I spent several months looking at different assisted living facilities for my mother and stepfather. Thank God I found the Gardens at Ocotillo. From when you walk into this facility you are treated with kindness and respect. From the Great activities to the incredible food that is served daily, the feeling of being home is overwhelming. My parents have now been at this facility for several months. And at no time have they ever felt that they were living in a nursing home. They are treated like royalty. The staff that they see daily remember their names remember what they like to eat and remember things that they may have said to them. It's like being home. I highly recommend this facility and I know that you will love it as much as my parents do.

What extraordinary service!! [name removed] has made our transition so easy. So many questions answered and so many suggestions to make the move easily. The nurses at Memory Care are great and our mom is happy in her new home.

I couldn't be happier that I moved my mom to Mason Assisted Living & Memory Care. The team in place is outstanding! I know my mom is in great hands and have peace of mind. My mom can be stubborn and they continue to try to engage with her and get her involved. If she goes to her room they are always checking to make sure she is ok. I highly recommend to anyone to check this place out...you won't be disappointed!

My parents are so happy with Las Palomas! They moved into the independent living part of the community. They have made new friends and love the wonderful food! (We have eaten there and it is pretty amazing). They love the exciting activities that are planned as well! They staff is so friendly and always helpful. When it's time, they will stay there when they need assisted living as well! We definitely made the right choice!

Very appealing- [name removed] was Awesome. People were engaged with each other all over the building. Liked that they have Bible study, Chuck likes you can eat any time. Hard floors in main home. Nubby carpet in bedroom.

We started to look for a assisted living facility for my aunt and uncle. She first liked a place in Crystal Lake but wanted to visit Three Oaks because they had been there years ago and like their 2 bedroom unit. we made an appointment. When we first got to Three Oaks the girl at the desk was very nice and welcome us to the facility. [name removed] took us around in a tour of the place. Lots of public rooms, fire places, beauty shop, movie place lots of activities for the residents. My aunt and uncle really liked the 2 bedroom unit, and also the FOOD at Three Oaks and within a few days they made a check for the reservation of the 2 bedroom unit which was being renovated at a time. Paperwork got started, and forms started to get filled in. Everyone was very nice and understanding. Cindy was available every time we called or had questions, Doctors appointments were made and financial and health assessments were also made. And then all of a sudden my aunt changed her mind and made the decision to stay en Crystal Lake. Did not wanted to loose her CL phone number etc..etc... I was sorry. but it was her decision. I want to thank the staff in Three Oaks, they were always there for us.

Fantastic place and enjoyed meeting [name removed] but cost was out of our range.

I cannot begin to say how happy I am that I moved my mom from Legacy to Mason Assisted Living & Memory Care! From the first time I walked into the building (with no appt) I was greeted warmly and without hesitation given a tour. I was so worried about how mom would adjust in moving to another facility. My worries were quickly put at ease. She has been thriving since moving her. She gets the help she needs and is engaged in activities. Mom seems more alert and her sassy personality is shining its light once again. Good food and making sure she is staying hydrated is helping her as well. Many basic needs were not being met where she was. The staff if AMAZING!!! There is such a positive energy in the building. Everyone is friendly and engaged. The caregivers have asked questions about my mom as well in an effort to get to know her better. I couldn't be happier that I decided to move her. Best decision I could have made on her behalf!

Facility is clean. Daily staff are excellent and caring and patient. No complaints.

This facility is exactly the type of community my family was looking for when our mother could no longer live alone. The facility is beautifully furnished and designed for the elderly residents! The best aspect of Creve Coeur Center is the loving and well trained staff who treat each resident as a member of the family. Mama feels welcome, unafraid of new experiences, and is well cared for.

The management and staff are wonderfully supportive and considerate. Our mother thoroughly enjoys the resultant, friendly atmosphere.

An extremely strong and positive first impression. My visit involved little preparation from me and none from the staff. They were not expecting me, I was barely expecting myself! A 2-fold visit: 1) Checking for a friend moving to Assisted Living within the month; 2) An advance study for a family member who may need the Memory Care Unit in the future. The Staff were kind and truly helpful, generous. I had access to most every area, which I appreciated very much. If one can afford it, the size and density of population seems ideal. I visited at lunchtime. Folks seemed peaceful and accepting of their life there. On the memory care floor, orderly, though not disturbingly so. This seems like a really good place.

Enjoyed my tour of this excellent community. Great floorplans, outgoing staff, and a good value for such a nice property. Definitely a place to see when making a decision on independent or assisted living in Round Rock.

This was a wonderful facility! Welcoming, attractive, great amenities and wonderful staff. I would not hesitate placing a loved one here, or even moving here myself!

I have worked in the industry for 20 years. I recently toured this community and it is beautiful. The staff is welcoming and seem too get along wonderfully. I would recommend touring this community or catching one of the many free events they seem to host. This community seems like a breath of fresh air.

The staff at Three Oaks is incredibly outstanding! I have toured several other assisted living facilities and nothing compared to your facility in Cary. They were compassionate and really took the time to answer all the questions I had regarding the care for my elderly father. I give them 10 Stars for giving me the peace of mind I have been looking for.

Everyone was so friendly from the time I walked in. Las Palomas is so beautifully decorated, I know when I bring my mom to see it she'll just love it.
