First of all I’d like to commend the Executive Director for being top knotch at what he does. I believe the buck starts/stops there. My mom has lived here for 2 years and loves it. Activities are great- they keep her entertained. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for senior living options.

Las Palomas is a beautiful, comfortable community with a very friendly staff and so many amenities. I've been there several times since it has opened and it feels like home. I highly recommend Las Palomas.

I am unable to review ‘activities’, and with this review format I am unable to choose N/A; my love one moved into her apartment during COVID and activities are rightfully limited. Thus far my experience with the Mountain Park community of employees has been stellar. They have gone above and beyond considering these times in which we are all living. The apartment is light, clean and airy.

I worked for E&M delivery and have witnessed how great of a community they are. We have moved a variety of seniors whom are cared for. Enclave has a lot of living and friendly staff. The community is very well organized and clean. They truly treat their seniors as if they were their own family. It's a very trustworthy place to be around.

Since I work with E&M Delivery. I had the pleasure to work for the community. The staff is very attentive and cautious with the seniors that live there. If anyone is looking for an assisted living home I would recommend this place because they truly care for their seniors and treat them as is they were apart f their family. Living there would make you feel like home and that's what matters when you're moving into a new place.

The residents and staff are excellent. A phenomenal group of people! All of the residents are terrific, caring, and very friendly. There are many activities to keep us busy and to help us socialize.

My daughters introduced us to Westbrook. During the past 3 years Westbrook has maintained the high quality we expected. The fun department has continually kept us busy and entertained during these trying times. Not easy to do with guaranteed residents. Assisted living care taken and nurses under careful guidance, see to keeping us well and healthy. A finer group of young people would be hard to find. Lastly, I appreciate the safety factor. Thanks for keeping this virus away from our door.

Looks nice, they had units available, she keeps her doctor and they use the same hospital as my mom's insurance. And her unit has 2 windows. Got a really good feeling.

This is a delightful place to spend the rest of my life. The workers are like friends and are always cheerful... I don't know how they do it. Our activity director is always finding things for us to do and brings us treats. It could be a very lonely experience during this pandemic but our activity director makes sure we are bright. I would recommend them. They have a lot of activities. The staff seems to be attentive. They are willing to work with family members when we have questions. The food is correctly proportioned for the residents. The room sizes are great. They have a good outdoor space.

The word games are great - Keeps the mind sharp. The E & P people do an amazing job offering things to keep us engaged. Everyone who works here is so helpful and kind! I most like the fact that they let you have aloe time. I recommend this facility to everyone. It's so friendly!

My mother has lived at Mountain Park for eight years and loves it. The staff has been wonderful and very caring. During the COVID Virus Pandemic, Mountain Park staff has done an excellent job of keeping all the residents safe and is in tune to the residents needs. Our family appreciates the staff for all their hard work during these trying times.

I have just been a resident here about two weeks. It took me no time to know and feel this is my home. Everyone, and I mean everyone, has been so welcoming and willing to answer my numerous questions. [Name removed] has given me a generous gift and I know I will always be grateful to him for my new home.

My mom moved into Cedar Lake in Lake Zurich a few weeks ago and she is already thriving! We've already seen improvements in her physical health as well as her emotional well-being (even during the pandemic). Each and every staff member has been so helpful and the communication has been fantastic! From the sales director who responded to questions after-hours, the receptionist who stayed over 2 hours late to help my mom get settled in (she even texted us pictures of my mom which was much appreciated), the caregivers who patiently help her with her TV remote, the nurses, the maintenance staff, the activities director, and the food service staff (mom loves the food); everyone has been amazing! We are also pleased with their COVID precautions and the fact that they still have activities that the residents can do safely. We are so happy and pleased with our choice!

I moved into The Enclave at Gilbert Senior Living on [date removed]. My daughter and her family live only a fifteen-minute drive from me and location is perfect for me.

I found the community to be very clean and well kept. The staff was extremely friendly. I don't have any relatives that I could refer, however, when I'm ready, I'll be giving Mountain Park a call!

This is home. Most of the residents have become like family. Living here for a year, I've grown to respect our senior staff. They show genuine care and compassion. During the pandemic, they have kept us safe. We are afforded many creative opportunities to participate in a variety of activities. The surroundings are very classy and comfortable.

Shawnee Hills was a very welcoming community. They were accepting of pets. They were very caring. The staff was very helpful and I felt they cared about the residents. The layout and room sizes were good.
