Dougherty Ferry Assisted Living and Memory Care has a great atmosphere! Very lively! It was a very nice and clean community that we toured. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We chose another community because we needed a larger living space for my dad, but I really wanted him to live here. I definitely would recommend this community based on what we saw.

I was very pleased with the care that they gave my grandmother during her respite stay. She is a late sleeper so they adjusted the times when they came to clean her room for her and she perferred to eat in her room so they would come and take her order and deliver her meals to her. Even though my grandmother did not join in the activities the staff did offer to take her. My mother and I did eat in the dining area with her once and the atmospher was wonderful. The staff is so friendly and they know the residents by their first names. I would definity recommend them, in fact, we have plans to use them again for another Respite stay.

We had a very nice tour of this community. Everything went well, and everyone was friendly. The community looked good, and the staff was informative.

We really liked touring this community. I enjoyed talking to the residents and hearing how much they enjoyed living there. and how wonderful the food was. The staff was friendly and helpful. The building itself was nice however what I did notice in the rooms we went into they had in wall air conditioning and for the most part they had 1 unit for a 2 bedroom unit which seemed a little odd. From what I saw in the paperwork they offered more activities than most other places I visited.

There were many things that this community offered that interested me such as the transitional care but then as I did more research I found my mom wouldn't have been a good fit for that. The staff was helpful and friendly on the tour.The location was not ideal for me it would has made it extremely hard for me to visit them. They seem to offer a lot of services but not a lot of my parents would have taken advantage of.

My husband was recently at this community for a short respite stay and I would recommend it to anyone. The staff where friendly and I was comfortable with the care he was provided. He had no complaints about the meals and enjoyed participating in a few of the activities they had available. I would defiantly bring my husband back to this place if he had to another short stay.

Impressive building and fixtures. Open dining is an advantage, but service is slow. I wish the architect had included central air instead of the window style units. Parking is tight for residents. All in all, we are satisfied with our choice here.

We had a good tour of The Enclave at Anthem Senior Living. The community was clean and well maintained. The people there were all very friendly and helpful, it was just not what we were looking for at the time.

I had a nice visit to the community and the tour was helpful and upfront. I found that it was too expensive so we did not pick them based on that.

Loved this facility, but the add on expenses would put us way over the top of our budget.

Tour was informative, however, they did not have an available room for my Dad, so we did not pursue.

I had a tour of this property for my father and I have no complaints of how things went. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions that we had for them in detail. I was impressed to see they had different activities going on throughout the building for all of the residents. It was just not the right location in the end decision for my father.

I was very impressed with my tour that I had taken of this community. The staff where very friendly and made sure to give us lots of great information on everything they had to offer. They had a luxury style living environment with a lot of great amenities available to all of the residents. It was just not the right fit for my parents in the end decision due to them not having the right apartment available.

My parents have recently moved into this community and I have no complaints of how things are going for them. Although they have a bit of a hard time adjusting to there new living environment the staff have been very helpful as well as accommodating to there needs. They all seemed to be very skilled in there job and know exactly what they are doing. My mom got the apartment that she was wanting that is spacious and has two bedrooms. The only thing they say could use some improvements is the meals they provide. They need more variety and more of a selection to choose from.

This community looked nice when we visited. The people we met were nice. The community is clean and they have nice grounds. They did not have any openings when we were ready for mom to move.

We toured this community for the care of a family member. We liked the staff who showed us a beautiful community. We liked that they had a lot of great meals that are healthy. The activities would have been helpful for her to participate. We would recommend this community for the and the value to other families.

We liked this community when we visited. It looked clean and the people we met were nice. This community was larger than what we were looking for.

We visited several other senior living facilities with my Mom. She immediately felt more comfortable with Palmilla. We made the decision to move here from Silver City. The entire staff has been most helpful and friendly to Mom and our family. Mom has settled into her routine and is enjoying the activities provided by Palmilla. She is making new friends and is enjoying her surroundings. The only negative has been the hit and miss food. At times the food comes out cold and some of the items are very salty and have too much breading. It is our understanding there will be a new chef in the near future. Over all our experience with Palmilla has been very good. I would recommend this to others that maybe looking for this type of living for the future.

Westbrook Senior Living is brand new and the residents were very friendly. [removed] is wonderful. Unfortunately, while close to me (the adult daughter) it was too far from my parent's hospital of choice.

Needs updating. Some remodeling would help. Marketing personnel need more training.
