Mom loves the activities and the the entire staff at this community. They always have smiles on their faces. I did have a chance to try the food and it was good. They offer plenty of food and mom says she eats to much at lunch. The community is clean and there are no nursing home smells.

I took a thorough tour of the community. The tour guide gave a good tour and I thought it worked out very well. It seemed like a very good place for suitable care.

I like the care they give to my in-laws, it has been going well. They do a good job keeping the facility up and they making it look nice. My in-law get their unit cleaned every other week. They get a good dining experience, it is open for a 12 hour Utrecht during the day. My in-laws like the food.

A spacious and modern building, kept constantly clean and well decorated. I was impressed with the amount of family members sitting around with their parents/ grandparents. What really shines is that a resident can move from independent to assisted to memory according to their personal needs, and the flexibility is impressive.

Beautiful, bright, open facility with friendly people. This is a well thought out community. Our contact, Dan [Removed] was warm, caring and very helpful with good suggestions.

Palmilla Wellness, AL, & MC staff are my other family. Impossible to limit this to 200 characters. Deep gratitude to Lizz, Esmeralda, and Pat - you kept my head and heart together. Louise and Michelle - you always greeted me with love. Angie,Amy,Mark, Elena, Monique,Elizabeth, Janell,and Mary - you were all so gentle and caring. RAs Michelle, Maria, DeeDee Ruben, Lynn, Christina, MaryLou,Iveth, LynnH, Itsel,Dylan and Renee (so loving and fun the last few weeks), Opal-ever efficient and dedicated, Tracy, Tenika, Loriann, Lenore, and Juan. Kayla,I knew you before we lived at Palmilla -you made the days brighter. While I did not know each of you personally, I knew you were there every minute and more. My sister's life was bearable because of you all. Mine is richer for having you as family. I can't sing your praises loud enough, thank you.

Both of my parents were tenants at Homestead View in Washington MO. The care and attention they both received were excellent. The entire staff make it their passion to see that everyone was treated well and that they were at home. This included the entire administration staff, to the medical personnel, and the staff that served the meals. They went out of their way to add the individual touch to everyone. I cannot say anything but positive comments about how well everyone treated everyone. Barb [Removed], is an excellent administrator and was on top of everything. She even drove the Church Bus when she had to. This group gets the highest marks possible in my opinion. My family was extremely and is extremely satisfied with the way everyone performed their responsibility.

What a wonderful place for your loved one to be at. They take good care of the people in the memory care, so glad that I found this place. The food is good too.

The staff do whatever it takes to help the residents. I have not tried the food but after looking at the menu and walking by the dining room it looks good and they have a good variety. I would recommend this community to family and friends.

The Southview management team is proud to announce how appreciative we are of our resident care team. In our care plan meetings families often express how our aides are true caregivers and often go the extra mile. One resident stated that we have an awesome brother and sister team that helped him adjust to his wife's move to memory care. He enjoys being able to continue to visit her and see's first hand how our staff provides excellent care.

We took a tour and I fell in love. It feels like home, the staff is awesome. Very clean and beautiful.

My Mother has been at Peakview since October of 2015. She loves it there and the people who assist her are amazing. They give her excellent care and lots of hugs and they're never too busy to help. The facility is beautiful and everything is brand new. The food is delicious and Michael, the chef, is always cooking up fabulous meals. There is so much variety on the menu. The activities are wonderful and varied. We could not be more pleased with Peakview.

They are taking very good care of my parents and their needs here at this community. I know they are in good hands and receiving great care. It is a very nice and clean community. They a have a very nice staff here. My parents have tried a few new activities. I've tired some of the meals and they taste great. This is a community I would recommend.

Very personable staff. Beautiful facility and great location to doctors, hospitals, shopping, restaurants, etc. Many activities for all residents to enjoy, or quietness in their own apartments/rooms/homes when they prefer that.

A few dear friends call The Homestead at Hickory View home, and it truly is! The daily activities available keep the residents active and having fun. Who wouldn't want that for their loved one? Homestead is a very clean and welcoming environment, and a great choice for a retirement community in Washington, MO!

Homestead at Hickory Review is truly a wonderful retirement community. The staff is loving and caring and truly give their all towards the residents that live there. The property is taken care for in an excellent manner, to include absolute cleanliness, beautiful surroundings and many activities for the residents. The staff does an absolutely wonderful job in keeping their residents extremely active in the many events not only at Homestead, but other activities throughout the Washington, Missouri community.

I am very impressed by the care my dad is receiving. The staff is great. The home is immaculate and I am so glad my father was able to go there!

When my mom was in need of assisted living I learned of a new residence that was opening called Peakview. We went to the open house and learned everything Peakview had to offer and it was at that time I met the Director of Community Relations. She was extremely helpful, compassionate and met with me in confidence outside the bathroom facilities so I could put a down payment on a future move in date. She was understanding and supportive during that difficult day and continued to be patient, helpful, supportive, compassionate for the next six months until my mom moved into Peakview. She was my strength during those difficult months. Once my mom moved in we met other staff members and were greeted with friendliness, respect, and comfort. The staff provided an environment of safety, happiness, and a true caring attitude. They came and got mom for entertainment, activities, meals, and just being involved with other residents. They respected the entire building as her new home. It was an extremely difficult seven months for my mom with the numerous emotions she went through giving up her home and independence. It was less then 24 hours after mom moved into Peakview that she smiled and said to me I love it here it already it feels like home

I have visited with the residents at Homestead At Hickory View several times. It has always been a wonderful experience. I have noted the residents are kept engaged in various special events and activities. It has been my pleasure to attend these events and interact with the wonderful people who live and work at Homestead. I have also noted the buildings and grounds are very well cared for. Recently someone I know became a resident of Homestead. Staff there have been going out of their way to make him feel at home and accepted. The atmosphere at Homestead has always been welcoming when I go there. Homestead is just a wonderful place.
