I like my apartment and the staff is nice. They also have ice cream and coffee which I enjoy as a snack in the afternoon.

We chose Gardens at Ocotillo Senior Living because it was bright and cheery and also very clean. When you walk in, it looks like you have a beach cottage, it just makes you happy. They also provide a lot of activities for the residents so they are not just sitting there. The best part is they call me every week and tell us what is going on since we cant go in, they are great at communication. I would highly recommend.

Everything is clean and neat! The food is good. The people are so nice! It's a modern community.

We moved Dad in based on a recommendation from someone who’s mother lived there when she was still In Independent Living. We couldn’t be happier.

The staff at this facility bring passion to their care everyday. They go above and beyond their job description. Especially during this challenging time we are presently under, the staff at Lone Mountain, not only have kept our loved one safe but bring reassurance to the family. On a weekly basis we have a set visit time over zoom and we can tell that he is healthy and happy. The staff share stories of activities, send pictures throughout the week, and make us feel like we are there, even though we are not. We recently saw him in person for the first time in 7 months with all safety precautions taken care of. We highly recommend this facility if it is needed for your family member.

I am a new resident and I am so happy at Las Palomas. The staff is very helpful, the residents are very nice. The community is clean and the food is excellent.

My husband and I toured many retirement communities before choosing The Enclave for my mother. The facility is outstanding and the staff is top notch. [name removed] answered every question that we had which helped make our decision that much easier. She was so informative, friendly and easy to work with. I am very satisfied with our choice to have my mother here and would highly recommend seeing Monica if you are in need of a retirement community for a loved one!

My mother lived at Palos Verdes Senior Living and found the facility clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and caring. They went the extra mile to make my mother feel at home. The chef made a special meal for her for her birthday. I would highly recommend Palos Verdes.

My mother has been at Westbrook for just shy of one year. It has been a wonderful experience from the very start. The entire staff has been incredible. They do a great job in communicating with me and everyone there really cares about the residents health and well being. My mother has transitioned from the assisted living section to the memory care section. The staff really helped us make the decision to move my mother to memory care. We couldn’t have hoped for a better outcome. My mother is happier and we feel more secure with this level of care. Special mention should be made of [name removed]. He has been fantastic. He took the time to really get to know my mom. He really cares about her and he communicates so well with us. We don’t know what we’d do without him. On a separate note, Westbrook made some tough, but wise, decisions during the pandemic. They are to be commended by continually looking out for the welfare of their residents and employees.

Loved Westbrook. [name removed] was so helpful and kind. We went to their South Elgin facility for the location. It fits in better with our family needs. Westbrook was a marvelous experience. The Spectrum communities are great.

I virtually toured the community recently and found the whole experience to be informative and educational. [name removed] guided us through the community explaining in detail how my mother would flourish in their environment. All of the residents she encountered seemed happy and well cared for. We will be moving Mom in this month. We are confident that we have made the right choice for Mom and our family.

The staff members at Las Palomas community are very friendly, the care givers are excellent. We had to tour this community virtually and we were still impressed. The value is pretty good, and the activities to this moment appear to be nice. The overall layout of the facility is pretty nice and our loved one says the food is very good and they offer a lot of variety,

Clean and beautiful facility. Great staff and environment with plentiful activities. The people here really care for each other and the staff are caring and personable, creating a great sense of community. Can't go wrong living here.

Mom moved to Cedar Lake about three months ago. Mom had lived in her own home for many years and was very reluctant to move out of her home even though she knew the time was coming. We talked with the staff at Cedar Lake for over a year about Mom moving there. The staff was very helpful to us during this process. We never felt pressured to make a decision and truly felt that the staff cared about Mom and about Mom’s well-being. The staff at Cedar Lake have really impressed us as they work hard at making Mom feel comfortable, safe, and welcomed. The staff communicates and works well with us as we partner to provide the best care for Mom. Mom thinks of many of the people on her Care Team as her friends as the team members have shown a real interest in getting to know Mom. Mom is getting wonderful care as the Care Team is able to bring together various resources. We truly are thankful knowing that Mom still has a lot independence in her lovely apartment, while 24-hour help is available to her (and us) when it is needed.

My father has been a resident at Lone Mountain Memory Care for over a year. The facility has a lot of natural light. It is very clean and well maintained. We couldn't be happier with his care. The staff and management work hard to keep residents engaged and active. [names removed] have kept activities on going and safe through the Covid 19 crises. [name removed], the facility director, seems to run a tight ship and expects quality care and dignity for the residents. All of the care givers are kind and compassionate. They are willing to assist residents in any capacity, regardless of their job title. They treat residents like family. My father is happy and feels safe here and that means the world to me. I admit that it is pricey, especially considering we got him a larger suite, but the difference in my fathers demeanor since moving in truly justifies the cost.

I'm happy here because of the activities- both physical and mental. There is a pool, gym, and bingo. They vary from Marvelous Minds to First One Out to Jenga- that is activities for persons whose brains and bodies that are still active to those not because they are so varied, I know only 1 or 2 people who do not participate.  Staff are all intelligent, helpful, and pleasant. They even know all your names! Apartments are well planned and attractive along with common areas.

I love everything about it! I would give 10 stars if I could.

I was looking for my parents. The apartments are very spacious. The facility was clean. The staff was friendly. I really would like my parents to live there but I think the price might be to high for them.

I just love living here at Westerville Senior living I moved here on Nov 2019. I love the staff they treat us like family with love and respect. The food is outstanding always something new and tasty. I had reviewed a lot of other facility and nothing compare to Westerville Senior Living this is the place I call home.

The sales director [name removed] has been sending us virtual tours. She's always very helpful in answering all of our questions. She's very friendly and knowledgeable, can't thank her enough!
