My mom moved in a couple months ago and I visited her 2 weeks after her move in. She was at first hesitant making this move, however the staff and residents are so warm and friendly, all fears were removed. [name removed] and staff are very helpful, providing services and suggestions regarding simple things like how to get to doctor appointments or get medications. The facility provides a monthly calendar of daily activities offered such as exercise class, book readings, trips to stores for shopping, movie nights, and many, many more. The facility is very safe, insuring guests sign in and masked up for COVID-19 protection. The maintenance and front desk staff are remarkable. I sent mom a walker and the staff put it together for her and even customized it with her name and room number for easy identification. Mom says the food is great! Many choices, with excellent portioning. I couldn't be happier with mom's choice for a living facility.

They are very friendly, and they know my mom's personality, her likes and dislikes, and they work around her transitional stages of dementia, which she's going through more lately. I would definitely recommend them 100%. The care they have provided has been very good. The staff can be hard to get ahold of, but whenever I need something, they're good about making it happen. My mom doesn't complain about the food, and it seems like they're really good about getting her what she wants to eat. They were one of the least expensive places that we looked at but a great value.

We toured this community and the tour was very good. They answered all of our questions and were very informative. They were very accommodating and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

I interviewed 2 Senior Living locations and only a few things stood out that made my decision to choose The Enclave at Anthem the right choice. The main reason was [name removed]. From our first phone call, to our tour and to signing paperwork, [name removed] made us feel like family. She knew every resident and you could see their admiration for her. She made us feel our mother would be best take care off at The Enclave. She advocated with integrity and her personality is infectious. My mother feels the same way. Thank you [name removed] for caring about us from Day 1.

I've toured eight facilities and nothing compared to the feeling I had when I toured Dougherty Ferry. I felt at home from the minute I walked in the door. I was greeted warmly and promptly. I went thru their Covid screening process and then was welcomed by the Sales Director. She provided an informative tour, she was greeted by many of the residents along the way and she knew each of their names. All of the employees greeted us as we walked throughout the building. Everyone seemed happy and well cared for. The building is beautiful inside and out. The menu looks like there's something for everyone. Bingo was the activity I observed and it was well attended. Put Dougherty Ferry at the top of your list. You won't be disappointed!

She is just [name removed]. She was so helpful, patient, and kind to myself, the son of my mother. Then she had my mother in for a a tour and lunch. Needless to say my mother moved in. This place is very new, but not nearly as expensive as others. My mother is having so much fun. She is dressing up for dinners. She is taking pictures of the people and her place. I am so grateful how easy the transition was, and I am amazed how genuine [name removed] and the rest of the workers are. I would recommend this place for anyone, if I were not so young, I would move there myself.

After my informative tour, I knew that I had found the perfect home for Mom. [Name removed] knew everyone by name and introduced us along the way. The building presented well and the staff were friendly and engaging. The residents were enjoying a Happy Hour with live music and it looked like so much fun that it made me want to move in. The menu has something for everyone and the appetizers served at Happy Hour looked yummy. There’s several beautiful outdoor areas for the residents and family members to enjoy. They also offer a fall prevention program that no one else I’ve toured even mentioned. Be sure to check out Doughterty Ferry… (they call themselves the Ferry, which I found amusing and endearing.) you won’t be disappointed.

We loved the cleanliness of this facility, it is brand new. The rooms and the bathrooms were beautiful.

This is an excellent community. The cleanliness, friendliness, and activities make it a great place to live. Some of the activities include: exercise classes, bowling, trips around town, and more for the residents to choose from. The food can be good, and the service can be poor, though.

We toured Westbrook Senior Living yesterday to see if it might be a good fit for my parents who live out of state. The representative that gave us the tour, [name removed], was extremely knowledgable and helpful. She spent a lot of time with us showing us the units and facility and making sure to answer all of our questions. We were impressed with the amenities and services available, the cleanliness of the facility, and the friendly staff. It is very well appointed both inside and out. We liked the continuity of care as they can start out in independent living and transition to assisted living if needed, without having to move to a different facility. The grounds feel secluded but yet it is conveniently located to shopping and dining. We can see my parents being very happy and safe here and feel it is an excellent option and reasonably priced compared to other facilities we have visited.

Truly impressed with how Gardens of Ocotillo cares for their residents and they are focused on customer service and serving the residents that live there. I’ve been consistently visiting this facility for over a year and they really go above and beyond for their residents and make sure they’re happy and comfortable.

With my dad's recent passing and my mom living in Florida, it was time to make a change. I am so excited that my mom is moving to Anthem this month due to the kindness of the staff at The Enclave at Anthem especially [name removed]. I have felt supported during this process with my questions and concerns being managed at each turn. I cannot say enough about [name removed] and the Anthem Enclave which we are all looking forward to being the home of my mom. Thank you, all!

From the minute [name removed] answered the phone I knew that this community would be the perfect place for my parents to call home. He was so informative and caring, listening intently to my parents’ story and offering ideas on how to best help them in their current situation. We took my dad (after looking at several other disappointing and depressing places) to visit Crestview and we were blown away. Every single person we encountered on the tour was vibrant, compassionate, caring and happy. My dad didn’t want to leave and now he can’t wait to move in. What a gift. This is such a tough time in any family’s journey and I can speak for all four of us that we couldn’t be more excited for this next adventure for my mom and dad. Thank you to the Crestview team for making it so easy. Not only do we think they will thrive there, we will all enjoy visiting them in such a beautiful place filled with wonderful people. I'll happily update in a few months once they settle in!

The nursing staff has been very good with communicating to our family, they reach our very frequently regarding any updates with our loved one which is very appreciated. They also have been very accommodating to our loved ones dietary needs.

Got a tour from [name removed] at Enclave in behalf of my mother-in-law. The facility is great, clean, lots of amenities, people are friendly. [name removed] was generous with her time for us and answered all our question. Perfect visit!

My mom has been really challenging. Through that, they have been very supportive of me and my mom. They're very caring. Just stellar. I feel like she's in really good hands. Although she really probably needs skilled nursing care, they do such a good job with her that I don't want to move her. They do everything they can to keep her safe and are very caring.

I cannot say enough good things about Shawnee Hills. I toured other facilities and none compared. I moved my 86 year old mother here after 48 years in her same location which is not a easy transition. SHE LOVES IT and it turned into a much easier transition than I ever imagined. Not only is it beautiful, they provide so many amenities that it makes it easy for Moms care. She loves the staff and residents alike. The staff takes the time to stop and say hello to each resident each time they see them and the residents to the same with the staff. The residents interact with each other and welcome new individuals as do the staff. The food is amazing (yes I have eaten there with my mom). I don’t have enough room to say everything great about this place but I will say that I feel safe going home and leaving my mom there knowing she is in a loving, caring, safe environment with people who care for her.

Our family had an in person tour and the community is beautiful, it looks like a resort. With it being big and flashy we did not think our mother would really fit in and use all their amenities they offered. However, it is beautiful and they have a nice movie theater.
