The people that work there are all very helpful to me and nice & respectful to my mom. Also, the outside area is large, well maintained with different areas to be in (a gazebo, a covered porch with chairs, benches, different types of plants).

What our family likes the most about Brookdale Park Place is the staff. The staff members there are very friendly as well as the other residents living there. However the housecleaning could be a bit better. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

I was completely lost as my mother rather rapidly transitioned from independent living to assisted living and ultimately memory care, but the people at Orchard Park are extremely helpful and have made it easy not only for my mother but for me as well. I met [name removed]on day one and she has always answered my questions, responded to needs, been proactive with challenges, and been a hugely positive influence on both of our lives. The facility is wonderful, well managed, and you can tell they care so much for all of their residents.

What our family likes the most about The Horizon Club community is just how friendly everyone is and that much for the staff members have been there for years. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

The Wellstead of Rogers and Diamondcrest community have really set a high bar for other communities to reach in the area. What our family likes the most about this community is the staff in all areas - they are helpful and pleasant to work with. The facility is extremely clean and we would definitely recommend them to other families based on our experience so far.

My sister in law [name removed]r is a resident at The Pines on Carmel and the staff is great to work with.. I looked a lot of assisted living facilities and was very impressed with The Pines on Carmel.

I was happy when our family finally selected Brookdale Gardens for my mom. It was hard because she was coming from Skilled Nursing. We took 2 days visiting 5 places and really liked meeting with Kimberly Fuller.she talked directly to our mom and also very open and honest with our family. It turned out to be the best decision for our family. Thank you.

Our mom needed a place to go after a stay in Skilled Nursing. After visiting 5 places we settled on Brookdale Gardens. We are grateful we did. Mom enjoyed those who took care of her. She also participated in many activities. When the end was near Hospice was able to come in the facility and she did not have to leave for a Hospice Care place. We appreciated the care she received. This smaller facility is just what was needed for her care.

My mom could really not live by herself anymore at home. I thought about moving her in with me, but I wanted her to have a nice community with other folks her age with him to socialize. Knowing that the staff at Brookdale are also keeping an eye on her in case she fell or had a problem makes me feel so secure. Now I can just enjoy the times that I go visit her and not worry about her every day. I only gave four stars for value because I know that there are other facilities that have more amenities but Brookdale in Ennis is in a small community.

I really enjoy the music and the entertainment here at Oak Hill Terrace. Plus the exercises every morning led by our nice activities ladies

What we really like about the Stratford Court community is once you sign up, everyone makes sure you find a place within the community. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

We picked this community, because of the distance from home, cost, and friendliness.The interaction/communication with the staff is great.

I love Oak Hill Terrace because it feels like family here. I have made so many friends. When you walk down the halls or throughout our community, everyone says hello and smiles. I really appreciate our kind caregivers, especially [name removed] who is one of our leads, she goes above, and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. I also love all the activities here at Oak Hill Terrace. Especially when we go on our bus for outings. Teresa, one of our life enrichment coordinators always makes me laugh and just has such a kind heart.

The Palms of St. Lucie West has such beautiful grounds surrounding the community. The community itself is very clean, and the staff members who work there as well as the other residents are very friendly. Again wonderful staff and we love it here and we would recommend this community to other families who are looking for a place for their loved ones.

Orchard Park is and has been amazing to us since the start. We are blessed to have found such a lovely community. The food & liveliness of the community is always spot on. I have made a lot of friends here.

It is a secure memory care center. Upon our touring the center we found it to be clean, and the staff friendly. Aspen Ridge is a good memory care place. The family appreciates the care our father is receiving.

I am a new resident at Howard Village and from what I have seen so far and the people I have talked to, I am impressed. Everyone at this facility is friendly. The apartment looks clean. The dining room is clean and the residents who live here and I talked to are friendly and tell me that they like it at Howard Village. The staff is friendly. I would recommend Howard Village to family and friends.

My loved one is currently a resident at Hickory Hills Alzheimer's Special Care Center. I couldn't be more pleased. The meals are not processed or prepackaged. They are actually cooked from scratch. When I've observed interactions between the aides and the medical staff, I've seen nothing but kindness and consideration. At times, they didn't know I was even there. The move-in process was easy since so much is already supplied. I would definitely recommend Hickory Hills Alzheimer's Special Care Center to others.

I have already highly recommended this facility to a friend. The staff is very caring and helpful. The facility is well taken care. It has a welcoming environment and activities for the residents. They also have regular communication with the families.
