When I was walking my dog a car pulled in and stopped to ask me about living here and I told them a lot of things how happy I was to be here and that I would recommend anyone to come live here and all the benefits of doing so. My apt is nice & roomy all my things fit great & I had a lot of stuff. The price I pay is worth it , have a patio etc.

Very informative and thorough. [name removed] represented the facility very well! The residents looked happy and well attended to.

We loved the palms. It was great. The spaces were wheelchair friendly. The shower was a roll in with no steps. There was an on floor washer and dryer that I thought was wonderful. The hallways were wider than usual and the apartments very adequate.

This was the most amazing facility. I would love to be able to have my dad live at this community. I truly appreciate the time and effort the staff puts in to making the residents feel at home. The amenities, yes amenities are amazing. A special place for you and you lived one to dine in privacy, a sun area. It's just amazing, I only hope I am able to enjoy a place like this.

We liked it. I think areas needed refreshing with paint etc. The fees were a bit higher than expected. All and all it will stay on our possibilities.

We really enjoyed our visit and find the facility has all one needs. Due to some other issues, we are pausing moving forward.

The apartments looked absolutely perfect for my wants and needs. MY tour guide, [Name Removed] was so incredible. She was very knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and friendly. She was able to answer all my questions immediately and offered useful information before I even knew that I could benefit from the facts. She is well organized and it seems as though she has every resource available which might be needed for the residents- from independent living right through hospice care at home.

Nice tour!!! My loved one loved the place and plans to make it their new home. Tour guide was very informative and honest hearted.

It was very nice everyone was friendly and informative location was great they were enough activity to participate in price wise it seems reasonable close to the mall and restaurants. I like that it had a library and exercise room

It was a beautiful facility with some major renovations going on, everything was perfect except it was out of my mom's tiny budget. I will recommend it to anyone in the area. Sadly my mom's health is deteriorating faster than expected and she will be moving into a nursing home facility soon.

Very nice. I'm looking for at least a two bedroom and liked the apartments on the 18th floor. The location on 494 is problematic for me. I've lived in St. Paul for 45 years and it would be difficult to my friends to drive that busy freeway to come to see me. And whenever I want to go somewhere, I'd would often have to use that busy road. But it's not deal-breaker.

Clean and beautiful facility where residents looked active. I love that they have a fish tank and small birds to view. 2 beautiful courtyards for sitting and enjoying the outdoors. It has everything my mom would need!

Lived here for some months enjoy activities and especially the food , but building needs some pest control, bathrooms need to be cleaned periodically, nurses should smile they look angry a lot of times.

Prior to contacting a Place for Mom, I assumed I would be able to find a place for her to call home. I was wrong. My Mom was 82 at the time, with arthritis and some mobility issues. I was unable to find a place that was suitable or safe. She naturally wanted to maintain her independence, but her safety was my priority. When I called a Place for Mom, I told them I was not having any luck, and would they be able to help me. They sure were, and they sure did! They were compassionate, knowledgeable and very resourceful. We were able to select an independent living facility, where she is very comfortable, and I know she is safe. Various community activities are available daily. They also have a highly trained team of physical therapists that worked with Mom, and improved her mobility issues, which is priceless to me. I think everyone who lives there is 55 or older, and they are a proper little mean they know, the everyone who lives there. I can't say enough good things about the Reserve, and the help and guidance I received from a Place for Mom.

I think they should know there are a lot of activities for their family members to participate in and the staff truly cares for all of the residents. I would recommend

It is Independent living so some of your items don't apply. The main area is very well kept. Our hallways are open air at the ends and occasionally leaves get in but are gone in a day or two. I have enjoyed our stay here. All appliances belong to The Reserve and, if they break, are repaired quickly.

Tuscany Heights offers an upscale atmosphere, but what sets it apart is its warm, welcoming community and commitment to residents' safety, wellbeing, and quality of life. Every member of the team-from administration and nursing to dining, housekeeping, and maintenance-is professional, attentive, and approachable. The daily activities, social events, enrichment programs, and amenities create an engaging environment. And the dining? Five stars. If you are looking for yourself or a loved one, Tuscany Heights is an excellent choice.

Kind and patient, very informative, helpful information. The facility is clean and attractive. Bathrooms are open and well made for ease of use.

The place felt very homey and comforting, and I could see my loved one feeling safe there. I appreciate [name removed] taking the time to show me around, especially given that I dropped in without a scheduled appointment. He answered all my questions and was very helpful.
