Our experience with Southview Assisted Living has been a very good one, so far! The staff is communicative and friendly, and we really appreciate how well they keep us in the loop. They also made the whole move-in process very easy! The facility itself is bright, clean, and well kept, and our loved one seems to have settled in well.

We really enjoyed visitng a family member. We stopped in on our vacation. The staff was very friendly and help us find our way through the building. The dining room seemed to be a delightful experience. Thank you for taking care of our loved one.

Peakview's memory care has been a fantastic, caring, supportive environment for my wife's mother. We have experienced, in another facility, the downside of a beautiful building that promised everything and delivered nothing. Peakview has been the opposite experience for us. They care about their residents (and the resident's families) and respond in quick fashion to any observations and/or concerns that may arise. There is a human element and warmth in Peakview's care for my wife's mother that we found missing elsewhere. It has been almost five months since we moved her in and Peakview continues to provide timely communication and authentically cares about what we, as family members, see and observe regarding the care of our mother. I can't say enough about how timely they are in responding to conversations we have with any caregiver in the facility. They also have doctors who specialize in geriatric care, not just physician's assistants, see her on a regular basis in the comfort of her own room. That is an incredible benefit and very comforting. The staff members in the memory care are all caring, attentive, kind and compassionate people who are working there because they want to do that kind of job, rather than using it as a stepping stone to move on to another job. It is such a refreshing experience. The activities provided are plentiful and the food is great. There is always an option for us as family to bring our mom out of the memory care wing and eat with her in the more formal dining room located in assisted living. She enjoys that experience and the wait staff is consistently kind and friendly to her whenever they see her. Everyone who works at Peakview is always happy to see our mom and lets her know how much they like her. The highest compliment we can give is that we feel Peakview is a good home for our mom, as well as a fun place to visit her. It is a refreshing, positive and protective environment.

Wanted to share some insight of an incredible employee to others, in reference to Tonia, who is the Director of Wellness at Westview. Our parents have been at Westview for one year, although they are still adapting they are doing so well. Tonia goes above and beyond the call of duty it's not just one thing she does, it's a combination of everything. She makes sure they get great medical care. She personally checks in on them quite frequently. She allows my mother to come in her office and sit and work on her letters or her coloring. She loves her to feel like she is part of the office staff. Tonia once said to me, "I want to treat people the way I want my parents to be treated: with respect." Tonia can play tough, too. If some of the staff isn't able to get them out of the apartment, Tonia can do it. She's got a way that they will respond to it because they know she has their best interest at heart. Thank you all the staff at Westview especially Tonia. You're very much appreciated and loved.

A great place. The activity staff is awesome and keeps my Aunt busy and having fun. The building is clean, and the food is great. Highly recommend.

We are very pleased with our choice to move my husband to Lombard Place it is a very nice community. The staff has been exceptional to us with all the help they provide. The staff is friendly and very kind to us and the other residents around the community that is nice to see. It is a brand new facility so everything looks amazing and clean very well kept. The food is good I would say they need more variety but the presentation is great. i have already recommended this community to some of my friends it is a great place.

After living in their own home for over 55 years, my parents moved to Lombard Place one month ago. This transition isn't easy, but the staff at Lombard Place understands the challenges and is guiding and encouraging our entire family every step of the way. Though they miss their home, I've seen tremendous positive changes in my parents in the short time that they've been at LP. Thanks to the excellent on-site physical therapy instruction, their strength and balance issues have improved. My dad (a foodie) looks forward to eating three delicious meals each day, and my mom is grateful that she no longer grocery shops, cooks, or cleans up after meals. They have met several other couples and are no longer isolated. My dad was even able to bring his beloved parakeet to live with them at LP! I wasn't surprised to learn, after their initial assessment, that my parents were considered fall risks and would be paying for additional assistance. I WAS surprised to receive a call a few weeks later that my mom had improved enough to be taken off the list and would no longer be charged for that assistance! Lombard Place truly strives to help its residents maintain independence for as long as possible, and they're honest about charging families only for absolutely necessary services. LOVE THAT!!! I'm extremely satisfied with our family's decision to move my parents to Lombard Place. They receive great care and support from kind, compassionate people who go the extra mile for them.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out with Crestview, I'd give them high marks across the board! They're friendly and accommodating, and more than happy to help with anything you ask for. It's a nice looking place, the food is good, and they take great care of the residents!

Since my wife is not at a point where she needs to be in assisted living we chose not to keep her at Cedar Lake. Cedar Lake is a beautiful place and she enjoyed her time there and eventually when she needs to be be in a place this is where she'll be. The staff are nice and friendly and very helpful. There's plenty of activities for the residents and she even made friends in the short time she was there. Cedar Lake is a great place and I would absolutely recommend.

Finding another place for my mother to call home was a difficult and frightening decision. But working with Kelli [removed] and The Shawnee Hills staff made the descision easy as I was greeted with genuine kindness and understanding. Everyone has been professional and welcoming and after only a few days my mother already feels at home.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out at Southview Assisted Living! The facility itself is clean and well kept, and the place just has a comfortable, homey feel. Everyone here is very friendly, and they do a great job looking out for the residents. I highly recommend it!

Director of Wellness is amazing. She keeps me informed when I am I unable to be with my loved one. She goes way beyond standard care. I value Mrs. Elizabeth's personal caring more than I can say. I pray that she will remain on staff for many years.

Well the director of the Palmilla Senior Living place has been very, very kind with working with multiple family members and ensuring the safety of our loved one and answering any questions about the care.

I am just extremely happy with the Lombard Place Assisted Living facility. My loved one has been living in there for a couple of months now and I really do think that they should be a top - rated place.

They need an onstaff podiatrist there. She needs help with taking care of her fingernails and toenails. I would like to see her toes and nails done more ofent.

We really like it for my father. They are very kind, clean, and caring for him. The facilities are very nice. They include my dad in the activities, even if they aren't in the memory care center. He is safe in the memory care unit. I also like that he has his own room.

We love this place for My Dad with Alzheimer, they have a fare price and the facility is in god shape. So far the staff has been great with the exception of three young ladies that work the evening shift/ They made us feel unwelcome when we went to spend time with our Dad and not friendly at all. I also walked out of the place with my dad without sighing him out and in, cause there wasn't anyone there to watch the front desk at 7:00pm and returned at 9:30pm. with the exception of these bad apples the place and the staff is great.

My parents love it there and they are very active and the staff keeps the place nice and clean and well-maintained and they meet my loved ones needs and I think it is probably the best place my parents could have gone.
