The other day I met a prospective resident and her daughter in the hall. I told them I have been here almost two years and that I am happy here. I got to thinking about that statement and know there is much here that I like. Have made new friends which is important. But one of the most important things to me is how the Enclave and their staff handled the COVID problem. They almost instantly changed things in here to keep us as safe as possible. One of the major changes was having meals delivered to our rooms. I would like to thank the cooks and especially the waiters who push those carts to each floor delivering our meals. I look forward to seeing their smiling faces each day!

I lived for 26 years in a townhome by Lake Katherine, just 6 blocks away. It's just myself and Giovanni, my 12 year old Italian Greyhound. My 2,050 sq feet home was just too much to keep up. Plus health issues made me want to downsize.i moved in on [date removed]. I just LOVE living here. Food is great, staff is amazing. I feel safe and I've made numerous friends. There are many amenities....I especially like the housekeeping. I would highly recommend Palos Heights Senior Living....it's a great alternative to living on your own. PS: being able to have my Dogson with me is a huge plus !!!

I recently toured the Enclave and it was such a nice facility. The decorating is beautiful and the staff was very friendly.

The Enclave in Anthem has been a wonderful home for my parents. The staff is fantastic! Highly recommend!

WOW! I was so impressed with the options of these apartments. Brand new. Very large and impressive. High standard of living!!! Apartments are spacious with granite countertops, full size refrigerator so very very nice I would move in! Can't believe how beautiful the facility was. Lots of options. Meal menu needs an upgrade with options--I don't see any dinners just sandwiches (I may not have seen the full menu so look for yourself. I am very impressed with all I saw at this facility and the cost is the same as the run down old facilities. Give it tour, you won't be disappointed!

I absolutely fell in love with your facility and the welcoming my family received from [name removed]. The facility is immaculate and it is nice not to worry about my mothers care there. [name removed] was a wonderful representative for this beautiful property, she was quick in response to my request for information and displayed incredible hospitality. I am thrilled to have the Enclave as an option of home for my family member moving forward.

[name removed] is extremely helpful and very compassionate. The Enclave is clean and offers a lot of amenities. The pricing varies.but seems to be lower than others in the area.

My wife and I joined this community in early March about ten days before lock down was initiated. We had attended several Spectrum meetings and visited active locations. We had been very favorably impressed with personnel and facilities--two very critical factors in our transition decision. [name removed] is a Geriatric Nurse Practitioner and my background is in Human Resources. About ten days after we moved in the facility was placed on lock down because of the corona virus. The entire staff responded very professionally and we are grateful that we moved in when we did. While each stage of life has different challenges we are very grateful that we are living in an environment that has facilitated our transition to a stage that we didn't think we'd reach so soon. Kudos to Sandy and ALL who care for us and keep us energized. Thank you.

Wow! What a beautiful community at an unbelievable monthly fee. After looking at several places for mom only one place felt like home. We moved in before Covid so she was able to enjoy the community, and all of its benefits. She said she felt like she was on a cruise. Hopefully, everything will return to normal sooner than later, but appreciate the communications.

The enclave has exceeded my expectations! The staff have been so warm and friendly, and the property is well maintained and clean. So happy to have visited!

The Enclave at Gilbert has been a pleasant experience for me. The decor and warm feeling makes it feel like home. The staff is exceptional. Always here to help and answer questions. Many activities are offered to keep us busy which to me is important. I say, “Come join us and you will be happy.”

Mom moved in recently and it’s like she’s lived there for years. She loves it and that makes us very happy. She said the activity director sings beautifully and makes sure everyone gets to know each other. She said she especially likes her tablemate at meals even though they have to sit far apart due to covid. Everyone went out of their way to make this easy and we know she’s safe.

I have lived at Mt. Park Senior Living almost 5 years. I found after the passing of my husband in 2018 that I had a host of support and friends at Mt. Park. I feel safe and cared for here. The Executive and the Staff, with the cooperation of the residents has kept Mt. Park COVID free. I feel the Mt. Park community is like family. We care for and about each other, and at the same time respect each others privacy. During the pandemic the Entertainment and Programming Department has been creative in coming up with activities that keep us active in mind, body and soul. Mt. Park is a great place for families to consider for their loved ones.

First off the Enclaves is a very friendly and welcoming space for my parents. The staff is amazingly helpful and genuinely cares for my loved ones as much as I do. The grounds are kept well maintained and the inside is always clean and beautiful looking. From the moment you walk into the building you know you have come home. My parents moved into a 1 bedroom plus den home and it is just so beautiful. Every convenience has been thought of from the grab bars around the bathroom to the walk in shower so they do not have to worry about falls. The floors are done in a beautiful wood vinyl with brand new carpet in the bedroom. The balcony is huge and adds to the large square footage of their apartment home. My parents have already made friends with some of the very sweet residents of this facility, I know they are going to just love all the activities that the Enclaves has in store for them. Finally, I just wanted to give [name removed] a big shout out for all her hard work in getting my parents into their new home. She was able to get them into a first floor apartment (which was fantastic since my father is blind and has a hard time walking) and is always making sure my parents are completely comfortable and taken care of. Even on our move in day, she made sure to get us all hamburgers knowing we were working into the evening and not having much time to eat! I really appreciate everything she has done for us.

After reviewing several senior living options we chose Palos Senior Living for the following reasons: 1. The staff and the residents are extremely friendly. We are impressed that everyone knows everyones first names. 2. Despite the Covid, Spectrum has had our safety as a primary priority. 3.The food is excellent. 4.The building is top notch. 5. Only one check per month to cover all expenses. 6. Numerous floor plans 7. Feels like home

We just wanted to send you some feedback on how our mom is enjoying her new home at Palos Sr. Living. We visit her as often as we can between the 3 of us siblings and/or our kids going there. I was there last evening and I must say every time I call her or visit her, she's very happy and excited. She really talks about how good the food is, the staff, how she's meeting new residents and how things are starting to open up as in the dining room. And speaking of the staff, our mom speaks highly about all of them. That alone makes this transition we had to do for our mom much easier! We thank you for that and the staff. As you know, this was a HUGE challenge for my sisters and I. Now we know we made the right decision.
