Met with [name removed] to tour the property and was blown away how beautiful and updated it was. Everyone was very friendly and it seems like the perfect place for my mother-in-law. Very impressed :)

I would absolutely recommend Palos Verdes to anyone looking for a clean, caring, and affordable place for a parent. The staff is fantastic and [name removed] went above and beyond to assist us during this difficult transition. If you are looking please take some time to tour this facility, it really is exceptional.

Sales Representative was very pleasant and showed us everything we were interested in. Facility is very clean and bright and in good condition. We were very positively impressed and are eager to have my father move into this facility.

Rigdon Farm is beautiful and feels like home. The people I met were very helpful and friendly. The location is great. Their free bus has a ramp for whichs. My only concern is that the rent is only locked in for one year.

[name removed] is a wonderful person. Super knowledgeable, friendly and warm. Although my Aunt wasn't accepted here, Im highly considering for my parents as an Independent Living option.

[name removed] the sales representative provided a thorough and detailed tour of options for my mother and I. She showed us two bedroom apartments, explained layout, views and even the sun position and made sure to understand my mom's wants and needs. After viewing apartments, we toured all areas of the property and [name removed] went over every detail. The facility is beautiful and everyone is so friendly and my mother ended up going back and reserving the 2 bedroom apartment today!

I have already referred people to the community. This was the only place that gave me space when I wanted to think about the community. There were friends and past employees that had all good things to say about the community. This was a wonderful addition.

[name removed], the tour guide, was very thorough and did a great virtual tour. I was able to see the residences and facilities very well on Zoom. She explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. She was very patient and caring. She sent information for us to review and didn't pressure me to make a decision. Overall, I was very happy with her presentation and with the facility.

I went to Palos Verdes with the intent to cross if off my list as possible places for my mom. Instead, I quickly become convinced it was the perfect place for my mom to feel safe, make friends, and get involved in a variety of activities that would help her enjoy the years she has remaining. Palos Verdes is clean, the activities are well-thought out, the employees are friendly and caring, and it almost has a resort-like feel. Not only did I not cross Palos Verdes off my list, but my mom now lives there and is finding a new and fulfilling life.

Our experience was positive, the meals were good but the dining service was limited due to the covid restrictions. They did their best when it came to the activities but once again it was very limited due covid.

[name removed] did a wonderful job of showcasing all of the community's assets and services. She is so kind! The common areas have a very warm and comfortable fee. I appreciated seeing the apartment models; they are clean, bright and modern. I will definitely be bringing my mom back for a face to face visit next month! Thank you, [name removed]!

We toured the Peoria Palos Verdes yesterday. We were met at the front door for COVID protocols. Then introduced to our guide and taken to a private room for a long discussion of the facility and Q and A session. She was very intelligent and personable and answered all our questions completely. We were then shown two apartments and toured the building and grounds. We enjoyed our tour and were very impressed and will certainly consider Palos Verdes when deciding our future plans.

I own a local moving company and we frequently go to this facility multiple times a month to move people in and out. So, we work with the staff and are in and out of the rooms moving people in or out. Their staff is very inviting and very friendly. They go above and beyond for their customers and the facility is always very clean and we enjoy going there because of how great the facility is. The customers that we move in and out say nothing but positive things about the facility and how helpful the staff is.

The sales director was very professional and had a personal feel. He showed me absolutely everything and gave explanations along the way. There was nice interaction among the residents. The sales director was patient with all my questions.

The entire staff at Lone Mountain Memory Care have gone out of their way to accommodate my husband and me for over a year. While this was a tough decision and very heartbreaking experience having to put my husband at his young age into this facility, it was the best decision I've made thus far. There were so many emotional meetings I had with the Director, [name removed] where I was rocked by grief, guilt and sadness. She comforted me, referred me to others who experienced this same thing and never once made me feel like I was a burden. She showed empathy while maintaining professionalism. During the pandemic, they have protected my husband and always treated us both with respect, love and compassion! I still get a little emotional due to this huge change in our lives, but he is safe, taken care of properly and especially kept busy with activities! He is always kept active and since exercise and music are a huge part of of Lone Mountain's curriculum, my husband is happy, healthy and safe.

Everything with the staff is good. The personality and communication is good.

It was in early February of 2020 that my daughters and I came to the difficult decision to have my wife and their mother begin residency at Lone Mountain. We did a substantial amount of research on options. We have been extremely pleased with the care that Lone Mountain provides and better yet, our loved one really likes the environment and the caring staff Lone Mountain and staff have done a magnificent job during this difficult time of pandemic and as a family we are extremely grateful and appreciative!!!

When I placed my husband it was Great. I'm basing my opinion, prior to Covid-19.

We moved my Mom into Burr Ridge Senior Living Independent living apartments about 2 weeks ago and she loves it! The entire community including staff and residents have been incredibly welcoming. The property itself is decorated beautifully, everthing is new. They layout is perfect being only 2 stories, so no crowded elevators. The moving process was really easy and well supported. Mom really appreciates the amenities in the apartment including the washer dryer, dishwasher and microwave. She has a smaller 1 bedroom and even those have an enormous amount of cabinet space. Many of the units also have patios/balconies and communicate nicely with the outdoors. We highly recommend this facility for anyone seeking a quiet, clean, and upgraded space. Pricing was reasonable as well.

My father has lived at Mountain Park for four years; three in assisted living and now one in memory care. It’s an indescribable relief every day to know he is safe and happy, particularly during the pandemic. He actually is spoiled rotten by the staff, who clearly are fond of him. Without any traces of condescension, they increase his personalized care as he requires. He isn’t interested in lunch? They get him his ever favorite dessert. He just wants to retreat to his apartment? They get music going so he enjoys some dancing first. The nurses, caregivers, activities director, concierges, cleaning staff, maintenance staff, and administrators all know him and me by name. He never wants for anything; they keep me posted on his every need and help me get those needs met. If I require assistance, they arrange doctors’ appointments, transportation, pharmacy deliveries, and just about everything else. I simply could not ask for more for my father. Mountain Park Senior Living is the best!
