I was impressed with what I saw and learned on my tour.

The #1 thing is that they have handled covid very well, They have had a good covid plan in place. The apt sizes are great, My loved enjoy and have a great variety. I would recommend this community to others

We haven''t been able to visit The Enclave in awhile, but when we were able to visit the community was very clean. When it comes to the activities they have been limited, but we do think they are doing their best to keep the residents active and safe. Overall we are happy, and we would recommend this community to others.

Finding a place for my father has been really hard. We looked at multiple locations but there was something off at each of them that I could not articulate until I walked into The Enclave. The residents and the staff made me feel welcome and wanted; It felt like home. This is what the other communities lacked. Yes the buildings were pretty, but there was no life in them. The Enclave is not only beautiful but it is alive with vibrant and active residents. The staff go above and beyond and I SO GLAD this is my fathers new home.

The Enclave community is very clean and the staff members are very friendly. The care givers were great, they were attentive, caring and kind. Before COVID the activities were great, they have bingo, movie nights and some exercise classes. They have quite the variety. Post COVID they would have outside gatherings, and even parades in the hallways while maintaining social distancing .

I have recommended this community already to others. They get to know their residents and families on a personal level, their likes and dislikes and they really care about the people that are residence there. The food is great, they are healthy, they have a variety and portion size is good for the residence.

My father moved into Palmilla when he was 96 years old. He lived 2 years in Independent Living and 2 years in Assisted Living. While in Independent Living, he lived in a cottage surrounding the main building. It had 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a garage. It was a beautiful apartment and he loved it. He did have to walk outside to get to the main building for meals. After 2 years, it was clear he needed to move to Assisted Living in the main building. He had a much smaller apartment with one bedroom and one bath. But that was all he needed. I cannot say enough about how great the staff is at Palmilla. He got the best of care, and I was always kept informed if there was any problem regarding his health or well-being. My father recently passed away at 100 years of age. Hospice was allowed in to make him comfortable for his last days. I am grateful that we chose Palmilla Senior Living for my father.

Can,t beleve there are no other reviews! Toured the Santa Fe facility last week. A lovely lady named [name removed] took us on a great tour. Beautiful building. Light and bright. The 2 bedroom apt we toured is lovely. Very open Floorplan. Washer and dryer in all units with state of the art appliances. Not only are ther we safety bars in the bathroom but the shelving and clothing bars in the closet are adjustable. So many options here. A library and beautiful dining room also available for meals if you desire. Pet friendly! We saw several small dogs. The activity schedule is impressive. Everything from bridge to chair yoga! There is a physical therapist in house 5 days a week. A lovely gym for residents to enjoy and a friendly staff! The 24 hour bistro is closed due to covid. The goal here is obviously to keep residents safe.

We chose Palmilla Senior Living because of the location and the staff we met here were wonderful and helped up to move him up here from El Paso. They were also able to get him in here sooner than we were expecting. The one downfall is the food service, the food is good but since it is being delivered the meals are cold. The best part about the community so far would be the staff, they all know him by his first name and are very accommodating to him and our family. I would absolutely recommend

Things have changed since COVID but Doughtery Ferry Assisted Living and Memory Care has done a good job considering what they are up against. They had an incredible staff before COVID and it was absolutely amazing, they had a change of staff and it has been fine, but we do miss the staff members that were there before. One thing that really impressed me was that the staff members said hi to everybody by name and knew my name after one time visiting. One thing we have had issues with is their in service care called Legacy. For the most part, I would definitely recommend. I would still say it is one of the best places around.

My cousin and I looked at Palos Verdes for my mom. We both fell in love with the facility, it’s beautiful, well maintained and well-run! I canceled my next tour at another place and took the apt. available, we loved it that much! I know my mom will be taken care of as if she’s their own parent!

We chose Lincoln meadows because it was recommended to us and they provided more for the amount of money you were paying. The apartment sizes are great. I have eaten here once, and the food was pretty good, my brother in law seems to like. The best part about the community so far has been the facility itself, they have nice options here such as a bistro. I do think they have handled the pandemic very well and I would recommend it. it is in a convenient location as well next to shopping, medical, etc.

I really like it here. We have a nice outside patio where I get to garden.

It is so nice and everyone knows me! Every night they check in on me before bed and they make sure everything is okay.

It is just pleasant. My apartment is great. I like it here!

During this pandemic I can't believe what a great job they are doing. I appreciate everything they do for us.

Little did we know upon attending Enclave's Hawaiian social in late August of last year, that we would call it "home" by late February. Leisurely we looked at 5 of the nicest retirement communities in south and east valleys. Time and again we'd come back to this particular Enclave for specific reasons. Within a couple of months it became evident that management, guests, food, and activities conveyed upon this being the place. The personnel of the Enclave's running each department are done with integrity. In addition, complete meals are beautifully served with a variety of nutritious foods.

Great location near our dentist, primary doctor, and all the medical facilities we visit. The community is also near my wife's sister, we could even walk to where she lives. It is a new community and has a clean smell. It fits all our requirements. We don't require much, but we get a lot. The staff are friendly and we like them. The staff is above and beyond!
