Our family has been so very impressed with the facilities, the people as well as the care extended to my sister upon her arrival at Crestview Senior Living. The facilities are very clean, bright and cheerful. My sister is thrilled with the numerous activities offered for the residents. Everything about Crestview keeps her active, social and happy! I can't say enough about how pleased we are!! Thank you for all you do to keep these seniors happy and healthy!

Our loved one has not complained about the meals and dining service yet, so we have to assume it is pretty good. Our loved one really enjoys the outdoor walking, the outings. He does enjoy the musicals and live entertainment. House keeping is a little short staffed, and that would have to be our only "complaint" we have so far.

I would tell others it is a great community. We feel good with our loved one being here. It can be on the pricey side. It is a very beautiful community. The time I was able to eat with my loved one the food was pretty good.

Hello to all reading this review I typically don't write reviews however I felt we needed to share what a pleasure it was to meet [name removed] My wife and I had been looking for a memory care facility for her 92 year old father after calling Enclave in Anthem and making a appointment We were introduced to [name removed] who gave us are tour, She was so professional, caring of our needs as well as my father-in-laws the facility was clean, and organized plenty of staffing which was very important to us [name removed] answered all are question and helped us with everything from doctor appointments to even making sure the move in went well!! I CANT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS Thank you [name removed] Our loved one is safe and we so appreciate you.

We moved my mother and her dog into this facility last week. She is 91 and has been living by herself for years. The staff said it will take about 2 weeks for a new resident to start getting the hang of the place and socializing. By the 2nd day, my mother was eating with people and had gotten to play bingo. She and her dog love the place. The staff is very friendly and helpful and seem to go out of their way to individually help the residents. The facility is very well decorated and makes the residents and their families feel at home. Compared to other places, I feel that this is a real gem to have a parent reside.

My sister got the best care at the. Gardens and she enjoyed the staff and residence. Best of all, the food was outstanding.

I would tell others to go take a look and see if it fits your needs. There is a warmth to the place and it makes you feel welcomed. The residents look comfortable. I've not had a chance to meet a lot of the staff yet; however, the staff I've meet are friendly. They are quick to get to the residents.

I visited a lot of places, and this is by far the cleanest, nicest, most updated place we've been to. The staff is exceptional. They really do care and watch out for the residents, especially in memory care. My loved one only has great things to say about the food and has even gained some weight. It's a really great place. I'd recommend it to anyone.

The staff goes above and beyond to take care of the residence. From the top-down everyone is so friendly. I would like them to have an alert bracelet or necklace that the residence wears. They offer good value for the money. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

Our loved is extremely happy with the meals and dining service. Everyone there is great, they call our family and loved one by our first names. The community is well kept for and well managed, we have never seen anything out of place. The best thing for us is the community is right next to a hospital.

It’s probably one of the safest, cleanest, kindest groups in memory care that I’ve ever experienced. The activities go on all day, not just one time of day. The food is awesome. I just had lunch with my loved one, and it was wonderful. They served deep fried shrimp, French fries, and pound cake with strawberries and whipped cream. They take care of your loved one like you would if you could. And they seem to follow the Montessori philosophy, which is encouragement, kindness, and positive reinforcement.

I interviewed / toured 9 facilities in the valley attempting to find a facility that my mother would be comfortable at. Enclave at Gilbert easily stood out as the choice. From my first interview / tour with [name removed] to my conversations with [name removed], it was an easy decision. Once we moved my mother in, I again realized this was the correct choice, [name removed] at the front counter patiently answers all requests / questions and is a fantastic asset .... [name removed], in facilities maintenance, responds to all the needs of the residence with a genuine concern for the residence. I'm impressed by the entire staff. Our family had recently decided that it was time to move my grandpa from his independent apartment in southern Arizona up closer to us in Gilbert. My mom had toured plenty of places for him, and her and I walked into the Enclave at Gilbert we new that he would be more than comfortable, welcomed, and taken care of there. We struggled to decide which part of the community he would be best suited for, the independent living or assisted, but ultimately decided on the assisted side since they still allow for as much independence as possible, even on that side of the building. They rated his assistance need before he moved, and they will adjust their assistance as needed throughout the rest of his time there. He has fit right in and has already joined in many of the activities and social events that they offer here. Thank you to everyone at the Enclave for allowing my grandpa to live his life to the fullest in a safe, welcoming and energetic environment.

A well qualified, amiable, Sales Director answered all of my detailed questions, many of which some would consider anal. Facilities, staff and residents, (many who ventured out of their rooms) seemed happy and welcoming. A pleasant place! Unable to rate value or care.

My loved one loves it there. She was scared about going in, but now that she's there and has gotten involved, she's loving it. She likes her room and loves to sit out on her balcony. She's gotten to meet so many people as a member of the community, yet she still has the flexibility of getting to do what she wants when she wants. She enjoys the activities, although they're still continuing to open up more after Covid. The place is clean. The staff is super nice and friendly. And it's just ben a good experience for her.

The staff is amazing and I feel very lucky that we found the Enclave. They treat the residence with compassion, respect, and love. The food is amazing and doesn't have to worry. I would recommend this community to others.

My tour with [name removed] on[date removed] was delightful! She was approachable, thorough and gracious. I appreciated her attentiveness to detail in answering my questions. The atmosphere is just as welcoming as it was two years ago when another relative entered the community. The indoors is well lit and cheerfully decorated; the residents are welcoming.

It's the best decision I've made for my loved one, period. My wife is probably the most critical person, and she thinks it's the best thing we've done for her mother as well. It's a really good place for her. It's bright and vibrant, always clean, always welcoming. The pictures don't do it justice. The staff is absolutely great. They treat our loved one with kid gloves, and they call me when there's anything they might be concerned about. Our loved one raves about the food and says she hasn't had a bad meal there yet. She loves the chef and loves the menu . She gets to play bingo, and they have happy hours and live music. She has a lot do there, which is great for her. I couldn't have put her in a better place.
