guide gave a good tour and I thought it worked out very well. It seemed like a very good place for suitable care.

Both of my parents were tenants at Homestead View in Washington MO. The care and attention they both received were excellent. The entire staff make it their passion to see that everyone was treated well and that they were at home. This included the entire administration staff, to the medical personnel, and the staff that served the meals. They went out of their way to add the individual touch to everyone. I cannot say anything but positive comments about how well everyone treated everyone. Barb [Removed], is an excellent administrator and was on top of everything. She even drove the Church Bus when she had to. This group gets the highest marks possible in my opinion. My family was extremely and is extremely satisfied with the way everyone performed their responsibility.

The staff do whatever it takes to help the residents. I have not tried the food but after looking at the menu and walking by the dining room it looks good and they have a good variety. I would recommend this community to family and friends.
