My mother has a great network of friends and staff at this facility. We call it the resort because it’s like vacation to us. Someone is cooking for her, cleaning for her and doing her laundry. She is happy and healthy and we know she is well taken care of. I would recommend this resort to anyone that asked. No place is absolutely perfect. And while we have had a few minor glitches, they are always promptly addressed and taken care of immediately. I couldn’t ask for better.

My mom was in the Memory Care at Westbrook Senior Care for 5 months. At 92 years old she needed a lot more care than I could give her at home anymore. She was so well taken care of. The nurses and aides did an awesome job of taking care of her and I know there were times when she could be difficult. She had a lovely room and was included in all activities and even a field trip. I was kept up to date on all the changes in her condition and medications. I can't say enough good things about her stay there and how wonderful everyone was from [name removed] and [name removed] to the front desk staff. All the nurses and aides therapy staff and activities director who helped her. I have recommended Westbrook to many friends who are looking for help with caring for family members.

My loved one loves this community and is very satisfied being here. This community is incredible with helping people make the transition from independent living to assisted living. They offer lots of independence while also letting the residents know that they are there for any needs.

The staff are great and have great attitudes especially with how hard times are right now they are great. There were a lot of activities offered that looked great however, my loved one did not participate. Out of everything we looked at we felt that this place was the best and after the experience we still feel the same.

What a wonderful place for mom. It is secure, clean,,caring. My morher has been there for 2 weeks and she still raves about . Its probably the best place she has ever lived. Everyone is very friendly and the food is great. She really enjoys that she has her very own washer and dryer in her apartment making it very convenient for her. I know once she gets into her groove she'll love it even more. Thank you for helping me with finding mom such a wonderful place to live.

I am a hospice RN that visits Las Palomas several times a week for well over a year. The community is more like a resort. The staff is always welcoming. The witnessed care given to all residents is incredible The director of Nursing and the memory care manager are always available, active in the care of residents and know each and every residents personally and medically. The med techs and caregivers love all the residents and care for them like family. The community is always clean, the rooms I have been in are always clean and in working order. The community offers so many activities. Happy hours and they have a pool and fitness room.. If you are looking for independent living,, assisted living or memory care I personally would make it a priority to visit this community.

As a health care professional, I have worked in many senior living communities in the East Valley. Las Palomas is one of the best. It’s clean and the staff is proactive and really cares about the residents.

The maintenance man [name removed] here is very helpful and responsive with all of our needs. He is very friendly, honest. professional as very good at what he does. Crestview staff is lucky to have him and residents should be grateful to have him! The community as a whole has met our expectations. Of course with any community there are improvements to be made but the staff here has been wonderful and made my husband and I feel safe and comfortable right away!

I can always count on Crestview staff to respond and take care of anything I need. Staff here is very helpful and friendly! All of the residents here are so friendly which helps you feel welcomed when you first move in. The food quality is pretty good and the menu is fair, however I’m a very picky eater. Everything about this place is excellent and I couldn’t imagine why anyone would have any problems living here.

I was pleased to get a tour of Mason Assisted Living. [name removed] showed me all around this gorgeous campus. What impressed me, besides the decor and multiple options for rooms, was how lively everyone was. The guests were all out and about, and enjoying activities such as "German Waffle Day, " art, puzzles and happy hour. I was sorry to miss the kitten encounter, but hope to see it in the future.

Gardens at Ocotilla Senior Living was a nice welcoming change, it does not feel like your typical nursing home. It is more homey feeling and more comfortable and welcoming.

In an attempt to find a senior living facility for our Mother we found Burr Ridge Senior Living. From the first time we showed up without an appointment we were met with the kindest staff. [name removed], the director even came in on a Sunday in July to meet us and spent several hours giving us a tour, information, and answered our questions. [name removed], the Director of Nursing is most caring and compassionate. We felt she wanted the best for our Mom. The entire staff were full of smiles and engaging. We knew this was the perfect place for Mom. I would highly recommend Burr Ridge Senior Living to my family and friends.

I would say that it is a very safe environment for memory care. I've not observed the other piece of it. Memory care is very safe and I'm very happy with it. The staff is terrific, they are very good at listening and helping you feel better when things aren't going very well.

This is a very beautiful place. They have friendly service and keep it clean. The staff are kind and accommodating. They can be short staffed. The food seems good, and there are other entrees other than specials if the residents request it. The maintenance time for repairs could be improved.

The leadership and staff at Las Soleras provided a truly unexpected, outstanding experience regarding the arrangements to welcome my mother to Las Soleras. The Sales Director went beyond expectations to facilitate my mother’s residency. He found the necessary flexibilities to accommodate both my mother’s needs and her family’s needs. I truly wish we had discovered Las Soleras earlier! I highly recommend considering Las Soleras.

I really like Burr Ridge Senior Living. I have worked with [name removed] since April 2021. I am hoping my father will get well enough to live at Burr Ridge. My father is still too weak to move. We have to see if he will be eligible to move to the community.

Southview has a BEAUTIFUL environment -- dining rooms, common areas, etc. They have a personalized care plan to ensure you only pay for care you need. If the resident's needs change, the care plan changes, too. The features that I like the most are: chef-prepared meals with a very extensive menu--which is handed out to each resident; apartments in a variety of sizes; cable tv; a library with computers; a theater; walking paths; elevator; enriching activities, etc. So, if this sounds like a terrific way to spend retirement, please call [name removed] at [phone number removed]. He will not only present what Southview offers, but he imparts so much general knowledge no matter what facility you choose. He is SO down-to-earth. He is very experienced in this field -- he discusses the psychological and emotional issues involved in this decision. I promise that you won't be sorry if you give [name removed] a call.

I visit senior living communities for a living so I have seen many. Some are beautiful and new, others are not so new. Some have great staff, while others do not. Las Palomas happens to be a newer, well maintained community with a wonderful staff. Each time I walk in, I am greeted, not just by the concierge, but one or more residents. The dining room is always full and noisy. Noisy dining rooms means engaged residents. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to this community!
