I have lived here for about 7 months now and I am happy here. The staff is compassionate and caring, and I get along with all of my neighbors. I love the outdoors and try to take a walk every day, the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. This is a nice place to live.

Although dining could use some improvement, the staff is always very friendly and compassionate. They are always ready and willing to help me with whatever I need. I find my fellow residents to be warm and friendly too. Even though Green Oaks Senior Living is a new business and they have had a few growing pains it is still a nice place to live.

This is a lovely community with great amenities and staff. The rooms are too small for what my mom wants and needs, however, and it does not offer assisted living. But if your loved one does not require larger living quarters or assisted living, I would definitely recommend it.

I toured this facility while looking for a place for my Father. This is a brand new facility and it is just beautiful. The atmosphere here is very warming and positive. From management to the caregivers, they always address the residents by name. They really made it feel more like a family. The facility itself is nice, clean, and has a lot of room. The marketing director who gave us the tour was friendly and honest. Unfortunately, they declined my Father and they did not tell us until we called them. There was just a small communication issue with following up. I would recommend other families to tour this community.

A loved one of mine has been at Green Oaks for a couple of months and overall the place is very nice but there has been some issues with management processing paperwork and returning phone calls in a timely fashion. The dining room issues are the biggest complaint. The quality of the food is fair, especially the meat. The dining room is very understaffed and it's not the server's fault that you have to wait so long. The cook is rude and does not treat the servers well which may explain why they keep quitting. Meals are a BIG deal for seniors and they really look forward to having a good dining experience and for the money they pay that’s not happening. This place is gorgrous and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

This facility matched my Mother’s personality perfectly. It’s a smaller community and it’s very quaint. There are a lot fewer residents than other places and it isn’t as intimidating. The staff members here are always friendly and they greet us anytime we're in the halls. For activities they offer things like shopping trips, bridge clubs, and a full calendar of things to do. However, the only thing I didn’t like is the marketing director said they had an orientation to help my mom get acclimated and they didn’t do that. I would recommend this community to other families.

I originally chose this community because my parents would be close to me as well as other family members. The only negative thing I can say is that I thought my parents would be getting more help. My Mother isn’t the kind of person to go out and do things like activities and I was thinking that there would be staff to get her up and encourage her. This is a facility for more independent residents. The facility itself is nice and clean. The food looks really good too. All of the residents I’ve seen look really well cared for and seem to be really happy. I would recommend this community to other people.

This apartment--nice people--many activities. Good place to live!

My husband and I used to use home healthcare for our needs, but after using it for a while and finding that it wasn’t really helping us, we have since moved him into the memory care unit at Lombard Place. We are so much more satisfied with the level of his care here. The staff is very attentive, and really does work to understand his needs. At the same time, he seems to respond very well to them. There are many activities in the community for the residents like Bingo, movie nights, concerts, Friday Happy Hours, and music. Lombard also provides nutritious meals, and they take care of the laundry. Over all, we are so much happier with the level of my husband’s care at Lombard Place.

The people I met at this community were friendly and knowledgeable. This community looked clean and they do allow pets.

I went to see and tour the community for my friends. In my experience they were all courteous and polite. There were incentives for moving in but the choice was up to my friends and they felt this was not the best fit.

The tour was fine when I went to see them. However they were not the type of community we wanted. We wanted a place that was newer with bigger apartments.

This community was a great choice for us. The location is perfect for me very convenient. My dad is not one to socialize with groups of people he tends to stay more by himself which is fine. The staff is wonderful here they respect my dad not wanting to be around people much and they are very attentive to his needs. He is loving the food it's great. The community is always clean and well maintained they do a great job of making it look good. I would recommend them.

My mom really wanted to stay in the area that she was familiar with so that is one of the reasons why we chose this community. From the appearance, it looked wonderful very clean and well maintained. When meeting with the staff and the administration they seemed very friendly and compassionate however now that time has passed we are experiencing something totally different. My mom is needing more care than internally though which is resulting in a higher price tag. We are going to have to hire an independent person to come in to get the services that we are not getting by this place and hopefully that will help improve my mom's attitude because right now she hates being here. The staff doesn't seem to be willing to work with us to get issues corrected they say they will look into it but things never change. The staff as far as I am concerned is not empathic to my mother they will start helping her then disappear and come back a while later and leave my mother alone to fend for herself.

We loved them and were going to move my loved one but the parking situation was going to inconvenient for non-residents. We liked that it was new and decorated so beautifully. They were so new I had a feeling my loved one was hesitating and not comfortable.

The community was pretty nice and the guy who did the tour was nice and helpful. I saw him interact well with the residents by first name basis.

We toured quite a few communities and we liked this one very much. The community is lovely inside and out. They have a swimming pool and a nice patio with tables and chairs and umbrellas to shade you from the sun. Inside is very nicely decorated very bright and cheerful. The staff was nice and very helpful on the tour.

I have no complaints about how things had went for our tour of this community for my mother. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions we had for them in detail. I liked the open floor plan as well as the other amenities they had for the residents throughout the building. It was a clean property but it was just not the right fit for her

Lombard Place Assisted Living & Memory Care was a great community that we toured. It was clean and well-kept. The staff was very friendly and answered all of our questions. I really liked the place but it wasn't the best fit for my aunt because they didn't have a stove available in their apartments.

I have no complaints of how things are going for my mother since she has recently made the move into this community . The staff have been easy to work with and I am comfortable with the care she has been provided. I like the dinning experience she has with the other residents as well as other activities she is involved in throughout the week. Overall it has been a pleasant time and I would recommend it to anyone.
