This is a very good place with a variety of activities and plenty of opportunities to socialize. My loved one is able to co-mingle with the assisted living and memory care residents and this is ideal for my loved one. The staff are great to work with. They are good at following up with the family to make sure that our questions are answered. There are monthly town halls held by the community to assist the family members with information about the community.

It's a nice place, and the people are nice. Ovreall, I am happy in the community.

They are wonderful to my mother. They do have a lot of activities provided but my mom does not participate in them. My one complaint is that I am sick of the masking - half of the people wear them but not correctly so I assume just not wear them at all. I have reached out about this but have not heard back. Overall though I would absolutely recommend West Chester to others. The staff follow through and do everything that they say that they are going to do.

They have done their best to make my mom comfortable and included in activities. They visit with medical care several times a day and advocate for the correct therapy and meds. Special team members visit her to make sure her day is going well and have decreased a huge burden off of us. The food wavers. The Covid updates are very good. The biggest issue is the same as anywhere right now: employee turn over. They have lost some really good people that are hard to replace.

This is a good place for your loved one. I would recommend HighPointe to others for their loved ones. The community is clean, organized, and the staff are friendly. Medication management, dressing, and bathing assistance are some of the care provided by the community. The meals are served three times a day.

Our family had an in person tour and the tour was amazing and the staff were very good. The place was just beautiful but the room sizes were extremely small.

Our stay was good; it was an easy process to get her in. The only person I really dealt with most of the time was the director, [name removed]. She was - by far - the best individual to work with in a tough situation. She was empathetic, sympathetic, organized, knowledgeable, and amazing.

I think it' s a good facility overall. In these times, it difficult with short-staffing, and their communication between different shifts could be better. I do think they really try. The common areas are clean and absolutely beautiful, although my loved one's room has been a little less clean. She loves the breakfasts but finds the dinners are a little lacking. I'm pretty pleased with how they keep the memory care residents active and engaged.

My mom has said everyone here is very friendly. I would recommend the facility to others looking. The only issue we have been having is with the internet and TV set up. The provider changed on them and there is some confusion on the billing but the staff are aware and they are working to get things resolved.

The main things that stuck out to us about Westview at Ellisville were the smaller size of the facility, the friendliness of the staff and how they were willing to accommodate our needs and also the convenient location. I would highly recommend the facility to others looking.

The memory care unit here is a good place to have a loved one compared to the other facilities that we have had prior experience with.

Overall it was a positive experience. I wish they did a little bit more getting people into the mainstream. It's a huge change for older people to move to senior living. And I think they need people to reach out more to get newer residents to meals and activities. It can be really intimidating to walk into a big room of people on your own. But it's a beautiful facility. Mom's apartment is very nice and a good for seniors. She has a washer/dryer and everything there that she needs, which is great. The amenities are really nice. They seem to have a good variety of activities, and the activity room is really nice. I think it's a little costly but reasonable for the area.

I liked Creve Coeur. It was a solid place. The staff was nice. My loved one developed some behavioral issues that were difficult for them to handle, so we ended up having to move him. But it was a good place overall.

Park Meadows was HUGE and overwhelming, it felt like a resort it was so big. They do offer all levels of care here from independent living all the way to skilled nursing. The location was not the best and right off of 435 highway, it seems a little random. We did think that it was awesome that they serve their food restaurant style.

The community is very friendly. The residents are fabulous. The community is beautiful. All the services your would expect, aren't operational. For instance the hair salon is closed as they don't have anyone to run it. The dining room needs more staff to make it run smoother. There are times I will have to wait an hour for food. Overall it is good, and I wouldn't want to move. This is a great community with great entertainment.

I would live there when the time comes. For the money, it is a really fine deal. They are able to take to residents to the end of life. There is a house doctor to visit the residents in the community if wanted by the family. The community is close for family to visit our loved one. The staff are great to work with. They always have activities going on for the residents to participate in. My loved one likes the food. The food is very good, nutritious, and filling. The residents have options to choose from if wanted.

The staff are very friendly and good with responding to our questions/concerns. My loved ones got Covid the second they got there, and Westerville was very good with their Covid procedures. My loved ones tell me the food is not the best though.

I would advise others to bring money. The location is convenient for me and I think they make a good effort; but it is an expensive effort.

Our tour at Lincoln Meadows was fine. The people were nice, and they adequately and appropriately explained the community and cost, etc.

The person giving the tour was great. We were looking at memory care and that portion of the facility is SO small. All of the residents looked crammed and the rooms were very tiny.
