Everything about Southview has been very positive and reassuring. [name removed] made the process as smooth and simple as possible and [name removed], the memory care manager made my dad feel comfortable and welcome. During this trying time everyone at Southview made it a much less difficult transition than I would have believed.

I have had an excellent experience here. [names removed] have been excellent staff with us. It is very clean and there is no order. [name removed]has assisted living and memory care. They bring hospice if needed. The only thing they don't do is lifts and feeding tubes. This was a great fit for my loved one.

So impressed with the kind employees. My mom was not ready, but we are forever grateful to them.

We toured this community and the tour was very good. The staff was very friendly and they provided lots of information to us. Th community was very nice and I would recommend it.

We toured Creve Coeur and liked the facility. We did not choose this one because it was kind of a strange location. It is placed by a lot of business centers and parking lots so it is a busy location.

The staff is friendly and willing to help as much as they can. They take good care of her and she loves the activities. Communication between the staff and our family is very good. They keep us well informed and return calls in a timely manner. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

Our loved one is really enjoying her time there, and the staff members are just great. The activities are starting to come back, she goes to their exercise classes, they bring in live entertainment and we do think the value is excellent. The staff members are great for her and for our family, anytime we call and ask to speak with somebody, if they are not available they call us back immediately.

My mother moved to Westbrook almost 4 years ago. She started in the Independent Living, then moved onto Assisted Living. Unfortunately her health kept declining and she spent her last almost 2 years in Memory Care. Each move was made easy by the staff at Westbrook. They are caring, compassionate and loving. The pandemic was rough but my mother had a new family with the loving staff. She passed away peacefully at her new home [date removed]. Thank you Westbrook staff for caring and loving my mother.

After touring several nice assisted living facilities, my mom and apparently saved the best for last, Las Palomas. What a beautiful place. The apartments are laid out for space and ease of use. Everything is clean and well cared for, and our director, [name removed], couldn't have been nicer. She walked us around the grounds and showed us all the features, but also took the time to ask my mom what she wanted out of next home. Every other place we visited was pleasant in its own right, but [name removed] was the only director who asked what would my us happy. I'm very pleased my mom chose Las Palomas SENIOR LIVING.

[name removed] and her staff did an outstanding job dealing with the unknowns of the pandemic. Simply said, they went all out to protect our loved ones in a crisis of unknown consequences. And they did it fighting excessive staff turnover, quarantine, and a general fear for their own health safety They ignored criticism pseudo demands to put the resident's safety first. Just an outstanding performance !

There are so many assisted living and memory care facilities in Scottsdale. I was looking for a place for my mom 3 years ago. I visited several facilities and was getting quite frustrated. None of them seemed to be what I wanted for my mom. The last one on my list Lone Mountain Memory Care felt like home?? The staff was friendly, welcoming and professional. When my visit was over and I was walking out the door, the Director of Nursing came over and gave me a hug and thanked me for considering Lone Mountain. It’s been almost 4 years since the day my mom moved in. Along with my mom’s and my experience through these last 4 years, the information below will explain even more reasons why Lone Mountain Memory Care is a First Class Memory Facility. Diane P

Took a tour with my parents of several independent living apartments. Wasnt exactly sure to expect since this was my first time visiting any senior living community. Expectations were exceeded. Entire facility was beautifully decorated, clean, friendly residents and staff. Many nicely appointed common areas and grounds. Sampled food for lunch and was quite good with nice selection. Good selection of apartments so much so that my parents are most likely going to make this their new home after 60 years in their 3 level house. Sales mgr spent 2.5 hours with us and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend. Pays t o do your homework before u go and come with lots of questions.

We toured this community and really liked it. The staff was friendly and nice but there was a waiting list for admission to the community. The community is also muli-levels and that would not fit our needs.

The were in the running as one of our top choices. The Director continues to reach out and check in about us. It is a really nice place. The pricing is fair. They have a theater room, fitness room, and a beauty salon. It is a really nice place. The community looked like more of a hotel and was bigger than we wanted.

The facility was very welcoming and comforting from the moment we walked in for our tour. The tour with the sales representative was on time and she was attentive to the needs of my mother who required a wheelchair. The staff and residents were all very pleasant and happy. The facility was very clean and updated which was very important in our decision to move in.

My Mom has been living at Westbrook, in memory care for four years now. The whole staff has been wonderful from the start! They expect residents to do all they are capable of doing, which I think, makes the residents feel more capable. They are respectful and caring to everyone, the residents and their family members. When the pandemic hit it was so hard not be able to visit! Prior to covid, my siblings and I visited once or twice a week on different days. Once everything closed down, we would call often and speak on the phone and the caregivers were always willing to answer questions or update us. Even though they were more busy because of the pandemic! I don’t know what we would have done without the whole mc staff!! There is no way we can show how much gratitude and thankfulness we have for the wonderful caregivers and staff at Westbrook memory care!

I found it to be a very good place for my loved one. They take care of her well. She seems to be happy. They try to encourage her to participate in activities. Mostly she declines, but they do make an effort to get her involved. They go in daily and make sure she's bathed, and they take her to the common area for meals. She's well taken care of and attended to. I would definitely recommend them.

We toured the Palos Verdes facility today and were very happy with the facility, activities and dining experiences offered. Our tour guide was amazing, very welcoming and informative to us and very kind to every guest we passed. After reviewing several different facilities over the past few weeks, this is absolutely at the top of our list.

It has been a great experience for me. The people and apartment are great. The food is pretty good. The staff communication is great. They listen to what the resident's have to say and fix things quickly. They are very helpful.
