The people there are so friendly. The staff are so helpful and kind. I love the food, its delicious!! The wonderful activities bodies enlarge the menu and activities calendar for me each month because I cant see well

My loved was previously a resident at Silver Bluff Grove Senior Living and everything was great for him at this facility. Communication with the family was always accurate and timely. The facility was extremely well kept. The friendliness, activities and care services were great. My loved one seemed to enjoy the meals. I would recommend Silver Bluff Grove Senior Living to family and friends.

The staff members at Brookdale Ennis community are awesome! the staff has been so kind and loving to my dad. And he is not the most lovable person around at this time in his life! Have bent over backwards to help him and me.

Overall experience was great! The staff was amazing! I really cant complain about anything! The facility was clean. It could use some updating (new carpet and some fresh paint) but That's just normal wear and tear. It didn't smell of urine or anything. (As I found in other places) Staff was amazing! Quality of care was excellent. Meals seemed ok Activities were always available. A little on the expensive side I think. But overall for what you get its worth it.

It was clean, inviting, residents appeared well taken care of. All of our concerns were addressed. Even though our Mom unexpectedly passed away after only a short time residing there, she was already accepted as part of the community. She had made friends that she ate her meals with, she had her routines with the staff and my sisters and I always felt we were able to reach out and talk to staff about any concerns that we may have had.

We are extremely happy here. Rittenhouse is covert friendly. All staff go above and beyond for each resident. The apartments are spacious and very nice. There are lots of activities daily both at the facility and field trips. Rittenhouse is more affordable than most of the other facilities and offer a lot more. My mom has made a lot of friends here. They are like a big family. I highly recommend Rittenhouse in Portage. I moved my mom from another facility that did a lot less and cost a lot more. The activities director is the best! She gives all she has to make sure everyone is happy and can be involved.

We love it and my parents seem to have a great time socializing - especially my mom! She is very social and it's great that they have tons of activities planned every day. We chose it because the price was very reasonable, and they seemed to have a fun, very social atmosphere. The Gardens has provided exactly what both of my parents have needed - socialization, fun, and activities for my Mom - and hands on, responsive medical care for my Dad. The best of both worlds!

It really is a great place to live! I like it all here at Oak Hill Terrace. The food is really great. I love the desserts, also. So The people here are nice too. The staff is very friendly, kind and caring!!

It’s such a beautiful and friendly place to live. The nursing staff and caregivers on Terrace house floor are Absolutely excellent and care very much. They go above and beyond. Some have become very dear to me!! I’m so thankful for them. I have made wonderful friends here !! I enjoy having coffee in the Bistro with my friends.

The Ponderosa Lodge Senior Living has great space but they do have a shortage on staffing. The activities have not been checked out in a month here. Great, positive experience, nice people with rare exception! Has staffing issues but they work hard at keeping to a minimum!

My loved one is currently a resident at Brookdale Medical Center Whitby and everything has been great for her at this facility so far. The facility is very clean. The atmosphere is great. Everyone is very friendly. They do activities with the residents. It's been a great experience so far. I would recommend Brookdale Medical Center Whitby to family and friends.

My loved one is currently a resident at Kessler Estates Senior Living and everything has been very good for her at this facility so far. I appreciated their care for my loved one when she recently broke her hip and during rehab. They treat everyone with respect and treat my loved one like she is part of their family. I would recommend Kessler Estates Senior Living to family and friends.

You have to get the tour to see it. Ask for [name removed], the tour guide.We are well satisfied. Takes a lot getting use to, but we are getting adjusted. We picked this community because they had a bigger one bedroom apartments. Very nice landscaping. Very nice people, staff, food not bad. Near everything. Lots to do.

MY dad lived at Rittenhouse in Portage for two years. It was a wonderful experience. Everyone (directors, kitchen staff, front desk, nurses, maintenance, aides, and cleaning staff) was kind, friendly and helpful. There was always some activity going on, as well as trips to local restaurants and fun destinations. They even had a "senior prom". My dad truly enjoyed his last two years at Rittenhouse.

By far out of all the tours I had...this was the better fit for my Uncle! The friendliness of the staff, the activities, the spaciousness of the apartments and the all inclusive meals twice a day were a plus. Transportation to his appointments as well as taking him with the group to run errands and to the store. But the key is him still being able to be independent but have covering as well.

I am very pleased with Brookdale. No complaints on anything, altho would like to be able to walk outdoors by myself for less than half hr but needing to give 24 hr notice is restricting tho understand due to husband's Alzheimer's.

I went to visit Barrington Terrace and [name removed], Sales Director, met with my family and provided invaluable information. Delivered with compassion, she explained why My mom could not receive the needed care at Barrington Terrace. But then she took 45minutes to educate me on next steps, provided me with recommendations and even made calls to other assisted living facilities to set up appointments.

My loved one is currently a resident at Birchwoods at Canco Senior Living and everything has been great for him at this facility so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff, care services, activities and value for cost are also great. I would recommend Birchwoods at Canco Senior Living to family and friends.

I picked this community, because of the value, moving expense covered, offered one bedroom vs studio apartment.Friendly, plenty of activities, close to shopping, and they have caring staff.
