I am so very happy that my children pushed me into selling my house and moving into a senior apartment. I felt welcomed and at home the first time I walked through the front door. The staff is remarkable. They deal with all of us with a smile on their face and our cares and concerns are on the top of their "to do" list. There is very little that I can complain about. The best part that I have my cat Taffy with me. This is our home and we are very happy here.

My aunt and uncle had lived at the Homestead for many years. Unfortunately my aunt passed away a couple of years ago. When I visited my uncle recently he was very happy there and expressed how glad he was that he could remain there after my aunt passed away. He has friends there that he enjoys having his meals with and says the food is great. The staff is excellent with him and treat him with respect. He loves to joke around and the other residents enjoy his antics. I would definitely recommend this to a loved one as I see how the staff is kind and very caring. The cleanliness of the rooms and the building are amazing. You can tell they really care and want the best for the residents.

My mom has been there for about three years and she loves it. Lots of activities to keep her busy. Shortly after she moved in we had to run over and check on her because we were concerned she was not answering the phone. The reason - she does not spend time in the room. Constantly playing cards and games with new made friends.

The care for my friend has been going good. The experience has been very good and we have no complaints. Everything is excellent here. The food is excellent. He is happy and he loves being here. He also loves the transportation they provide.

My mom would say moving to the Gardens was the best decision they ever made. Such a wonderful, supportive, loving community- from the residents to the entire staff! My parents were treated like loved family. When my Dad passed away, my mom was supported by love and friendship. When my mom passed, I was offered that a same love. The residents are listened to, offered a variety of activities and treated with respect and great care.

Be right for me or staying in my condo would be what I want to do at this time it is a very difficult decision as I am still very active But I am working with [Removed] and as soon as I know will let her know I enjoyed the tour of the entire unites [Removed] is a very patient understanding informative knowledgeable young lady thank you

We chose Westbrook Senior Living because it was the nicest place with the best value. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are welcoming to our family when we come and visit mom. The food is good, they offer variety and choices. They offer activities for the residents and have transportation for off-site excursions. They have a courtyard for the residents to get outside and enjoy the fresh air.

We toured this community for the case for my father. The staff was nice and they showed her the clean community. They offer meals and activities. My father did not want that location. We would suggest that families might be to consider this tour of the community for the care of a loved one.

I had a great introduction to the facility. Signed up to get on the wait list. Our first choice regarding senior living options.

My mom says she is happy being at Peakview. She loves the food and the activities. I think the community is great. The community is very clean and wonderful. The staff are nice too. We picked this community for being newer and having bigger apartments in comparison to other places.

My Aunt is slowly getting acclimated to her new surroundings. And I did notice that she's eating much better and she is starting to mingle with the other residents as well. There are a lot of amenities for the residents here and the staff are working with my Aunt encouraging her to take part. They have an excellent rehab/exercise class and the instructor works with them that my Aunt has started to go to. I feel my Aunt is doing well here and I think this community is a great fit for her.

Lovely place. The one to beat. If we had had more money-my parents would love living there.

The caregivers are taking good care of my parents. They keep me informed of how they are doing and they take care of their medications. The community is nice and surrounded by trees. They have a large exercise room. My parents love the food. The community has a homey feeling to it.

We liked this community. It was new at the time of the tour. We found that this community was beautiful and the staff was nice. They have a lot of activities. for the residents. The community is clean and maintained and the staff made you feel at home. We would recommend a tour for the care of a loved one.

We have been very happy with the care my mother is receiving at the Dougherty Ferry Assisted Living and Memory Care. She suffers from dementia and is in the Memory Center here. The administrative staff is very pleasant to work with, they listen to our feedback with kindness, they are accommodating with requests made for our loved one in their care, and they are always open to suggestions we might have to better serve their residents. The care giving staff is equally as pleasant to work with. They are always happy and smiling while they work. They are quick to learn the habits of each of their residents and understanding how best to care for each individual. They are loving and patient with my mother, no matter what kind of mood she is in. The staff keeps the facility clean and looking nice and welcoming to everyone. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone!

Could not be happier with Dougherty Ferry Assisted Living for my mother. She moved in [Removed] and is so much happier there than she was at home by herself. She has made many friends there, enjoys the food, and loves the staff. They all know the residents and do a great job of keeping the family updated as needed. Thanks for all you do!!
