Everyone is so friendly here at Oak Hill Terrace. I really enjoy all the activities here, I especially enjoy the crafts. Ever since I moved in my health has continued to improve here. Working with Paxxon therapy plus the caregivers being so kind and helpful.

I really appreciate the staff and service at this facility. No one is perfect but when anything goes off course they are sure to correct it very fast. Staff is very prudent and available to all my request and needs. They provide very great care

Since i can no longer live alone in my own home, this is a great alternative, It is a beautiful building. Staff is friendly and caring. Therapy is great! I finally have a therapist that knows what they are doing with Parkinsons.

This place has been wonderful for my mom. The aides, nurses and staff have been welcoming, loving and wonderful. I would recommend this place to anyone. The faxility is always clean and they help to get your loved ones engaged in many activities.

The excellence of medical/healthcare needs and attention has impressed us, the kindness and respect of the aids and staff has helped us to feel comfortable for our friends many needs, The cleanliness and services provided cover much more than we realized, and The excellence of the meals, and specialties provided by Chef and his team are a gift to the residents! The management is very proactive, generous with their time and always available to assist/ and guide. We have a lot to be grateful for deciding on Tuscany Villa of Naples.

I made the right choice. I had no problems with the moving process. 5 star recommended great movers that helped pack up my old home and unpacked everything in my new home. I’m very happy that I moved when I did. My apartment was remodeled very nicely before I moved in.

I want start by saying the staff here at Five Star Premier Residence of Pompano go above, and beyond. It is so important to me to live in an environment with caring and loving people around me. [name removed], our driver is very conscientious about providing me with excellent transportation. He takes time to make sure that I’m comfortable and safe whenever I need to go anywhere. He is extremely friendly and patient with me. Everyday I make a call down to our concierge. Even though we have over 100 people here she knows exactly who I am. Greeting me by name, going above and beyond to make me feel special.

My family and I couldn't be happier with Tuscany Villa, where my aunt resides. From the moment you walk in the facility, you will be impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is not only highly professional but also genuinely caring, making my aunt feel right at home. I highly recommend Tuscany Villa to anyone seeking a place where their loved ones can thrive and enjoy their golden years!

They have done an amazing job with the upkeep of the facility. Staff was helpful, rooms are nice sizes and the prices are comparable. Food looked and smelled good, and it was clean. I saw the housekeepers on each hall cleaning.

When it comes to the meals and dining my mom says while it's go there a lot of the same food. For the activities, there are planned activities every day of the week. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families

Our loved one is currently a resident at Brookdale Medical Center Whitby. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They had us attend lunch with them before we made decisions. The meals are exceptional and the residents have a choice from a menu. The move in process was pretty good. There were several moving in at one time, some from another facility that was closing (one not affiliated with Brookdale). The housekeeping is excellent. There are no smells and all common areas are very clean. They keep our loved one's room very clean. The price is good. We would highly recommend Brookdale Medical Center Whitby to others.

The staff seems to genuinely care about my parents. That means a lot. [name removed] was the main reason I chose Morningside. She's one hell of a salesman. Very professional. She had my dad's name in the lobby welcoming him and he wasn't even moved in yet. She really worked with me getting my parents in there

They truly care about each individual's needs. And are prepared to help in every way they can, the chef onsite is truly amazing. They in my father in laws word "this place have giving me a life back "Very welcoming, very understanding about our concerns. Was able to help our family member with an easy transition.They had everything we were looking for. Nurse's on staff. Outdoor activities and the cafe is like a restaurant.

My loved one is currently a resident at Stratford Court and everything has been great for her so far at this facility. [Name removed] was excellent with helping us find the right accommodations. The food is excellent and they have a wide variety of choices. If my loved one ever needs anything for his room, they take care of it right away. I would recommend Stratford Court to family and friends!

It's a very nice facility. We picked this community because of the location, cost, layout, initial person [name removed] was super friendly and personable, able to take care of LO's may levels of care.

My loved one loves it. She likes the meals and the staff is very friendly. My husband and I are glad we chose Leisure Park.I know people who had their relatives there and were pleased. I would say the tour was very informative, all areas were clean and the residents we met were happy. They had activities, a wonderful library and a very nice dining area with a great menu. We also liked the studio apartment. A laundry room right on the floor was a plus.

We have been very happy with Cinco Ranch Alzheimer's so far. The staff are all great. They are so kind and patient with the residents. The nurses are all good too. She likes the food and activities
