As residents since the opening two weeks we are very satisfied with Green Oaks as our home. The staff are very helpful and willing to assist with requests we have made. The facilities are open, airy and maintained clean and fresh by the staff. Our apartment meets our needs being roomy and having all the needed kitchen appliances plus a washer and dryer. We have recommended Green Oaks to many of our friends and will continue to do so. After over six months of residency we feel our decision to move to Green Oaks was a excellent one.

I have been in other places and they were old and smelled and thought I would never want to live in a senior home. It's new, it's clean. I've made a lot of friends here. I like the close proximity to the forest preserve. I like the fitness room as well. Food is great. They make accommodations if we request something, like taking us to the DMV.

I was 5 years in another place and it was no comparison to this. I have no regrets with my move. There is a wonderful staff here. The residents are much more friendlier her than where I came from. The food is good, the chef is wonderful, he comes out and talks with us. Green Oaks has so much more to offer, I'm happy here and feel like it's home.

think that's it's a friendly facility with plenty to do. You can choose to be active or not. If you're on a diet this is not the place because the food is amazing. The first day I moved in I felt like it was my home

We have lived at Green Oaks for over six months and really enjoy all aspects. The living conditions are very pleasant and we have made wonderful new friends here. There are lots of activities both on and off premises including poker and pinochle which I really like. The staff is extremely pleasant, respectful and accommodating. We find the food excellent particularly with my wife being a vegetarian. I highly recommend Green Oaks Senior Living!

Lake Travis Independent Living is such a warm place to live! It is not only beautiful, but it feels like home the moment you walk through the doors! The staff provides exceptional care to their residents and are attentive, compassionate, and reliable. It has a “family” atmosphere where everyone looks after one another. And the food smells so good! The residents rave about the cooking! They are provided fresh, delicious meals daily. Their rooms are beautiful and very spacious, and they use granite counter tops and upgraded appliances. We love their floor plans and each apartment has a lot of storage space. But what do we like most about this community? We hear laughter and see big smiles as the residents engage with one another! Whether they are painting, singing, or having themed parties! It is always a great time at LTIL.

What a gem! In December I moved in and there is no looking back. My days are filled with fun activities, lots of friends, a loving and life enriching atmosphere. I'm so happy I made Palmilla my home!

We are very pleased with the care and services Mom is receiving at The Enclave in Anthem. Staff are friendly and caring, meals are nutritious and tasty, there are a variety of activities she can choose to do, and the environment is warm and clean. When there was a health issue on a Saturday the staff responded quickly to her and let me know soon after. We feel comfortable Mom is in a safe environment.

My mother is visually impaired. The Enclave staff is so friendly and helpful. I felt very confident that my mother was in good hands. The residents of Enclave are also very friendly and inviting. It was easy for my mom to make friends quickly and feel at home. Even with her vision impairment, there are many activities she is able to enjoy. The food is delicious and the apartments a spacious and beautiful. The amenities are top notch.

Amazing facility. Caring staff and friendly residents. The food is delicious and available any time 7am-7pm. Regular dining hours supplemented by weekly ice cream socials, bistro food 3 days a week, monthly dinner dance and more. Fun activities that bring the residents together and provide important socialization. Numerous clean and inviting common areas for residents and their families to congregate. Well-equipped modern clean units, each with their own washer and dryer and a full size refrigerator and stove (not that my parents ever cook. There is no need.) The staff makes it a point to know each of the residents and greets them by name. The shuttle service is useful for trips to church, doctor, grocery, etc. Covered parking is included.

The aids, nurses and Directors REALLY care about the people. They know them all by name and show genuine concern. My sister was in assisted living for a year then memory care now for 2 years. She's been in/out of hospital 3-4 times and the last time, [name removed], [name removed]and [name removed] visited her at least 3 times to see how she was doing and helped her get back home. [name removed] memory director, meets with me every few months to go over my sister's "plan of care" in detail and the rates have been reduced as my sister's care (mainly less meds) has been reduced which I feel is Above The Line HONESTY. Cedar Lake is always clean and smells good. The aids tell me what they need to take better care of my sister like new shoes, bed pads, more clothes, etc. The activities specialist are AWESOME: they send me pictures of my sister doing crafts and exercises. I go to the Xmas Chorus Concert, Thanksgiving, Xmas, 4th of July parties. All in all I hope they keep going strong forever.

Cedar Lake is a beautiful community with cheerful, helpful staff. The apartments are clean and spacious; they very much seem like home. And all the activities available ... a theater, daily Jeopardy competitions, Bingo, live music ... offer many opportunities to socialize and make new friends. I'm sure Mom will be happy here.

The staff at Lombard Place is the best. The care and respect for my father in law was excellent. The staff treated our family with great respect and thoughtfulness. We couldn't have asked for better place for him to have been and would highly recommend Lombard Place to anyone looking for Assisted Living & Memory Care.

My sister and I visited Mountain Park Senior Living in hopes of luring my father from the Midwest to Phoenix. We LOVED it! The best thing was the fact that it encompasses both Independent living and Assisted Living as well as Memory care. Most places are either IL or AL/Memory care but not both. I would hate to think he would have to move once he needed a higher level of care. We arrived at breakfast time. There were many tables of people eating, conversing, lingering over coffee and reading the paper. The dining room had the feel of a nice casual restaurant, the food looked great, everyone was friendly and nice. The rooms were small but adequate and very nice. There seemed to belots of activities, happy hours, etc.. It was perfect. Alas.... my father will not leave the Midwest. Now we are trying to find the same type of place in his hometown.

Wow, what a place! From the moment we walked in to tour the facility to now, many months later, we know we made the right choice for our parents. The people at Westbrook are very caring and attentive. I am happy with how well things are maintained. The food in the dining rooms is good with quite a variety. Try the chicken noodle soup! My parents need different levels of care. The staff at Westbrook are very accommodating to our specific needs. We have experienced time in Independent living, assisted living, and memory care. All three areas have great care for their residents. I cannot say enough about the caring staff in the memory care department! The staff has treated my Mom with respect, dignity and care! So glad we chose Westbrook!

My mom has been at Lombard Place for a month and things are going very well. The staff is very friendly and attentive and have helped make the move and transition a success. The activities available have helped my mom stay active and engaged, which was our hope for her.

My mom and stepfather have been residents at Palmilla Independent Living for three years and recently moved into Assisted Living. Unfortunately, mom had a severe stroke shortly after moving. The staff providing care for mom was caring, compassionate and efficient. We found the management staff to be caring and accomodating with us in developing a care plan that would give mom the care that she needed until she passed away. They worked with us as a family and passed good instructions to the staff. This made an unbearable situation a bit better knowing that mom received the best care available in a professional and dignified manner. They continue to provide care for my step-father. Thank you to everyone at Palmilla.

I am very happy here at The Enclave at Anthem. I am so glad I made the move and I know I made the right decision. It is a very comfortable environment and there are enough activities to keep me busy. The staff members and residents are all friendly and helpful. I would recommend this facility to other families.

Recommended by [Removed]. Very nice facility. It's independent living. Must contract for nursing care. Studio apt. runs $2855/month. Month to month. All inclusive except for phone and laundry. Very large facility.
