Visited the residence. its a nice place. Clean, bright, and everyone looked happy. It would seem a nice fit for my dad, but a bit smaller than Cordia. Only problem is the cost, $5000 or so. Its possible, but would stretch us pretty thin.

The staff have been helpful and friendly. The food is very good and they offer a good variety of healthy choices. This community offers three meals a day. They offer a lot of daily activities. The community is clean and I would recommend it.

My mother is having a much better experience at this community. Compared to the other community she was at before. She has adjusted better than expected, and I'am very pleased with all they have done for us. She is safe, and receiving good care. The staff is great, they have been friendly, and helpful when needed. I would recommend this community to my family, and friends.

My tour went well of this community, and everything went well. The staff was kind, and informative. My questions were answered. The community appeared to be well-kept from what I saw. The experience went well, but it wasn't the community for my mother, and her needs.

We really liked this community when we visited. The people were nice and they community seemed clean. They offer daily activities. This community was not able to accept my loved one as they said they were to young.

The people at Lombard Place were very nice, but it was more of a hotel-like setting. I'm sure a lot of people were happy there, but it was not what my mother and I were looking for.

My husband and I toured Palos Verdes Senior Living along with our daughter. The facility was nice, it was clean and in good shape. The young lady that gave us her tour was friendly and informative, it was a good experience to tour.

I was deciding on this community, and another one. My tour of this community was very nice. The rooms they showed me were nice. The living room area looked very lovely as well. My only issue was that, there was not very much room to walk around the community. The other community had a large outside walking area for their residents. Unfortunately this wasn't the one for us, but it is a very nice community.

My sister and I toured many communities with one being Westbrook Senior Living. The complex was clean and maintained well. The tour guide answered our questions and was friendly, but we found another community that for my mother's needs best.

My mother is really adjusting well since her move to Lombard Place. I would absolutely recommend them because they have been good to my mother. They send me pictures of her joining activities ad keep me informed on her. The facility is clean nad well maintained.

Wonderful ambiance (very home-like) without being dated. Nice amenities (wish they had a pool table) and staff was noted to interact very well with residents (esp in memory care area). Although not "new" it fared 2nd highest rating of the 5 places I've visited in Chesterfield.

The tour here was nice and we like the staff that was able to answer the questions. This is a bigger community. They have the great staff and they did answer the questions we had for the care that is needed.We would suggest that families tour this community for the care and the value of a loved one.

Our experiences in this community have been great. They are taking very good care of my mother in law, and her needs. She can be hard to deal with at times, but they have been great with being patient. They are encouraging to her, and works with her to get her involved in the community. She has made new friends with the other residents. Her move to this community has really provided us with a peace of mind knowing she is in good hands.

My only real concern is that in the first 2 weeks of my Uncle's residency, "the ball was dropped" on several aspects of his care plan which then required multiple conversations with management in order to clarify problems and seek solutions. I feel very optimistic this will all work out - and I find CCALM to be a first-class place :)

My parents had a very quick wait time for an availability and they are doing very well. My mom loves it there and has her cat with her too. They have been making friends and my mom likes to take wine down to dinner. She also likes to joke with the residents. It is the perfect place for my parents and we are happy with the community. They are a wonderful, wonderful place that is nice and close to me.

When I toured Park Meadows Senior Living, I thought it was a nice community. The thing that I noticed, though, was that there was not much interaction between the staff and residents. I wanted somewhere with a lot of interaction and activities going on.

I toured this community and the staff appeared to be nice. The community was clean, but this did not have the feeling that we were looking for. I would recommend that families tour the community for the care of a loved one.

This looked like a nice community when we visited. The staff I met seemed nice. They allow pets at this community. This community offers assisted living as well as memory care and we were looking for a memory care only community.
