Every one is so helpful and kind! I have been quarantined for COVID, and they bring my meals to me. All the workers are so helpful. The food is good! Great decision to live here!!!!

If feels like a family. The staff knows everyone by name and knows them personally. They are always willing to go the extra mile to help. We picked this community because of the friendly staff, feeling like family, clean and well maintained facilities. Also the value.

We already told a friend about how it was a good experience and they have toured the facility. Not sure what has transpired since then. We picked this community because of the convenience, cost, and amenities.

Laurel Oaks Senior Living in Glendale, Wisconsin has wonderful staff and the sweetest residents. Renovations are happening and look absolutely amazing. I recommend taking a look at this great community.

One thing our family likes the most about the Aspen Ridge Community is all the different activities they have for the residents. They have activities like arts and crafts, karaoke and dancing.

My family member has been in this community for 3 years now. Every time I have the privilege of seeing her the community is tidy and clean. She loves the environment and has never had one bad thing to say about anything. Seeing her happy means the world to us and I'm glad we chose Orchard Park.

[name removed] and [name removed] in sales were great, friendly and open honest communication. They gave us the space and time we needed and were not pushy. The people at the front desk are helpful. The price point was perfect. Once the decision was made to move in. [name removed] was always available for questions and move in information. The food is good. There is always a beef, seafood and or chicken or pasta option. Sometimes they need to wait for table. The only downside. They haven't participated in too many activities yet. Still trying to adjust to the new environment but have met many of the residents.

The staff are wonderful. Most are long term employees that really care about the residents. I would give it a 5 but the units are 20+ years old and need refurbishing. BG painted the room per my request. The staff are always kind, engaging and happy. I am always informed any time my family member has a physical issue. They even report if they have a headache or aches and pains. Pleased with quality of food and variety. They offer activities from 9-5 and really engage the residents. Comparable to other homes in the area

We picked this community because it was, totally an Alzheimer's care facility, services offered, programming, free to move about facility, friendly& caring staff, cleanliness, staff work together. Beautiful facility.

We moved my mom into Orchard Park of Kyle at the beginning of September. My mother has Alzheimer's and we had to make the hard decision to place her in a facility where she could get 24 hour care. [name removed] with Orchard Park has been an angel to work with. We get updates almost daily. The entire care staff have all been so wonderful to my mom and I know she is well taken care of and in a safe place. Thank you Orchard Park of Kyle for being there for my mom!!!

The friendliness of the staff gets a 5+. What we really like about Tuscany Villas is just the attention to the community, and we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

I like it all here at Oak Hill Terrace. The food is really great. The people here are nice too and so is the staff.

We are thrilled with my dad being at Duluth Heights Lodge. Cleanliness - no complaints at all. Staff has gone above and beyond in making my dad feel welcome from the very 1st day on. We are just getting into needing more help and care (just put on Hospice Care) but so far they have been wonderful and willing to help us out wherever needed. Food is excellent . They do a lot of fun activities, however my dad doesn't really participate in them much

What our family likes the most about the Mulberry Gardens Memory Care community is the staff members. The staff team there was always helpful and we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we had with Mulberry GARDENS

Management staff and other residents are all very friendly and kind. Enjoy living here

I would recommend to others. We picked this community because the location is close to familiy, and t's very affordable for everything you get.

This facility is a 5 star facility! My mother has been here almost three years and the Administrator and staff are beyond caring and professional! The activities are top notch- along with the steady in person entertainment. The nurses and techs became like family along with the upper staff. There are also lots of community event. I'm extremely grateful for the quality of care here!

Diamondcrest Senior Living is beautiful. It is very nice, and well kept with many social areas that are pleasant to spend time in. The Activities Director is fantastic. She arranges and manages a wide variety of things to do. The staff have been wonderful. They are very good at what they do and have always been very kind and honestly caring toward my mom. My mom loves them. The food is great. There has been a wide variety of meals. They have also been willing to tailor meal choices to my mom's preferences and abilities. In short, Diamondcrest has been a blessing. I can't say enough nice things about them. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

The food that is prepared for the residents is great, and we really like the kindness of both the staff members and the other residents living there. At first, mom HAD to go for a 30 day stay due to no longer able to handle stairs. That gave us time to find her an apartment close by with no stairs and safety bars in the bathroom. Finally found the perfect apartment. She decided to stay at Brookdale cause she loved the community. This is after being mad as heck she had to go there. It's been 4 months and she's happier than I've seen since daddy died. Making friends, sharing stories, card games etc. We would highly recommend this community to other families.

The staff at Meadowmere have been great. From the initial tours to moving both parents in, to continued care, it has been a positive experience. Staff have gone above and beyond for my parents. They are happy and feel at (their new) home.
