My wife and I have been enjoying the apartment for over four years. The staff has been very accommodating and friendly. The food and service has been very good. There has been a variety of activities. We have received our first Covid vaccination and are scheduled for our second this week. An excellent destination for independent living.

[names removed] were awesome on our Sunday tour. [name removed] took us around and showed all of the facility, very clean and beautiful. I am excited to move in and looking forward to meeting all the new people.

The tour and facility were awesome! [name removed] did a great job at explaining everything well. We signed a rental agreement the same day and are very excited about my mother-in-law, [name removed]'s new home here at Palos Verdes.

Overall the community did a good job and was very responsive, and was always receptive. I would definitely recommend this community to others

We are looking for a place for mom. I have met with [name removed] twice and were very impressed with how much time he spent explaining some options for mom. My husband and I did a virtual tour and were extremely impressed with the studio apartments and all the amenities that they have to offer. We were especially impressed that mom would be choosing her meals from a menu. We will be scheduling an in person tour soon.

Palos Verdes Senior Living has extremely nice apartments. Our safe tour was very nice and informative. The community amenities really seem great. Our tour guide, [name removed], was also very nice.

We were given an inviting virtual tour; we participated in an in person tour with ample time for touring the apartment and appreciating all apartment features , the retirement building and grounds with explanation of amentities; we were served a lunch with ample portions and a variety of fresh, healthy selections-all were delicious. All questions were discussed and we were welcomed to return for a second visit to "seal the deal!" This community has everything we were looking for.

[name removed] was extremely helpful and informative! He made the difficulty of moving and making the big decisions less painful.. staff was professional and helpful. It has been a pleasure so far. He has been very prompt in answering questions.

When we decided to move to the Chicago area I didn’t know what to expect. But, after the 3 plus years we’ve been here, I’m delighted. The people are so friendly and the staff couldn’t better. They are kind and caring and our days are filled with activities that are well suited to keep us physically and mentally fit.

You will get out of cedar what you put in. the activities and social scene at the facility were really good prior to covid. I would recommend this facility to others.

The employees at Homestead were incredible as I looked for a place for my mom. They went above and beyond to answer all my questions and even sent me videos of the community. A big thank you to [name removed] who took time to help me make the best decision for my mom and went above and beyond to answer all my questions.

Make sure you get all the info upfront, including the pharmacy policy. I would recommend this community to others.

I love the community and the staff. They have been doing activities even during the pandemic. This is the place to go! I don't plan on going anywhere else.

Simply lovely community. This one is at the top of my list as I wrap up my search for my dad.

I'm so glad I had [name removed] to show me around today. He was professional, professional, personable, and won me over with his soft sell approach. He answered every question without hesitation. My tour couldn't have gone better.

We took my mother to visit Palos Verdes last week and we were very impressed with the facility and the people who work there. We appreciate [name removed] taking so much time with us and being so helpful. We are looking forward to being able to move our mother into her new apartment. I think she will be very happy there.

I found Palos Verdes Senior Living community to be an exceptional place. Well kept, spacious, friendly, and attentive staff. Our touring experience had the right feel and made us feel good about our decision. I think my dad will be very happy here!

We chose this facility at the time because of the location and just the overall value for the money. The room sizes here are reasonable, he is in the memory care unit so I have not seen the other rooms in assisted living. The staff members here are very friendly and accommodating to family. They really try to make sure everything is taken care of for him. I would recommend to others looking.

My experience at Palos Verdes has certainly been very pleasant. [name removed] has helped me in so many ways. [name removed] eased my mixed mind and made me feel part of the community. I'm pleased with the selection of the unit I have chosen. I'm very satisfied with everyone and everything I have seen.

My wife and I have been considering senior residency at Palos Verdes for some time and throughout, we have been immeasurably aided by the community's excellent representative, [name removed] conducted our initial introductory tour which was very thorough and informative. In considerable part because of [name removed] demeanor and enthusiasm, Palos Verdes presented as warm, inviting and very conducive to comfort in senior living. Through our continuing deliberation which has included an additional visit, phone conversations and exchange of numerous emails, [name removed] has remained obligingly patient, insightful and helpful. As we draw close to a decision to join this community, we attribute a great deal of our inclination in this regard to our new friend in this endeavor, .
