I cannot say enough good things about Shawnee Hills. I toured other facilities and none compared. I moved my 86 year old mother here after 48 years in her same location which is not a easy transition. SHE LOVES IT and it turned into a much easier transition than I ever imagined. Not only is it beautiful, they provide so many amenities that it makes it easy for Moms care. She loves the staff and residents alike. The staff takes the time to stop and say hello to each resident each time they see them and the residents to the same with the staff. The residents interact with each other and welcome new individuals as do the staff. The food is amazing (yes I have eaten there with my mom). I don’t have enough room to say everything great about this place but I will say that I feel safe going home and leaving my mom there knowing she is in a loving, caring, safe environment with people who care for her.

Our family had an in person tour and the community is beautiful, it looks like a resort. With it being big and flashy we did not think our mother would really fit in and use all their amenities they offered. However, it is beautiful and they have a nice movie theater.

I think my loved one has been happy and that it's been a good experience so far. She seems to like the activities. Everything looks nice and clean and well maintained. I don't know of any issues at this time.

My husband and I were looking for an independent living community in Arizona for my Mother who was living in an independent living community in Illinois. We looked at several communities in the Mesa, Chandler and Gilbert, AZ area and decided that The Enclave at Gilbert Senior Living community was the best choice. The rooms were spacious, they had a lot of amenities for the residents and the staff was friendly. In addition, the pricing was better than other facilities that didn't offer has much. Since moving to The Enclave, my Mother has been very happy. She has participated in many of the activities and has commented on how much she likes living there. We highly recommend The Enclave at Gilbert Senior Living.

Palos Verdes is an excellent senior community in every respect. Outstanding care, food, activities, and living spaces for senior at all independent or assisted living levels.

"My original thought was That I would most likely place mom in a Group Home. However, after meeting [name removed], the personal approach he took and how beautiful the community is, I was sure I had found the right place for my precious mother. I visited two other communities but Palos Verdes is hands down the best choice for me and mom. Thank you [name removed], you were wonderful."

Our family has been so very impressed with the facilities, the people as well as the care extended to my sister upon her arrival at Crestview Senior Living. The facilities are very clean, bright and cheerful. My sister is thrilled with the numerous activities offered for the residents. Everything about Crestview keeps her active, social and happy! I can't say enough about how pleased we are!! Thank you for all you do to keep these seniors happy and healthy!

When we entered the memory care area, it was busy! Residents were playing a dice game around a large table, others were watching a movie nearby and staff was visibly envolved. The shared bdrm room affords each resident privacy. [name removed] answered all my questions regarding medications, emergencies, activi, and transportation satisfactorily. We scheduled an assessment for [date removed]

Our loved one has not complained about the meals and dining service yet, so we have to assume it is pretty good. Our loved one really enjoys the outdoor walking, the outings. He does enjoy the musicals and live entertainment. House keeping is a little short staffed, and that would have to be our only "complaint" we have so far.

I would tell others it is a great community. We feel good with our loved one being here. It can be on the pricey side. It is a very beautiful community. The time I was able to eat with my loved one the food was pretty good.

Hello to all reading this review I typically don't write reviews however I felt we needed to share what a pleasure it was to meet [name removed] My wife and I had been looking for a memory care facility for her 92 year old father after calling Enclave in Anthem and making a appointment We were introduced to [name removed] who gave us are tour, She was so professional, caring of our needs as well as my father-in-laws the facility was clean, and organized plenty of staffing which was very important to us [name removed] answered all are question and helped us with everything from doctor appointments to even making sure the move in went well!! I CANT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS Thank you [name removed] Our loved one is safe and we so appreciate you.

We moved my mother and her dog into this facility last week. She is 91 and has been living by herself for years. The staff said it will take about 2 weeks for a new resident to start getting the hang of the place and socializing. By the 2nd day, my mother was eating with people and had gotten to play bingo. She and her dog love the place. The staff is very friendly and helpful and seem to go out of their way to individually help the residents. The facility is very well decorated and makes the residents and their families feel at home. Compared to other places, I feel that this is a real gem to have a parent reside.

My sister got the best care at the. Gardens and she enjoyed the staff and residence. Best of all, the food was outstanding.

I really like the Palmilla facility, it is a newer place which stood out to us. The room sizes are really big and spacious. The meals here are chef prepared and they get to choose off of a menu. Overall I would recommend to other families looking.

I would tell others to go take a look and see if it fits your needs. There is a warmth to the place and it makes you feel welcomed. The residents look comfortable. I've not had a chance to meet a lot of the staff yet; however, the staff I've meet are friendly. They are quick to get to the residents.

I visited a lot of places, and this is by far the cleanest, nicest, most updated place we've been to. The staff is exceptional. They really do care and watch out for the residents, especially in memory care. My loved one only has great things to say about the food and has even gained some weight. It's a really great place. I'd recommend it to anyone.

The staff goes above and beyond to take care of the residence. From the top-down everyone is so friendly. I would like them to have an alert bracelet or necklace that the residence wears. They offer good value for the money. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

Our loved is extremely happy with the meals and dining service. Everyone there is great, they call our family and loved one by our first names. The community is well kept for and well managed, we have never seen anything out of place. The best thing for us is the community is right next to a hospital.

It’s probably one of the safest, cleanest, kindest groups in memory care that I’ve ever experienced. The activities go on all day, not just one time of day. The food is awesome. I just had lunch with my loved one, and it was wonderful. They served deep fried shrimp, French fries, and pound cake with strawberries and whipped cream. They take care of your loved one like you would if you could. And they seem to follow the Montessori philosophy, which is encouragement, kindness, and positive reinforcement.
