I want to extend my sincere gratitude to the awesome staff who care and show great respect and gentleness everyday to my parents and my aunt who are all residents at Palmilla. From the minute I walk in the door I am always greeted by the ever lovely and friendly Louise @ the front desk. ?? Her customer service skills are amazing. The evening staff is also always available when I call, sometimes in a frantic panic looking for my Mom... I say thank you [Removed]. I am so thankful my parents & my aunt are at this amazing facility. The staff who care for my family are Angels... in particular I would like to name the following: [Removed] RA/MA [Removed] RA... Palmilla is truly fortunate to have such wonderful, caring individuals working for them. I would also like to acknowledge Lizz, who has been so helpful and is always available to listen and help me navigate through this journey. ?? And A BIG thank you to Walter who has been invaluable, I have moved 3 family members in over the last 4 months, couldn't have done it without his help. There are so many wonderful people at Palmilla who make this journey easier, from the friendly kitchen staff, the hard working housekeeping staff, and the entire administrative group !! [Removed], the entire sales and activities group... THANK YOU.?? This journey is not easy but I feel so blessed knowing these angels are along to help guide and comfort. Keep up the good work! ????

My father has been living at Palmilla in assisted living since August 2016. Along with his daily Alzheimer's care, he has had several health related emergencies in the past few months - my family and I have been extremely pleased with the staff's urgency and care regarding his needs. I feel at ease knowing he is safe and being well cared for. The nurse at Palmilla is absolutely amazing - dedicated to her work, kind and caring. She has gone out of her way time and time again to ensure my father is being well taken care of. Wonderful facility - I spent some time looking at other facilities in Albuquerque...this facility was clean, beautiful, and more reasonably priced when compared to other facilities. The eating regiment is more versatile compared to other facilities as well - more accessible to my father's needs and personal preferences - no set eating times....not to mention, their location is ideal for me and my family. Great job Palmilla! Keep up the excellent work!!!

I can't say enough good things about this community! My mom was one of the first residents in the memory care unit in July 2016. She had previously lived in two memory care communities, but neither compared to this one. Sadly, my mom passed away in September 2016. Even though she had only lived there for about 3 months, we had strong connections with all members of the staff. I miss going there to visit and try to stop in to see my mom's special caregivers when I can. They certainly cared for my mom as part of their family and I will ALWAYS remember the time she spent there. Thank you for making my mom's last moments in life comfortable and fulfilling!!

The absolute best location I have found for my 85 year old. We have had her in several places over the past seven years and Palmilla is the best and last place she will live. The staff is very professional while being pleasant and attentive. I highly recommend them to you as a place to put your loved one or yourself.

My mom is doing well and in a much better community. everything is very likable and enjoyable. The people, the food, the extra activities. It worked out very well and is a perfect fit.

This a great community for great care. The staff is outstanding and friendly. We liked that this is the new community with a good location for me to see my father. He is the offer to join in with the activities when they offered. I like knowing that he is under great care and I would recommend other families to look into the community for a loved one.

After having a tour with the nice people here, I found that they were pricey. It also seemed like it was high-end and would not be the place for my dad. They gave me a good tour and I liked what I saw but it was not in our budget.

My experience with this community has been good. My father is currently in rehab, but once he gets better he will be returning to this community. I know he is safe and being care for well here. The staff is great, they do a good job caring for him and his needs. I'am very happy with all they have done for us. This is a community I would recommend, it is a very nice place.

The concern shown for myself and my husband during his illness cannot be overstated.. Many times the staff was all that stood between me and a totAl meltdown. I will never be able.to show enough appreciation to the care staff for their kindness and help.

We had an urgent need to find a facility, and so did not have much chance to shop around. After a few weeks, I can say we made a great choice! What is really impressive is the way the staff genuinely cares for the residents. It is clear this is not just a job, but for them, more of a calling to service. They are not only friendly, but they take the extra time with a resident to let you know they really have the residents best interest at heart. The meals are excellent, in large portions, especially if that is what the resident wants. Since we have moved Mom in, we have heard from friends who also had excellent experiences at Palmilla, which is certainly reassuring to us.

My brother hasn't moved in yet. He is scheduled to move 12.29.16. The staff has been extremely friendly and have explained how they work with the residents to get them involved in activities.

I am very happy with the care that my mom is getting here. She is liking the trips here and the activities that are offered to her with other residents.. My mom. is happy with the atmosphere here. She is liking all of the meals that are available and the variety. The community is very clean and maintained. I have recommended this community to other families

Very nice! Somewhat expensive but liked the residents club that has extra prompting for involvement for my father.

The care that I get from the staff is going fine for me. The community is always being cleaned in all areas including my apartment. I see pets living with other residents in the community. They could do a lot better seasoning and flavoring the meals. I like everything else they provide. The people are great and when I need something the staff are prompt.

I am writing to thank the [Removed] leadership for conceiving, planning and creating this wonderful senior living community, Westbrook, which my parents are enjoying so much! The aesthetic beauty and comfort of each gathering space reflects your caring attitude. The management team of [Removed] radiate love and leadership. They direct a wonderful and attentive staff, from reception to dining and maintenance to housekeeping. The result of their care is reflected on the faces of the residents! Many architects have made senior living designs, but Spectrum has raised the standard and deserves credit for truly honoring our precious seniors. Thank you so much for making Westbrook a wonderful place to live.

That was a very nice community to see. They did not have the right studio size for mom though. The assisted living does not have a dining room nearby. One would have to go in the elevator and go to another floor. We did not choose because they did not have the staff and dining room room close and it was a little more expensive by $1000. It was very nice tour and the staff were friendly. The girl was very nice and knowledgeable. My sister and I felt comfortable asking question. She was not pushy. she was sweet.

This community has impressed us in so many ways, we are very happy with our choice. The staff is fantastic, they helped my mother adjust to the new environment very quickly. She is making a lot of new friends! The place is always kept very clean, the maintenance does her laundry at least 3 times a week. The place is minutes away from our home we could pretty much walk there. Her room is a very good size, the other day 6 of us went to visit her and we all fit comfortably. They have a beauty shop where the ladies can get their nails and hair done. The place has a large area for events such as birthday parties.

The community is a new build the amenities are all new. The staff is very friendly and the maintenance is doing a very good job. They provide a variety of activities for the residents to interact and make friends with each other. The room my loved one is in is perfect for her, it has a large bathroom, her own kitchen and plenty of space for all of her belongings. I am very happy with our decision to move her here.

dale russell is one person everyone should have the opportunity to do business with. Honest and very impressive on how she handles evaluating peoples needs. Her property is fairly new and very impressive
